To start with my dqte and i were seated near a large party of men.They began making loud crude references to male and female genitalia. When I asked the waiter to do something about their obnoxious behavior he was clearly very reluctant to do so because of the size of the party. I do understand hes working for tips however that doesnt give one group of people the right to ruin the experience for everybody else in the restaurant. This place is very expensive for pasta with mediocre marinara. My waiter brought me bread I had to request plates to put it on. Brought me a soft drink that i had to request to get refilled every time. Wasnt trained correctly to Serve the People at the table. Youre supposed to serve the oldest female at table first then any other females and then the gentleman. He served me first and then reached across the table in front of me to serve her. They brought the bill which I paid. Then totally ignored me. Had to get up and request one more refill on my soda before I left. High prices in crappy Service. never again. If you want to eat great Italian food go to Oreganos amazing marinara good prices and good service the wat its supposed to be done July 2017. Tried it again after over haul. Still sucks....its just that its expensive now..!!! STAY AWAY !!!

I am so disappointed!!!! This is always my familys special place to go when we are in downtown Phoenix. I have been going there since I was a teenager and have never had a bad experience… Until today! I have to say it was horrible. One person got their meal about 10 minutes before everyone else, and when ours came it was lukewarm at best. Not good. We only saw our waiter one time during the whole meal… my drink was empty halfway through the meal, I never saw him again to refill it, until he brought the check. Even then he didnt notice or offer. I did see the manager hanging out nearby, but she had no influence on the terrible service. Sad, I dont think Ill be back.

My parents took us here for my wifes birthday its was our first time eating here and so was my parents the service was way beyond exceptional...Sat us down right away server came fast got our drinks and order by the time we were finishing our entree our main dish was already being served to us the decor was nicely done....the seating arrangements were spaced out so its not all cramped like other restaurants prices were priced perfect for the portions you get...the food was beyond great I will come again and eat here and highly recommend coming here for family dinners or large partys......if I could Id rate it 10 stars

Been here many times because someone in family likes it. The food is pretty bland. Recent visit was a party of 12. The service was average at best. I like that the meals include salad, bread and spumoni, but the salad is poor quality, bread is warm but just white bread and average. The spumoni is good though. My meal was chicken parmesan , really tasteless, no parmesan cheese either. One fatal flaw, bathroom had no soap or towels when I visited at 6:00pm, major health violation.

Service can always gain or lose a star. In this case it lost one. The food is good, but if my drink goes dry more than once and its not busy I have an issue. Even if its busy theres an issue, good servers can handle their sections when busy. I would order water in addition to a drink just to be on the safe side. The atmosphere is fun and reminded me of Chicago area restaurants in the way it was decorated.

We walked in and the place was just dirty the rug was dirty and not vacuumed trash on the floor and the windows had not been clean. The furniture was filthy and it had a smell of old house instead of a restaurant. Very disappointed because the spaghetti factories we been to has never looked as bad as this place and I cant eat in a place THTS not clean so its a thumbs down

We were very pleasantly surprised by how good the food and service. The Browned Butter Mizithra Cheese pasta is AMAZING; I will definitely order it again.Of course we had to get an Italian soda and loved our novelty glass cups. Reasonably priced for how much food you get. Basically, a 3 course meal is included with each order. Definitely will be back for more.

The food is good. Not amazing. But good for basic Italian. The service, on the other hand, is hit or miss. Maybe its because I usually only come here in a big family group? But Ive also had very slow service in here visiting with my husband only. Either way, the charm of this place and the history outweigh the negative. Go check it out. Its a neat place.

We attended the Murder Mystery show and had a great experience there but not a great experience with our servers. I had to track them down to order a soda then I had to remind the server multiple times that I still didnt have it. The food was good but not great. I was really disappointed in the lack of good service for such a small group of people.

You can get a carry-out, childs spaghetti w/meatball dinner, that includes a salad and bread for 5 bucks!! This meal literally feeds 2 people! Eating that good made me forget I was dirt poor. My only regret is waiting so long to explore my Spaghetti Factory options after moving to the Willow District. It is the best bargain for miles around.

I would never return here. My food was awful, service was average, and the outside of the building has the most charm. Tried to take home left overs and even those didnt reheat into something edible. Also, this is an Italian resteraunt does not serve cappuccino. If I were in the mood for middle ground Italian food Id rather go to Olive Garden.

Im unsure as to how this restaurant is so highly rated. I enjoy a rustic environment but this place was a bit too dusty in my opinion. The food was mediocre at best. Nothing was served that couldnt have been made at home by the average home cook. The service was okay but nothing impressive either. I wouldnt ever go back.

Horrible customer service. We were told we didnt need a reservation when we called ahead. When we arrived we were told it would be an hour wait. After an hour we asked how long and were told another hour. The whole time we waited we could see diety tables that were never cleaned. We ended up leaving without eating.

Staff was awesome! Food was fresh and good. Sending in the Caboose was a real treat. I do not recommend the factory punch though. The Irish donkey mule was amazing. And I have the crab ravioli. Very fresh. My ten-year-old daughter loved the cotton candy limeade that was garnished with real cotton candy.

This place has a unique decor and feels warm and cozy and is charming. The food is really good and service is excellent. The menu is extensive. You do not feel rushed when in here. It can become really busy at lunchtime and on the weekends. So if you are in a rush to eat...you better go to McDonalds!
