There was hair that was dug deep I went to the lady and said can I get it fresh and she said something they all looked then made it "fresh" , The older lady in the front looks at it I say do u see it she says "yea" pulls it out and its literally 4-6 in length and she tell the older guy couting up recipe they speak in their language and she throw it then when they bring the rice I take it set it on the plate , the meat honestly looked like little disfigured creatures such as guinea pigs and rats Its grossed out I asked for a refund only on my food my friend finished her cream puffs that were actually good and she just spoke in her language and gave the money but I will never return someone needs to inspect Im sorry but thats a very outdated business and just filthy !

I love this place but hate it. The man who takes the orders is very very very slow... He takes 5 minutes on each customer maybe because hes old? Every time he turns around to grab a receipt or food it takes him forever to turn around. No one in this place is friendly at ALL..... they dont smile & they never greet anyone. Their prices are a bit pricey but then again you get a lot of food. The place looks so so ghetto from the inside to the outside. It just looks super dirty. But the food here is so different so delicious... thats why I always return dam you Happy Foods I cant quit you!! Overall even if its like 10 bad things vs 1 good thing, that 1 good thing which is delicious food wins.

Its been at least 4 years that Ive been coming here. The only thing that keeps me coming is how convenient the location is (from my job), the prices and taste. The front where the cash register is located is very messy. The back doesnt look very sanitary. Their costumer service is almost unheard of. Theres was also a time when I heard the cashier talking on the phone to another lady. I guess she got the wrong order. The cashier just argued with her as though she didnt care. After they hung up she proceeded to speak her language real loud to another worker. This place needs many improvements...

Yall must not know what good chinese food is cuz this BS is garbage. Today I ordered shrimp fried rice which contained the tiny shrimp in the can that was fishy and there were shells iin my food. If you like this place youll really enjoy the restaraunt on the SW corner of 67ave and Bethany next to gas station and across from frys. Never will I eat here again. EEEEWWWWWWWW And the customer service sucks all though the food can be inexpensive

I actually love the food, been there for years. Seen cashier lady get mad , because someone returned their food. She gave her, her money back and told her not to return. The lady wasnt even being rude. Still gonna eat there, but will only give 1 star for poor customer service!

I came here two days in a row. Waited about 10-15 minutes and nobody would open the door. I tried calling too, no answer! This place must not want to make any money. Oh well, I went next door. They are more than willing to satisfy their customers!

My Favorite Chinese Food Joint, they get rude customers sometime guess thats why the lady gets grumpy shes always happy when I See Her. Good Prices on the Food. When ever I Come back to Az I Stop By Keep Up the good work Cooks

Food is not all that the meats are kind of nasty... Vegies not fresh... But if ur from the south phoenix area theres something about these places that makes it feel like home... Not my fav but I support it!!!

The most unfriendly people!! Very rude lady at the cash register. This place needs to be checked out by health inspection. I will never go back and I would not recommend this place.
