ENVIRONMENT First off... as soon as I walked in I noticed that every single table in the restaurant had leftover remnants of food. There wasnt very many people either and I still couldnt find a table clean enough to eat on. Its amazing that even after finishing my food (maybe a good 15-20 minutes later) the tables were still left untouched by employees. Wow. SERVICE The employees seemed friendly when taking my order (like it should be). They did however take a pretty long time to prepare the food. There was probably about 9 people in the restaurant and it still took roughly 10 minutes from payment to food delivery. FOOD I ordered a beefy FRITOS burrito and 2 bean burritos. The beefy FRITOS burrito seemed fresh, it was hot to the touch so I assumed it was. Both of the bean burritos on the other hand seemed just "warm" to the touch. After picking both of them up I could feel the consistency of the beans, they felt very dense. So I took a bite out of one and I just choked. To my (un)surprise the beans were horrendously dry and flavorless. In short, I failed to finish them because the inedibility of the beans. OVERALL I give this Taco Bell one star. Again the tables were unbelievably dirty because the employees fail to maintain the place, and the food was just plain disgusting. I will not be eating here again.

The most disrespectful experience I have ever encountered. Right off the bat the drive thru female employee was rude. She started off by saying order when we were ready, however, while I was gathering everyone in the cars orders, she asked if we planned on ordering anytjing... while sitting in the drive thru?? We asked her if they still had an item and she said I cant understand you in a snarky tone, and proceeded to interrupt me! Then mocking me she kept saying so you want beans and laughed, while we said no a million times. I finally pulled to the window and asked for the manager on dury. An employee who is dressed in a usual uniform came up, and mockingly told us he was one of the managers. I explained how unprofessional this whole situation was, and again I was asked if we planned on ordering anything IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FEEDBACK & COMPLAINT. I have been interrupted multiple times, mocked and disrespected all in five minutes. I give him my order, while he is standing next to the register, which he never touches. He then walks to the back, and we dont see him again. I will NEVER spend my money at this location again. I suggest you dont either. I wish I had the time to ask for names.

EW!!! It takes a lot for me to complai about a fast food place. Im almost positive if a health inspector walked in there he would have a heart attack watching these employees. I ordered a 5 layer burrito and noticed that 3-4 bites in there was no meat. so I took the burrito to the counter and tried to bring it to there attention. I accidentally called it a 7 layer burrito (my bad) and was rudely corrected by the 16-17 yr old working the counter by him pointing at the reciept and saying "fffiiiivvvveeee lllaayyyerrrr" in my face. He grabbed the half eaten burrito and took it back to the manager who was busy making other food. set the half eaten burrito on the same counter she was prepareing fresh food on and the manager proceeded to open it up to reveal a spoonful of meat at the very bottom of the burrito. The kid then brought it back and put it on the counter in front of me to show me the meat and handed it back expecting me to eat it after his nasty ungloved hands had been all over it. I witnessed about 5 health code violations....... DO NOT EAT HERE i dont care how much of a rush you are in there is a taco maker in the same parking lot so save yourself some trouble

I have tried this taco bell on a few different occasions and every time it has been terrible. The problems are 1: you have to yell into the intercom because the freeway right behind you. 2: the service is slow 3: the quality of food is well below average. I get it Im ordering fast food, but at least give me something fresh! My food has been cold or stale. 4: the order accuracy is sub par 5: when brought to the attention of employees and management of the poor food quality and order accuracy, they just offered me more food. Lol no I just had a terrible experience, the last thing I want is more of youre terrible food. They wouldnt give me a refund even though i only had two bites out of my food. They said its either more food or there is nothing they can do. I gave them multiple opportunities to keep my business and time after time they failed

Last night, I ordered two Doritos tacos. Because the speaker at the Centerville location is facing the freeway, communication is very difficult. I had to repeat my order 7 times, while yelling, and by then the teenage workers were mocking me in the intercom. I live in Centerville, Ive gone to this location for over 25 years and I am NEVER going back. MOVE THE SPEAKER, or put up a wall so your customers and employees can actually communicate. FIX THIS! It has gone on for way too many years. One more thing, it would be great if there was enough meat in the tacos to tell that it is actually a taco, and not a tortilla shell filled to the brim with lettuce. I will only be frequenting Taco Time from now on. At least they put more than a morsel of meat in their tacos, and their employees dont mock their customers.

I would give this Taco Bell location negative stars if I could. On more occasions than I can count, this place has been understaffed, orders were incorrect, food was missing, they were out of something or everything, and most of the time (especially at night), the employees will ignore you at the drive-thru speaker. I went the this drive-thru at around 11pm one night, I knew the place stays open until around 2am. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes with no response until I drove around to see a single employee, leaning against the counter playing on her phone. I will be going to the Bountiful location from now on, which has WONDERFUL service every time.

We went to the drive through and ordered two bean and cheese burritos and I specifically said no onions and no sauce just the bean and cheese. Then she said okay "no onion" and I said yes and no sauce. Then we added a freeze and then said never mind. When she read our order back she still had the drink on there and we no drink. She okay. Then we went to the window she had us pay. She charged us for a drink. She then handed us the drink that we took off our order. Then when I went to eat my bean and cheese burrito that I spicifically ordered with no onions and no sauce there was sauce on it.

Without a doubt the worst food Ive ever been served at a Taco Bell. Admittedly I popped into the lobby just 10 minutes before they closed that portion of the restaurant (my vehicle is too tall for the drive through). The staff was more concerned with chatting with their other friends lingering at tables than preparing our food. I could see our quesadillas being prepared so I wasnt entirely shocked that they hadnt been fully melted--burritos were undercooked too. Im glad I was just passing through because Id never eat Taco Bell if this were my only option.
