If you are planning to have a evening and next couple of days with family or friends stay miles away from this place. Service is horrible after being told that they are having back log of 10 minutes for the orders, the food we ordered never came for next hours and 15 minutes, after 45 minutes requested to meet with some one responsible, every 10 minutes a new person claims he/ she is in charge when we asked to give anything edible for starving( for than an hour in a so called restaurant) young kids. When kids started falling asleep empty stomach we asked for someone who is responsible there comes new one claiming he is responsible and says shamelessly " wherever you go it will be same thing. No shame no accountability and treats customers like beggars. Finally for refusing to talk to a totally new person who is claiming to be in charge now, he says loudly ( with intended loudness) dont let these customers come in again. But he is going to have surprise soon for that. Those who ate with us cancelled all their social activities today because of a an upset stomach. It could be a revenge by one the in charge or the food is really stale , you figure

OUTSTANDING LUNCH BUFFET!!! I am giving this restaurant 5 stars based on the lunch buffet and cleanliness. I come here often, about 5 times a month, with family or friends for the amazing selection at their lunch buffet. Friday through Sunday is my favorite time to come because the food is much spicier. Beware, this place is PACKED on those days. If you prefer it on the mild side then stick with the Monday - Thursday buffet or come during dinner hours when you can order it however you prefer. I have noticed that the people in my party are usually the only non-Indian people dining here, which is an excellent sign that the food is authentic. Ive never been to India, so unfortunately I cannot say for certain. This restaurant is always very clean. The service can be hit or miss; sometimes we get fantastic service and other times not so much, but that may be due to a communication barrier that the food more than makes up for. Tips: Great place for vegetarians who like it spicy. (Yes, they do also serve meat.) Be sure and try Rasam & Sambar soups, they are both delicious!

This used to be our favorite Indian Cuisine. But I feel have to write a review of the last 2 times we tried to eat Super buffet. 1. the most disturbing is that needs to be brought up we stood by the door waiting to be seated for over 25 mins. The restaurant was not busy at all. Other families were seated before us and they came in after us. They were of Middle Eastern descent. Not sure if it is a factor that we are a caucasian family. The buffet was not stocked as it usually is and the food was cold. The second time coming in ONCE AGAIN. It took awhile for us to be seated with other families seated before us. I made a special order from the menu...my item was never brought to me. I tried to talk to the wait staff but there was a language barrier. I was charged for the item that we never received, there was no arguing the point. I have been coming here since the restaurant opened. The food used to be so good. And the staff used to be so polite. I am not sure what has happened. I do not think we will be returning..

If i had a chance to give zero stars i would have. We went to dine in on a sunday night after seeing some reviews on yelp. BIG MISTAKE!! Group of 6 and we ordered couple of varieties. I dont know if the dishes was added into a bowl of spice. Every dish ordered was way too spicy. If you plan to eat more than once a week in-case u liked beware of getting stomach ulcer. its not just the spice but there was no taste, there was sticker left on lemon, expired beer dated 2012, spoilt chola battora. The chola was spoilt and stinking which was ordered for a kid. We have gone to many indian restaurants and not liked but nothing beats this place. In the end a whopping $150 bill for nothing. The qty was the size of a peanut and costed us a lot. Its not just the customer you lost but unsatisfied people who will never ever come again or recommend. PS: Instead of having pages of menu try keeping limited and serving better quality, its better not being sorry all the time .

Mixed review - the two of us arrived for lunch on Sunday and were quickly directed to a table after being told we couldnt have one of the empty booths. OK, fine. We were seated and the host left. No menu. No information at all. After 4-5 mins. we flagged down the host and asked for menus. Told that the buffet was the only thing available. Buffet area is small and feels crowded during busy times. However, there was a nice selection of food and it was all tasty, though some of it was strange, like the pan of toasted hamburger buns. The selections are spicy and hot in many cases and theres no labels for each food item to indicate what is spicy and what is not. Youll find out the hard way. Thankfully, they were quick to top off our glasses with ice water. We had to flag the host down again for the check before we were able to pay and leave. Customer service, as some have mentioned, could use some improvement, but its worth a try if you like your Indian food spicy.

One of the worst restaurants in Phoenix area. We were 4 people visited this restaurant on Saturday(23rd Apr 2017) around 1:45pm. The usual closing time on Saturday is 2:30 pm, around 2pm a waited said, food will not be refilled after 2:15pm(we thought food would be there at counter and they wont refill it). There are 3 groups like us by that time(luckily we finished our lunch before 2:15pm). Exactly at 2:15 pm employees there started trashing all the food and flipped the chairs and started cleaning the floor, besides 3groups were still having their Sunday lunch with families, have never seen such a worst and unprofessional restaurant in my life. Coming to the food, they are serving 2 types of desserts, 2 tiffin items, 1 non-veg biriyani, 3 non-veg curries, 2-3 veg curries thats it, very limited with 2/5 spicy level.. Overall food wasnt that great, cleanings was OK-OK and decency very poor.

My review is more like 2.5 stars. With two grandchildren, I ordered idly, baingan bartha, dal makhani, veg vindaloo, and plain naan. The service was ok, that is except when I requested they change the porno music vid channel. Actually, the porn was in the commercials, but porn it nevertheless was and totally visible by my grandchildren. They grudgingly changed the channel. Finally, the food came. It smelled heavenly and tasted good. However, when it separated slightly, the amount of oil that floated on top was excessive to the extreme. I could actually scoop out spoonfuls of oil...gross. They couldnt understand why I didnt want to take home the leftovers, which included most of the order. On the way home, I started feeling ill and lost my dinner upon arriving home. Too bad...Im looking for good Indian food. This place isnt what I hoped even if they do have great idly and sambar.
