This review is for their food truck. The truck recently came to our office so I decided to give it a try. I got the aioli burger and regular fries. I would have liked to try the sweet potato fries but the truck did not have any. The truck did not have several of the other normal menu items too. There was a steady stream of customers ordering and the guy working the window was not efficient at balancing taking orders and serving the food that was ready. A few times while I was waiting individuals had to walk up to the window and ask for the status of their order as people who ordered later had already received their food. In each instance the persons order was sitting in the side waiting to be handed out. When I finally got tired of waiting (15 minutes) I went up to the window and asked about my order too. Lo and behold it was ready and had been sitting there. When I finally got back to my office I found the bun was burned on both sides and the fries, although crispy, were mostly hard as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp or something. The burger was ok. It wasnt dry but it wasnt juicy either. TL;DR the aioli burger was meh and slow service. Would maybe, MAYBE, try the dine in experience at the brick and mortar.

I ate at their food truck, and this has a lot to do with my rating. Experience at their storefront may differ. The golden fries were pretty standard fare, nice and crispy. The burger was decent, but not special. The meat was a little more well done than it need to be. It did have a very good bun, but was otherwise unimpressive. They set up in a corner of the parking lot reserved for their use, including a shaded area under the carport, but chose to turn the truck so that customers had to stand in direct sun instead of the adjacent carport. This seemed inconsiderate, especially with the line moving as slowly as it was. They had been there less than half an hour when I arrived, and already were out of sweet potato fries. Most likely, they never had them. It would have been nice to mark them off of the menu or put up a sign. All around, I feel like their product was just ok, and their service and execution was inefficient. I wont be standing in the sun on a summer day to give them my money again, but I might try the store if in in the area.

Im a self proclaimed "foodie", I had the good fortune of spending my youth in a fine dining environment, a 5 star 5 diamond environment so I gladly admit Ive been spoiled rotten when it comes to enjoying the best food and drink this world has to offer and I can honestly say that these guys have created something special, specifically, their White Truffle burger is truly an experience! I can confidently say that its the best burger in the entire valley, maybe the best burger Ive ever had! Ive already got close to a dozen people hooked and they all agree, that burger is to die for! Thanks Aiolis and keep up the great work!

Takeout number 5 and thought we would try to support local again but this is 4 out of 5 orders that are incorrect. This time Im reluctant to call them and let them know. I did this when we received cold food previously and was blamed for arriving late for pick up, despite ordering on site. Food is good but pricey for them to still be making these mistakes. Smash burger is just as good and has the same ambience for eating in. Youve got a lot of competition coming Aoli, you need to step it up before the Tap House becomes the preferred burger with a beer!

The good: Roasted veggies, shakes, the service, the location The bad: The burgers, the fries. I had the "loaded fries" and the cheese sauce tasted terrible - couldnt even finish. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger, but if youve ever been to Smash Burger, prepare to be disappointed. Soggy onions mean they cook them too long. The one thing they take from Smash Burger is the prices - 12 bucks for a mediocre burger, fries and a drink. Too bad they cant also get their taste right as well. At least the shakes were good - hard to screw that up.

Black and blue burger was amazing. Upgraded to the angus burger. Friend got black and blue chicken burger. Another friend got something that involved truffles. Not sure but she was in love at first bite. We also had roasted veggies and sweet potato fries. Done perfect on both. I could have had a double order of the roasted veggies and called it a meal!! My son ordered a cheese burger with bacon and fries. Ate whole thing without talking! He loved it. Good price, great burgers. Outside seating and Fido friendly. We will be back!!

Great service, clean & cute restaurant, amazing burger! I had the aioli burger and the bacon on it was amazing. Also the fries were cooked to perfection and had the perfect amount of crispness and saltiness. Lots of aioli dips to choose from to go with fries (I had the sweet potato fries with garlic aioli). If you want a really great burger - not the fast food kind - but a true, full flavor burger, then this is a great choice. Also is a great casual family environment if you have little ones as we do.

this truck came to my apt complex,, they gave out 5 dollar coupons,,, for each order, i ended up ordering 2, the aioli burger, the best ive tasted in AZ,, nice and juicy still a lil pink,,, and HUGE, even for the full 10 dollars, it would be well spent,,, cheaper by half than most burger places in Scottsdale,, the fries, were also really fresh not greqasy at all, nice and crispy, i cant wait til they come bac k in April,,, i managed to eat only half and i was stuffed, this burger is HUGE,, nice work

Ordered from here for the first time through UberEats. I ordered a burger, 3 mac n cheese bites and a small drink. Total cost was $19. I got my food and was completely disappointed. Burger was nasty, messy, and juice flowing from the sauces and it didnt come with fries!! That sold separately and the cost for a burger meal can easily reach $15. The mac n cheese bite had a really strange taste. Soda was the only winner today. Overpriced.

The good. Service was friendly and on point. I liked the beer cheese for the pretzel bites although the portions was super small. The fries were decent. Our burgers were burnt. The meat had no flavor and was tough from it getting over cooked. Overall this was a disappointing first time visit. I would seriously consider seasoning your meat before grilling it and after. Noone wants to bite into a thick bland patty of meat.

I was more than excited when this place opened up. This plaza was in desperate need of some yummy food. I work in the same plaza and decided to check it one day. Was not disappointed. I go here for food at least 3-4 days a week and it truly isnt that pricey. With the amazing staff and the high quality food, its definitely worth it. Come check out this fabulous burger joint. You wont regret it.
