Did some delivery from here. I have to say this was some of the worst food I have ever had. Honestly I would say garbage food like PANDA EXPRESS is better food then this and I wouldnt even feed Panda to someone I hated. I do not expect very high quality food from delivery especially when its chinese however I do expect the food to atleast be edible. Sesme chicken did not taste like it in any way or form outside of having a massive amount of seseme seeds poured on it. The chicken was super soggy as well. My own dish was a beef dish and to be 100% honest it question what I was eating because it did not taste like beef. The only redeeming part of this meal was the crabpuffs. While not great they were atleast consumable. As I said I do not expect much when ordering take out food. I avoid it if I can. After a day of unpacking and putting things away in the new home though me and the wife though why not, lets get some take out food. This stuff is seriously disgusting.

I my daughter ordered a meal at the suggestion of the server. (It was not asked) She orginally ordered the Sundevil pork meal and Eli the server told her that it was spicy. She ordered another mealel, and she stated that was spicy also. Thats when she sugessted the garlic and honey chicken. My daughter did feel good about her suggesting something for her. She went ahead and ordered what the server suggested. I told her to order what she want! The meal came and my daughter didnt like the meal. I advised the server and she stated that she ordered it. A 10 year old. Yes she did, but she didnt like it! She refused to change her order or give an refund. She stated again that she ordered it! So! And she didnt like it! You shouldnt have to pay for what she didnt like! Especially, since it was not our original order. My food was great! But this was not a good service for someone patronising your business. They have not heard the last from me!!!!

Spent $35 on food. First, I asked for no vegetables mainly because I am allergic to onions and its easier just to leave all the veggies out and just specifics. Got my food and there were veggies. Minor annoyance but I dealt with it. Then I plate out the food and there is HAIR in it. Called the place, the manager wouldnt even get on the phone, said she was busy and would call me back. No, that doesnt work for me. I already paid for my food and it wasnt even edible and now you are going to tell me to wait? No. Then I was hung up on. So I called back and the phone rang literally for 5 minutes before a male picked up and put me on hold twice. I asked for new food and a refund. Nothing was done at this point. So dont eat at this place unless you want hair in your food and shitty customer service.

The food is good, and thats what matters the most. I did not encounter anything in my order that was sub-par quality. In fact, some of it was downright delicious! Its definitely going to become my go-to Chinese food restaurant. I did not give it a 5 star review for one simple reason - nothing stood out to blow me away. The food is definitely good, and I will be returning to dine in sometime soon. If, upon my return from dining in, I should find exceptional service, or some other element to impress me sufficiently, I will revise my review. I can say this, though. If you order delivery, you will receive good food promptly. I am quite satisfied.

Craving a decent meal, my boyfriend and I Googled many places to have dinner. He decided on this place and it was a great choice. We had great service throughout dinner. :) We were greeted walking in the door, had a table immediately and was offered drinks right away. We were given plenty of time to review the menu. Everything looked delicious; we ordered, and the food was well portioned, brought out quickly, and greatly priced. Our drinks were refilled generously. The staff was amazing! The place was clean! Id definitely bring more people with me next time and go more often! The food and service was delicious!!! They deserve 5 stars!

My go-to Chinese place. Close to home, and they handle my special requests flawlessly. Example: Got out of the hospital yesterday, and I wanted ginger added to my Szechuan Combination to settle my stomach. They added a whole bunch of julienne strips of fresh ginger, and it was delicious, and made my stomach feel right as rain. The person ordering Kung Pao asked for cashews instead of peanuts, also done just as asked. I swear by their online ordering. I avoid phone orders because of the language barrier. But really, no biggie. I can type as well as I talk.

Best Chinese food I have found in Phoenix! Take out fast and extras plentiful. Feel lucky to have tried this place.Our family will only be eating here. We have been here for 25 years and the food is prepared like on the East Coast. Chicken Fried Rice was overloaded with breast meat, Wor Won Ton was superb,eggrolls fresh and stuffed,Sweet and Shrimp , Sweet and Sour Chicken were excellent. Highly recommend and yes the prices are very reasonable and servings plentiful.

Buyer Beware. Worst business Ive ever ordered from. Takes a minimum of 1/12 hours to arrive from two blocks away, double charge my credit card. Then ask for cash when finally arrived, grabbed all my money and turned around without even offering my change. Not only was the manager rude, the restaurant is dirty and smells bad to boot. Flushing your money down the toilet is more satisfying!

worse food i ever had. hair in my chicken asked for no veggies got mostly veggies. i will not eat from this place again.even if i was homeless and they were giving it away for free then. when asking for my money back got hung up on by the manager what a great class of employees this place as working for them ill will b reporting this to the health board in the morning

We will not order here again. I got the twice cooked chicken and it was awful. Chewy and soggy barely any chicken. I just threw it all away couldnt eat it. The other meals sort of got eaten. The curry didnt taste like curry. The soup was decent. The crab puffs and egg rolls are ok. Fried rice was good. Deliver was quick. But entrees are awful not worth it.

Very good savory Chinese food for the price point. Ive been returning to this place for the last 4 years and I like their fast friendly service whether it be dine-in or take-out. I like their Sun Devil Chicken (I tell them to make it "mild") and during colder weather their House Noodle Soup hits the spot!

We love Golden Dragon! We live in the neighborhood and have tried other places around here and nothing compares. The food is always good, the meat exceptional; no weird pieces! The staff are so nice and always remember you! Its great!!

My experience at Golden Dragon was horrible. After receiving our food 30 minutes later, we saw two roaches chillin on the seats. The response from the employee, "We just got them yesterday." Did not pay for the food or service.
