Flavors of India is probably one of my favorite places to eat and I have never been disappointed by the food or the service. Their dinner menu is comprehensive and has a multitude of selections available to suit every taste. I have yet to get over there for their lunch buffet so I cannot speak to that but the food is consistently delicious and just thinking about it is making my mouth water. The dining room is simple but has always been reasonably clean and the general ambiance gives an open but intimate feeling where the background noise and music isnt ever overwhelming to my experience. If you are looking for some great Indian fare then this is the right place to go in town.

Of all the Indian restaurants Ive tried, in the Valley or anywhere, none come close to the flavors, freshness, and warm service of this place. Everything here, including the desserts, is made on premises and from scratch. The curry is flavored beyond comparison...the tikki masala sauce is outstanding. You want a soggy samosa overstuffed with mashed potatoes? Go someplace else...the samosa here is stuffed with a cornucopia of flavorful ingredients inside a perfectly flaky crust. Try a dessert, you wont regret it. Folks, if you live close by, please come and bless these folks and lets keep them in our neighborhood...but wherever you live, dont miss...MAJORLY recommend!!!

A hidden gem! The location of this restaurant does it no justice. Its in a drab, almost empty strip mall and there is nothing about the exterior that would compel you to eat here if you werent craving Indian food. Having said that, I have been to India 3 times and I would still consider this restaurant to be one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to, in or out of India. They really go the extra mile in preparing each dish. My favorite dish is the Chicken Makhani but I loved everything else Ive ever ordered from here. Ive only done take out so far but I plan to actually eat in the restaurant itself one day.

I am always suspicious when I am the only Indian in an Indian restaurant. Still I discussed with the owner and he recommended so I ordered Chholey Bhature. Chholey had just chilli and no salt. So side of onion or lime. And the Bhature dough was not fermented enough so it did not rise. The oil in which it was cooked was old and do hot. This turned the Bhature too dark and raw. I talked to the guy and explained and even showed the pictures if his a good Bhature look like. He went back and got the samevwirst Bhature. I finally gave up and ate it. Worst Indian dish of my life.

This place is fantastic. A friend of mine recommended it so we all met there for dinner. Every single dish was fantastic. Someone said they lacked hospitality.. not when we went. The owners were super attentive. Water glasses were never empty, they came to ensure we were satisfied over a dozen times. And dish after dish was amazing, lamb korma - delish, naan - to die for, chicken vindaloo - oh man, seriously. Plus between the 4 of us we also had , chicken biryani, mango chutney, papadam. If I could, I would give Flavors of India 10 stars... so good

I visited this place with excitement but the service given by owner is pathetic, food was fine but all together the service matters the most. The owner was giving a weird look such as we are not supposed to be here . I never got this type of service in any other indian restaurant. Looks like we are only indian here. The lady here was very rude, when we complaint about all this ,she was not ready to accept their behavior, instead of it she asked us to leave. If you have guts to handle your insult and still dine in here, Ill never opt this again .

One of my favorite restaurants in Phoenix and one of the better Indian cuisine restaurants to which I have been. They can really cater the spiciness to your needs. Great customer service that is always very personal. They fennel seed candy is addictive. The lassi is a must get item. Awesome curries and naan. Whether vegetarian or carnivore, there is a menagerie of good choices available.

We love this place. Costumer service is prompt, and exactly what we ordered. Our glasses never emptied as they always filled our coke and waters. The zeta also is perfectly spiced. The garlic nana is the best in the Valley. The chicken makhani tasted of scrumptious layers of roasted tomatoes, sliced grilled chunks of chicken in a rich smokey thick sauce. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Been here twice so far for the lunch buffet, and I expect to be here once a month or so for the indefinite future. Food is delicious, interior is clean and tastefully decorated, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Price point is fair considering the amount of chicken and naan I consume when I come here. I dont typically bother to review places, good or bad, but these folks deserve it.

Absolutely the best, freshest, Indian Food in Phoenix. The staff is great, kind, friendly and helpful. Greater vegetarian options than most any other restaurant of its kind. High on the vegetables. The buffet is only 10.00, thats tax and tip, etc, unless you want a drink, $1.00 more. Doesnt get much better than this. Beautifully decorated, too. Pretty food. Fresh hot bread, Chai is great.

While the lunch buffet here is excellent, the dinner I just ate there on Sat. Sept. 15 left something to be desired. We asked for medium spice, and got mile; the lentils are better in the packaged Indian foods than they were here. No one came to take our used plates and I think the dinner items are a bit too pricey. Maybe we shouldnt have ordered the tandoori chicken...

Im not a huge fan of Indian food but I enjoyed what I had here. I had several different styles of chicken which were ok but to a real Indian food lover Im sure they would be great. The fried onions and potatoes were awesome. The bread was delicious too. Other items that I did not think I would like were ok; again to a real Indian food lover I bet they taste great.

Location is great but I didnt really receive good customer service.I ordered over phone and went to pick my order. I checked if she has included chopped onion/lemon as we usually include..atleast I have seen this as customary with other Indian restaurant.Lady there was kinda rude saying they dont provide it with any of their dishes.
