Ill start by saying that the food is real good compared to other Chinese food in the area. BUT I will say I did not appreciate being rushed over and over in ordering my food. I came in and asked for a family size table and they where hesitant to give me that open table. I only asked for that table because I have a toddler who like to venture off and talk to people so I wanted to make sure I kept in in between me and grandma but the guy told me not to sit him in the middle because they did not want to clean after my son because kids are messy eaters. I couldnt believe me ears but I kept my cool and settled for a regular booth table. After we got sat I asked for five minutes to look over the menu. They kept coming over every thirty seconds to ask if we were ready if we were ready if we were ready and then the final waitress came to ask if we were waiting for someone and i said no. I asked if they were closing soon and they said no so why the rush? I was rushed to give my order. After we ordered they didnt bother to see if we needed a drink. All the rush for what? They made me feel like they dont like people to come in with their kids. By their comment they gave me the expression they dont like to clean up after people which its their job as a restaurant to clean up after their customers especially after kids eating. (Not that we are dirty messy eaters but my toddler is just learning to eat on his own) Then to top it off they sent another waitress and she kept giving us the stank eye and bad attitude. Didnt appreciate that. Im usually a great tipper when it comes to anyone serving me BUT I DEFINITELY DID NOT TIP even after a substantial amount I paid for my ordered amount of food. They did not deserve to be tipped. If it wasnt for the food being decent I wouldnt come back. Next time Im ordering for pick up! Heres a tip for employees there reading this: BE NICE AND HAVE A PLEASANT ATTITUDE AND LET THE CUSTOMER SIT WHERE THEY WANT AND DONT RUSH THEM!!!

Ever since my family and I started going to Best China, we have not stopped. The service is awesome and the food is delicious!!!! We love the comical conversations we have with the waiters lol. They make us feel welcomed. We know what we want and sometimes they know too with out asking us "If we need more time". The food has soooo many flavors and Im in love with the green tea. There is no other Chinese cuisine that comes close to this restaurant. Impeccable timing when ordering food and customer service is awesome...tip or no tip they still treat us well. Lunch specials are the bomb and you definitely feel full after eating there. Oh wait, the egg drop soup is to die for..especially on those chilly nights or just to eat as a liquid diet. Whatever your heart is hungry for....GO TO BEST CHINA!!!!. No matter what negative people comment on here....if you dont like their food or service....get up and go some where else...cause you make the environment tasteless!?!?

Today my family and I went to enjoy a wonderful dinner; mind you, my family and I have been coming here for years! Unfortunately, todays service was HORRIBLE! Not once did they come to our table to ask if we needed refills, my husband had to walk to the counter and ASK FOR A REFILL! There were only three other families there, so not busy at all! And again, not once did they come to see if we needed anything. Did I forget to mention our order was completely wrong?? I believe there must be new managers or something because NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED THE EXPERIENCE THAT I EXPERIENCED TODAY!! Please dont go here, they have lost their customer service completely!!!!!!! And they did NOT HAVE ANY COMPASSION WITH OUR NEGLECTED EXPERIENCE!

Based on reviews here, family went to Best China for Easter lunch - all ten of us. We all ordered something different and everyone was happy with their food. I got Sizzling Seafood - it was quite good and the price was a reasonable $13. The menu is quite extensive and service was fine. All the meals were delivered in a timely manner. Beverages refilled. Service not overly friendly, but that was fine. Staff took good photo of family - good as the family is gonna get. My only real complaint is that there are two televisions in the restaurant and our table was directly under one of them. I should have asked television to be turned off. We will return - probably in smaller group. Not fancy, but good food at good prices.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! The older lady working there is just RUDE!! I have 4 kids and she ALWAYS trys To sit us at a small booth! She has a Bad attitude towards customers with small children. I asked for a table in the back because they are bigger tables, the guy working there agreed to sit us there and here she comes saying theirs a reservation at 4 for that table. Then she went on to say how all kids are messy eaters. The food is good. But the service is AWFUL!!

This is my favorite restaurant in the country. My brothers mother-in-law took us here by chance. We were visiting from Kansas City. She said it was good, but we didnt know how good. Im always skeptical of other peoples reviews, because Im such a picky eater. Im Asian, so I have a little higher standards about this type of food. YUMMO! Im so glad we listened to her and went! I ordered Beef Fried Rice and my Patrick got General Tsaos Chicken. Delicious!

There was a dead fish in the tank. It must have been dead for a while because the flesh had come off the bones his eyes were gray and you could see its skeleton. Disgusting. Another fish has little chunks missing on his side exposing his skeleton, they probably dont feed the poor fish and they eat each other. This says something about the place to me. Youre probably eating dog meat for all you know.

I would never go anywhere else. The food is always fresh and not over seasoned, unless this is your choice. Staff is very attentive without being intursive. They will prepare coffee for my father and he is usually the only person to drink coffee, this a very little gesture but much appreicated, most larger asian restruants will not do this or not even offer coffee. Wonderful Hot and Sour Soup!!

My chicken with rice and veggies was floating in oil. There was so much oil I couldnt taste the flavor of the food. I made our waitress aware and she said, "No we dont cook that in oil, you must have made it that way by adding Chile oil too it." Well that was not the case and she didnt understand what I was trying to say, so I just let it go. I could not eat this food.

This is a great place to get excellent food! They have a great menu to choose from and have all of my favorite foods. Also to make it even better they are always very friendly and have great customer service! If your are looking for one of the best Chinese restaurants in the valley you have found the right place!

Good food i come here all the time but today I didnt tip cause I didnt have cash on me and I dont like to tip using my card . The server was very rude when I didnt give a tip ... makes me not want to come eat here AGAIN !! They are very slow in attending you they need to hire more servers !
