So. This is my first time ever eating here. Your mission that is hanging on a sign on the wall is to deliver exceptional Asian dinning experience. This was not the case. When we walked in there were 6 people behind the counter. 1 girl waiting on a couple and 3 people people waiting Infront of us. Keep in mind 6 people total behind the counter. One of the girls walked out for a break. 1 guy walked out for a break and another guy we dont know where he went. 1 guy cooking and 1 girl walking back and forth for 10 minutes while the line is building up. Do you know how uncomfortable it was to have everyone behind the counter making eye contact with us but yet allowing the line building up and not helping us? Finally after what felt like 15 minutes my boyfriend was asked what he wanted to eat. He started telling the tall girl and she stopped him said sample? Gave him a sample and walked away to finish a different order. Why start an order with us if your not going to finish it?we got our food after witnessing one of the girls rolling here eyes at the lady in front of us when she asked for another container of sauce.

Before talking about anything else it is important to mention about the Eclipse Spectacle of today because on this day which is 8/21/17 the first total solar eclipse is to make landfall exclusively in the U.S. since independence in 1776. One should also remember that total eclipse in the same location only happens every 375 years on average. The Panda Express restaurant was opened in 1973 as Panda Inn in Pasadena, CA but they also started to open family owned Panda Express restaurants all over the U.S. in 1983 which has added up to 1300 locations. The restaurant has indoor table service as well as take-out meals, kids meals, entree choices, spicy food, side choices, soft drinks and fresh brewed ice tea. They also provide catering for special occasions. Other requirements in relation to accessibility are also available for both adults and children.

Today was my first visit to this Panda Express. I was very disappointed! They were short on the Terriyaki chicken. It took them a long time to make more. This is somewhat understandable and if that had been the only problem, I would be writing this review. They also failed to include the two extra plates I requested, along with the usual items that they normally put in the to-go bag, like: forks, napkins, say sauce and fortune cookies. The one star rating I gave them I will attribute to the cashier. Her name is something like Maribella. A simple "Im sorry" or a free egg roll would have lessened my displeasure with them. I hope they learn that when the customers need cannot be met in a timely manner, a kind word or gesture is the least that should be expected.

OMG! What a mess! I mean literally....water (a lake) and trash all over floor especially near drink station that extended to at least a third of the dining room and where you stand in line to order food!!!!! Soda was coming out foamy. Dirty tables galore. Waited 20 + minutes for 2 plates. Employees were all over the place, confused and unorganized. I even pre-ordered. The food service line of food was disgusting. It was a total mess. Food pieces out of the bowls looking sloppy and some in bowls next to it. SMH enuff said

Walked in at 9 PM this restaurant closes at 10 PM there was water all over the floor and food stations. The employee had a bucket of water and a white rag and was cleaning the glass right over the food! I had ordered food away from the station that she was working in the employee had dropped a piece of food out of the serving tray and onto the counter. She didnt pick it up and placed it into my container. I mediately walked out. Stay far far away

Sign on the door (05-27-16) says TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE? How can a chain be out of service? No posting on if/when they will open again. I always have issues at this place but not worth the drive to others.

Employees are always on their cell phones or the store isnt cleaned food under the tables and the food looks old. Manager always has an attitude as well, she doesnt seem to know what shes doing.

Great food! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is extremely cold inside. I always have to get my food to go because I can never sit inside to eat my meal.
