you know those people that leave flyiers on your cars or homes these people did it and so I called them to talk to member of management and from what the guy on the phone told me there is no one incharge there. One second he is telling me that hes not a manager and they will be in tomorrow then the next thing he says is that he can help and is incharge. All I want to do is talk to management and there is no one incharge at this place. I would not and will not trust a place when there is no one who is honest and incharge. I do understand those dont go together but if I ask for a manager they should say Ill get them. This place is having the 18th anniversary and there is no manager and the owner is in CA. I call B.S. Dont trust this place.

The ONLY reason they are a 4 and not a 5 is because service takes forever to start... we walked in and stood there till a lady told us to sit anywhere... we sat and waited for at LEAST 15 mins for a guy to get our drinks... another 5 for him to bring them out and then FINALLY take our order! Food was fast though and the taste MORE THAN MADE UP for the time we spent just sitting there... we wont be going in again unless we have the time to sit but they are #1 on our list for delivery or carryout! Amazing food... I LOVE their cashew chicken!!! And the portions for the cost is unbelievably AWESOME! same price for a large combo anywhere else and you have your meal and at least one other!

I placed an order for delivery and the whole process was way more complicated than i could have imagined. The Asian gentleman taking the order didnt have a firm grasp on the English language and it took about twenty minutes just to get him to understand my order which was a major inconvenience. But I decided to see his deep accent as a sign that the food would taste more authentic...I was wrong. I have never had food that tasted that bland and overcooked in my life! One of the entrees I received I hadnt even ordered, and it was as horrible as what I had ordered. Go elsewhere! There are better options that are less expensive.

You wouldnt even know this was a Chinese restaurant without the name. The interior looks very Arizona, not Chinese. The wait for the food wasnt too bad, but it was longer than expected and they messed up the order twice. They cannot communicate properly and their menu was confusing as well. We tried a good bit of different things and I would have to say this is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I could not even force myself to swallow the WonTon soup broth is was so nasty. The prices are extremely high for the bad quality of the food. I will never be going back here again.

Very rude service and wont be coming back. I came in and felt like I was being interrogated. I asked for just egg drop soup and he replied back saying "thats it?" . Its on your menu? Am I not aloud to have egg drop soup? So I felt forced to order something else. Then they gave me the small one which is 2.50 without even telling me I can get a larger one for 5 dollars. Its your job to educated the customers on prices and to let them know what they can order. He stood over me which to me felt like I needed to hurry and order more when I didnt want anything else. Bad customer service!

I have been going to this restaurant since I was in high school thats over 20 yrs ago! Its been the same family owned place the whole time. I have nothing but great reviews for this place. Yes, the food prep time may take longer than were used to but that could only mean one thing... it wasnt sitting under a heat lamp all day. Its always been very tasty whatever the process is. They are honest people. Not having a "person in charge" is not dishonesty and neither is having a language barrier. They are a hard working Arizona family business. Support them. They deserve it.

They offer delivery, which I a plus, I ordered the general chicken, which usually is a little hot or has a kick, was disappointed that it tasted like bland chicken. My husband was not impressed with the sweet and sour pork and the fried rice tasted very plain, crab puffs were just cream cheese with no other flavor, the only thing worth noting are the egg rolls. Probably will not be ordering from this place again.

Not sure why the people at all the mom and pop Chinese food places, are alway very rude. Almost as if your presence, is in some way a burden to them......Well, just ate here today for the first time. Very disappointed! Some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. This place has one good thing going for it, big portions (if thats what your in to). On a side note, who puts mushrooms in chicken lowmein?

Excellent Chinese food. Pretty solid delivery time, as well as friendly. The delivery guys are always really nice. Always aksing "whats up!?" or "How you doing today my friend?" They also throw in extra food in every one of my delivery orders. I highly recommend this restaurant. Probably the best Chinese food in the Glendale/Peoria area.

Ive been a patron of China Place for 14 years and I never had a meal I did not love. The atmosphere from day one have remained the same, clean, friendly and very inviting. I would recommend China Place to anyone who would like to dine in a clean and friendly atmosphere and enjoy some of the best Asian food in the Valley.

China Place has great deals on take out. Never a wait. I walk in, theres already a man waiting up front at the counter ready to take my order, and less than 5 mins later Im on my way with a mouthwatering bag of food. And plus they usually have coupons! Either at the front counter or on their website. Love it.

I went there late at night on a weekday and the food was so fresh. You can tell that they make their own wonton dumplings from scratch. Everything was amazing. They also have a take out drive up window. I had the garlic shrimp, pork friend rice, war wonton soup, and eggs rolls, all 5 star worthy.

Came here for lunch with my boyfriend. Prices for lunch average $5-$6ish per plate. Helpings are large and the taste does not lack. Service was VERY tentative as well. Place was clean. If I were to give anything that needed improvement might be the bathroom. However, that was not terrible either.
