Decided to go to Sizzle with my parents and girlfriend after many recommendations from friends. This particular KBBQ place has your server cut and grill the meat for you. I generally do not have a problem with this but when youre only going to cook one of the meats and then walk away for several minutes, its frustrating. After our server (Lindsay) cooked our brisket, we finished eating it within a minute and had to wait ~5mins before she came back to start the next round. Keep in mind, the uncooked meat is sitting at our table doing nothing. We decided to put some of the meat on the grill to speed up the process, which is common in your traditional KBBQ to grill yourself, and Lindsay was clearly annoyed and offended by it and started to give us attitude for the rest of the meal. Here comes the best part: Once I received my bill, she had mentioned that gratuity was automatically included. I thought it was odd because I only had 4 people in my party. I went ahead and checked on their menu and to my surprise it said "Parties of 5 or More" gratuity will be automatically added. I decided to ask Lindsay (our server) why was my table charged when it clearly states 5 or more. She said that her manager decided to do it. I then asked to speak with her manager (Julie) and questioned why it was decided that my party of 4 would have it automatically charged and she said that Lindsay had requested it done! UNBELIEVABLE! I asked both of them why, why would they do that? No answer, literally shoulder shrugs and silence. The manager could do nothing but just apologize and wrote her name on the card and said that next time she will provide better service. No thanks. I will never be going back. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Poor service, poor management.

Went here with my kids price is ok "way expensive than I expected". Paid almost $200 for me and my 4kids they are not older children. Ordered 2 orders and tea which was taste ok. Wait was almost an hour we arrived 5:00pm been told to comeback after 30mins table was not ready so we came back 30mins. Service was ok they were "trying" to be friendly but they didnt let us cook our own food. I am used to order food and grill it my self. They were rushing us too because there were lot of people waiting which I understand at the same time I want to be comfortable if I eat especially if I pay that much! All and all I was not happy and not to forget the place is way too small and too crowded and smookey! Duh tou grill your food but its too small. Check it out first before sitting especially their menu.

Pricey but quality experience. Dinner for a party of 6 where half had drinks was >$300 after tip but it was IMHO equivalent to a top tier steakhouse or other fine dining experience. We spent almost 2 hours there and there wouldve been an additional hour wait as well had I not called ahead. All that being said, I still would recommend this excellent foodie destination; special occasion only.

Me and my friend stopped in because I had been curious ever since they first opened, and I have to say, probably the best place I have eaten, the beef combo more then fed the two of us and the staff were incredibly friendly and I had never had meat that good, a bit pricey but well worth it! I would recommend to others as long as you are willing to pay.

I love Sizzle! I have tried korean bbq before in koreatown, and this place is a piece of that in AZ. To all who are unfamiliar with how korean bbq works, ask the staff and they will explain the whole process, and what each side dish is for as well(as there are many!). I recommend this place to anybody who loves food, and korean bbq.

Great food good service. But $$$s ..... Party of 3 so we got the combo $99, lots of meat. We added a spicy pork $$. So with all the appetizers and added 3 steamed rice we had plenty of food. Server was good about grilling meat the way we wanted it and she helped with questions on dipping sauces. All in all good birthday present!!

Food is decent but they do charge a lot and do not provide rice as part of the meal which is ridiculous since all the other Asian restaurants provide rice as part of the meal and they charge 2 dollars a bowl. Our waitress had an attitude the entire time which made eating there uncomfortable so I wont be back

This was our first time here. Didnt quite know how to order and our waitress didnt speak understandable English but she tried. Margaritas were a little different but really good. $100 for two drinks, two different meats and rice so a little pricey. Well be back for sure.

This authentic Korean barbecue is amazing and definitely one of the best in AZ. The ambience is great and the beef is so tender it melts in your mouth. The one caveat is that its a little pricey for the amount of food you get, but overall a great restaurant.

Disappointed, they said waiting for 35minute, Im waiting from 6:40 to 7:15 and I saw them let people go in, I come and ask her how long is be, about 20 to 30 minute from now she said. My number before the people they get in. Never go back again.

Great for Paleo dieters! Just meat and veggies :) Delicious beef or pork combo! All of the side vegetables are so different than what we Americans are used to!

Food is not bad, but Very expansive for that kind of food ( ribeye 8oz 38$) diner for 2 +drinks will cost you 100$.
