Never thought that a Korean restaurant in a small town would be so incredible! Authentic food and stellar service. The lady at the register not only described all the food that I couldnt pronounce but was genuinely kind and very patient with me. The chef remembered my small side comment that I liked kimchi and introduced me to an entire side bar of kimchi covered vegetables. Staff was so sweet and the food was delicious. Fried rice with kimchi was filled with goodness and had just the kick of spice I was looking for. The japchae sweet potato noodles were the best thing Ive had in a long time. Sweet noodles with savory kimchi chicken. Very pleased with the overall setup and cleanliness of the restaurant. Definitely recommend you skip that trip to McDonalds and come here instead!

Just finished lunch with my little girl. The curry rice here is ASTOUNDING! Ive had Indian Curry and, while good, it burned my mouth off. This curry was a yellow curry and had an almost sweet after taste. I also purchased a sampler platter and while good, the curry outshined it with the probable exception of their sweet potato noodles. I didnt get to eat a lot of this food because my daughter practically horded them. They were clearly her favorite. When I first ordered I was concerned at the price, about nine dollars a dish, but the value was much more than I anticipated. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was simply exceptional, and the establishment was clean and inviting. The Seoul USA Korean Restaurant has earned my repeat business.

Great food and great service! Went in after the lunch rush on saturday for the buffet. The place was dead and they were out of beef bulgogi. Being close to the end I figured we out of luck and was going to settle for the chicken. Before we even started loading up our plates the owner told us to wait and cooked us fresh beef bulgogi to enjoy! When we went up for seconds she offered to make more of whatever we wanted. Also, they had homemade cookies for dessert. Definitely stop by if you are craving great korean food or just looking for a nice family oriented restaurant to eat!

My wife and I decided to eat here on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to find it is buffet only on Saturday around lunch. We could see the staff preparing fresh batches in the kitchen. The restaurant was very clean and well decorated. We arrived just before noon and seemed to beat the lunch rush which I would highly advise if you dont want to stand in line for your food. They were even patient with us when our lunch meeting ran near their closing time (2pm after lunch). We definitely plan to visit Seoul again soon!

We stopped here just passing through on a road trip, and we were pleasantly surprised. Who knew a gem like this was in Salina, Kansas! The owner is warm and hospitable, she takes care to explain about the food and how it is made. I had the chicken ramen, and it is by far the best Asian food I have ever had. It was unlike anything I have tasted even at other Korean restaurants. The owner takes a lot of pride in the food and environment of the restaurant. Anyone passing through should not pass this up!

I got the sweet potato noodles vegetable dinner, Delicious but very few vegs, only some mushroom and carrot. Served on a bed of rice. I think it a bit odd to serve noodles over rice but maybe I just need more info abt. Korean food. This was my first time. More Qs on my part would have led to a better experience. Fortunately I always travel with nuts and raisins so I added them at the motel and made the meal more balanced.

What an awesome surprise!! Was driving from Kansas City to Denver when I got hungry around Salina. Not wanting McDonalds, Taco Bell, or the usual assortment of exit ramp fast food, I googled local eateries and decided to be adventurous. The food was amazing, it had a very fair price for the amount of food given, and the staff was VERY friendly. Absolutely no complaints. Would recommend to anyone passing through.

If you live in Salina, or are just passing through, go get some amazing fresh food at Seoul USA Korean restaurant. The prices are reasonable, there are plenty of meat eater/vegetarian/vegan options, and the staff is wonderful. Perfect lunch spot driving through Kansas that is way better than any fast food. This place is a gem! Thanks for the wonderful eats.

If only I encountered more people like the lady cook who works (own) this place, my life would be magical. The food was made with ❤️. Very cared for and sweetly delivered by the cook herself. I felt like being cared for by my mother. Very Family feel. The food was fresh, good, and made with care. My family and I thank you and wish you much success.

First time eating here so of course I had to try everything I could so I got the sampler it smelled amazing on the ride home and it was delicious its pretty awesome that the sides are put out like a salad bar so you can have as little or as much as you would like based on your appetite I would definitely go back

This place is amazing! Try anything and everything... The lady who runs this will help you if you have questions. She is a sweetheart. The city of salina yanked these guys but they worked thru all the bureaucracy and they are open again!

Excellent food. If you are worried about strange asian food try the bulgogi it is delicious and wouldnt be out of place in any western restaurant. This is the best Korean food Ive had since I visited Korea!

I had the $ 9.75 buffet on a Tues afternoon. It far beats the chain restaurants. They even made me a vegetarian pancake. I recommend the spice tea or a blend of the spice tea with the unsweet fountain tea

The owners we great. Food was wonderful. I had the sampler. Mom is gluten free. They were Very accommodating with making sure she had a meal that was both yummy and gluten free.
