Just got take out dinner from there and can say that its delicious! The prices were reasonable, well worth what we paid for it. The green enchilada sauce was great-- a bit spicy but not anything like burn your eye brows off crazy, the chimis were crispy even after being smothered in an ocean of sauce. The beans and rice were well cooked and seasoned. The customer service was excellent even though there was a bit of a language barrier. Nice and friendly, she (I didnt get her name!) greeted me right away and waited while I procrastinated what I wanted. The restaurant itself was clean and well-lit. You can tell the strip its in is older so the exterior looks shady going in but that cant be helped considering the area and age. The inside had a beautiful mural on the wall even though it was beat up from the sides of chairs and tables from years of repeated abuse (again, to be expected). I was super happy with my food and experience and next time Im prego ego is craving a chimi Im gonna be stopping in there to get it.

Had the taco de pastor. Very flavorful. Not your typical pastor taco. The tacos come naked. Meat and tortilla only. Only one type of salsa. Good salsa just would of liked green salsa for the "carnitas" tacos. Ordered 2 carnitas tacos and instantly dissapointed. U dressed the tacos with their old onion and cilantro mix. You know its time to toss your mix when the onions are translucent. The " carnitas" where not carnitas, instaed cube pork meat which looked like it was cooked last week chilled then resurrected minute before serving. The taco was awful. The meat tasted old. I rarely send food back but even the smell was an atrocity to my nose. Sadly they got sent back. Now to the reason of 3 stars. Homerun with the red pozole!!! Man was that bomb as f!!!!! I would go back just for that. Thick broth great pork meat flavor. I cant wait till i taste the menudo. Tacos 0 stars pozole 4 stars service 3 stars. Overall 3 stars!

This is a small restyaurant, but the food there serve is actually very good, far better than what i thought i would get.The plus side is that its an actual Restuarant not one is the chain things they have in abundance or here. And what that means is that the food is all made to order and nor just heated up. The prices are fair and service is always fast, while the service is not exactly memorable or is still friendly, and overall pretty good.

Ive been here four times now and its always excellent. The pozole is my favorite in Phoenix, always very clean tasting, good portions and flavor. The establishment itself is also tidy and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. Service is always very friendly, whether Ive sat down to eat or taken food to go.

Used to be a great place to eat. Now , not so good. Had to send back my food. Then the cook argued with me over the pozole being HOT. Waiter was nice enough to fix it for me.
