Ended up going here after being told at Spaghetti factory it would be over an hour wait. The place was empty. I had a seafood pasta that cost $20 that was suppose to include lobster and shrimp. There was no lobster for sure, had 1 piece of shrimp and 3 shrimp tails, just the shell. Always nice to pick shells out of your mouth while you are eating . Not sure why anyone would put shrimp shells in your dish. I pointed out to the waitress it was pretty disappointing and asked why they would put shells in that expensive dish and all she said was that was not right and she didnt know. Then mentioned it was my sons birthday, thought they would bring him a bowl of icecream or something, not. I can definitely tell you why that place was empty and the spaghetti factory had an hour wait, next time I will wait. I would go anyplace but here next time. Overpriced with marginal food. My son did say he like the lasagna.

A good, tasty, simple but smart Italian food outlet in the Arizona Center (replacing the former Greek restaurant). They have done a full remodel, re-done the bar, and kept the vast pleasant dining patio overlooking the fountains and gardens below. The menu seems pretty standard but high quality; lots of pasta dishes and a handful of entrees. They handed us a dinner menu for lunch, which was mildly confusing, before apologizing and replacing it was a very similar looking lunch menu (we were there the day after they officially opened). Lemon chicken fettuccine was very tasty and Im pretty sure the pasta was made from scratch. We also tried the seafood pasta, which was equally good. They served complimentary warm bread and butter upon request. A bit expensive for regular workday lunches ($12-15) but a good option to have in the Arizona Center.

The music was loud and from the early 90s, that should have tipped us to leave and find somewhere else. The music was not as loud outside. While the server was prompt, initially, we spent over an hour mostly waiting. It was late, we had young kids and after we finally were able to ask for boxes for the bland food, we had to wait even longer, because the server disappeared and I later asked for the check, so we could leave. Even then, I waited by the register to pay, so we could leave. For the amount we paid and the gratuity added on automatically, it seemed like way to much waiting for so-so food.

Food was just ok. I didnt know Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo could taste this bleh. Our server was nice young man who was working very hard. My low score is due to the fact that the restaurant employee who went into the restroom at the same time as me hesitated twice to wash her hands after using it. I could tell that if I wasnt in there with her she wouldve just walked out without washing her hands. Not coming back here.

The service was great, right down to after dinner recommendations for places to go and visit. We even ended up hanging out with our waiter briefly at one of the bars he recommended. The food was fantastic (and none of us are big on Italian food). There is great outdoor seating, which is perfect for a Phoenix evening (at least in December).

visiting from Los Angeles and we walked by this little shopping center and gladly picked to go here! the price is great for the food and quality you get. Jose our server was quick, courteous and was very knowledgeable to answer all questions we had! if youre visiting Phoenix or in the downtown area, i highly suggest this location!!

I had a horrible experience with the staff. Upon arriving, my family and I were never greeted by anyone or welcomed to the restaurant. We were finally approached by a very unprofessional, rude and cranky server. She might have been having a bad day but its no way to treat customers!

Embarrassed to take mom on her birthday, food had no flavor , kinda liked like thrown on the plate, for having maybe 12 people eating outside waiter brings wrong food to her and forget silverware lol really try harder to not try at all. Wont be going back or telling anyone.

I stopped here while I was prospecting. I was very surprised that it wasnt busy. The menu looks delicious! I cant wait to come back and try the food! Then lll be able to rate it a little better. That is the only reason for my 4 star rating. I just havent tried the food yet.

We just left there on Sunday 11/13. So angry!!! We sat for 20 minutes without even our drink order being taken and place was dead!!!! Our server was Kay or Cain??? Walked out angry and hungry!!! Never walked out of a restaurant before eating before!!!

Boo to this place. Table for 2 seated outside, never had a server come by for a drink order. Other tables were seated around us and had service before us. Waited for a half an hour before leaving. Straight garbage.
