I havent been here in a while. I was excited to go until we got our food. The chips and salsa and the French fries were cooked in the same nasty tasting oil. For a place that has unlimited fries I bet most people dont order more. The burgers had no grill marks which means they were cooked on a flat top which added to the lack of flavor in the patty. The burger bun was soggy on both the burgers we ordered maybe they didnt dry the lettuce. We ordered a quesadilla and it was dripping with oil which also made the tortilla soggy. They were very nice and friendly there and replaced the quesadilla with something else so employees 5 stars food 2

Been here multiple times and never had a bad experience. The servers are attentive. The decor is lots of fun; this place is great for families or for getting together with friends. Not a great date spot...its more of a social restaurant. The bartenders here definitely know how to make potent and delish drinks, even off-menu ones. The burgers and salads are HUGE and the quality is high. Their fries and appys are amazing and large too. Plan on taking lots of food home. The prices are also very reasonable. Almost everything is $10 or less. Great place for kids too with a good kids menu, drinks in cups they can take home, and coloring books.

It was our 1st time there, not going back. We were told it would be 10 min to be seated, we counted at least 6 open tables, our waitress took our order but never saw her until we wanted our bill, 4 different girls brought our food, refilled our drinks, asked if we needed anything and even took our bill and credit card, not even our waitress, it was endless fries, but we were never asked if we wanted more once our 1st basket was gone, we had to flag down someone. Food was ok but will never eat there again

The burgers are sub-par. The service is questionable and is mixed. The thing that bothers me the most is their dishonesty. We called in to see about waiting times and capacity. They said there were lots of seats and no waiting time. We even told them to make sure and they insisted! When we came, the place was full and had a waiting time! I dont support any kind of dishonesty in any profession/work area. Hence the 2 stars. Cheers!

Setting aside not having power when we showed up, islands had amazing customer service. Thats the only reason Im giving them two stars. Now to the food. Subpar burgers at best with trash fries. After we left the restaurant I headed back home where I preceded to throw up multiple times from their terrible food. That was my first and last time going to islands. Would not recommend.

Pico was old and nasty. Ordered chicken bowl, hardly any chicken. Tastes bland. Friend ordered burger no onion. Came with onions , so they scraped them off the burger and brought right back. Point is that my friend does not like the taste or smell of onions, so if burger was cooked with onions it still tastes like onion. Terrible food. Good service. Not waitress fault.

Burgers are awesome!! But the fries are just ok. But who goes just for the fries anyways. The waitress was a very nice lady and brought some toys for my kids to play with while we waited for the food. Ive been here about 4 times in the last three years and every time I come by. They always impress me with the customer service.

I liked the different menu served up here. its not a typical burger restaurant with the unique flavors they bring into their burgers. the staff was very friendly and casual. I tried the kilauea and it mostly tasted like crushed pepper besides its other ingredients. the menu still has more i wanna try so I will be back!

Great burgers good drinks great fries freshly cut and fun atmosphere. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was not impressed but I was so impressed with the burger I had at lunch time that I took my husband back for dinner and thats when I had the chicken. But they took care of it and I will definitely go back

Overpriced. Great service though. Id probably go back for the service. They turn their tables fast. Food was nothing to write home about but it was prepared properly with the portions just the right size. Clean bathrooms and a lot of cool stuff on the walls.

My first time experience is defiantly my last time experience. They got my daughters Order wrong even after confirming it, then spilled BBQ sauce all over my friend, daughter, and a little on me then charged us for the wrong order. No thanks to returning.

Natalie was our waitress. She was awesome yes there was a mishap with a under cooked burger but that was a easy fix. We will be coming back here again for sure. Oh and the fish tacos and their limited time only coconut mojito were amazing.

Phenomenal experience. I would classify this as one of my Top Ten dining experiences in my life. The food was incredible and the beautiful setting added to its charm. I will go back every time I visit that area. It is not to be missed.

Quality is going down the drain here. Fries are not "done", are smaller than they should be and the waitress was disconnected from serving. Not happy with our experiences here. Service and food quality was better 4 months ago.

1st time here, it was ok! Im not a burger person so I ordered the Baja Soft Tacos. They were great, but for the price the serving was small. The service was normal and I may eat there again, but it not @ the top of the list

I dont understand all the bad reviews. Its a good burger spot. My server was on point with all the drink refills. By the time I was gonna ask for a refill she would already have one in her hand waiting. Awesome place.

My husband and i came here and it was delicious! Their burgers are huge and juicy. Very good burgers here, it took awhile for our food to come out and they placed us next to a screaming baby. But food was worth it.

Great customer service, fast food prep and very clean establishment. The food wasnt the greatest as the buger patties are super thin and the burger and fries were over cooked. The speicalty drinks are AWESOME!

Great lunch spot! The hubby and I split a Cobb salad and each had a Yaki taco. Great flavor with the pineapple and teriyaki. The fries were too salty but the lava drink was amazing!! Thumbs up

Anti 2nd amendment establishment. Criminals are the only ones allowed to carry a gun in here. I enjoyed the food but I wont be returning for not respecting my right to defend myself.

The Kilauea burger is excellent. Addictive. The staff, Carrie specifically, is wonderful and very accommodating. It is a good time as well as good food. I come back often.
