If there was a 0 star rating I would choose 0 stars. I ordered the sesame chicken from their lunch menu today and found a cockroach leg in my food. I showed my waitet and he said " its from the flour when they fried the chicken" I was like no way that is a leg from a bug....he offered to bring something else out but at that point I lost my appetite and said no thanks. So after being charged for a meal with a bug leg in it which I did not eat...needless to say I will not be going back there. Its pretty bad that one experience in the 20 years I have been going there based on the service and treatment I got will make me never go back. If you do go there please inspect your food carefully so you are not eating bug parts!!!

I have been to this location twice. Both times have been an awful experience. First off, the restaurant doesnt close until 9pm. I walked in at 8, the man at the door said to go? I said we would be eating. He grabbed two menus and said I only have 30 minutes for you and threw out menus onto the table. Next, I ask for some hot tea, where we find floating tissues or paper not entirely sure. Also, this was the second time the man at the door told me he would not seat me with an hour remaining. If he doesnt want to be open after 8, he should put a sign up. I will never dine here again.

Ive been calling for an hour. Why isnt anyone picking up? Well we finally got our food an hour after I called. It was horrible and Im completely disappointed. The Kung pao beef was separated. There was no veggies or peanuts, like I asked for and probably got charged. The beef was unrecognizable, over cooked and fried? Why? There was no crab in the crab puffs. The spring rolls were mussy. I have eaten at abacus inn before and its never been this bad. Im super duper disappointed. Sorry abacus you failed me. :-(

Sizzling rice soup consistently taste burnt.. we tried on multiple occasions hoping that it was just a bad batch but it was not. They also list delivery as 11 a.m. on their website however when you call to place your order they take the order take your money and then tell you they cant deliver til 1230 p.m.... on top of that when you tell the management that they should list the proper delivery time on their website he proceeds to yell at you.. lost my business for good .. I do not recommend this restaurant

If you like enjoying delicious chinese food , specially made that will definatley fill you up but not leave you feeling like your going to burst like the Chinese buffets often do in my opinion . This is the Place for you. The place is very beautiful , but not over elegant, the music inside is very relaxing , and the people serving you are very friendly and service able. Someone said the eggrolls used to be better, and its true, but thats the only knock I have on them.

Worst "Chinese" food Ive ever eaten. Customer service was good, but the food is awful. Chicken is old thawed out rubber garbage. Egg rolls are mushy and old. Fried wontons had literally no meat in them after the guy on the phone warned me they have pork. Prices are insane as well, especially considering the quality. Go elsewhere, this is not good food. So many other options, pick another.

I have lived in this neighborhood for 43 years and always wanted to check this place out. Finally, I got to do it today. They serve a wide variety of different dishes at a very reasonable price and huge servings. My loss for not checking them out earlier. The waitress are super friendly. I will definitely go back again.

Amazing service. We brought our 1 year old daughter and they were exceptionally nice. They brought her out a drink with lid and a mini order of chicken, without being asked and free of charge. Food was great and delivered quick. Our drinks were always full. Their customer service is what will keep us coming back.

This place has been around along time and has always been good. There are now new owners and they kept the best items and added some great additions and changed some of the dishes that are awesome. Ive tried the Thai volcano beef, orange chicken, lettuce wraps, and some of the seafood dishes which were all great.

ABSOLUTELY amazing food. Since moving into the neighborhood, this is my "go to" place for Chinese food. Decor nothing fancy, typical Chinese restaurant decor. But u go for the food! Great portions, always fresh, and always hot. Even when picking up "to go" its never been cold or on a warmer lamp. TRY IT OUT :-)

We were very unhappy with this place. We were excited to try it out but we wish we hadnt. The egg rolls were overdone. The sun devil chicken was very chewy and overcooked. The prices are way to high in comparison to places like Siu Wok where you can get a combo meal for the same price. We will not be going back.

General Tso would dine here himself if he were real! Delicious and nourishing old-school Chinese food served in a small restaurant that reminds me of the places I used to eat in back in a 1970s Chinatown. Great value...all white meat chicken in my dish, plump wontons...and great service!

The Manager was upset because he was confused about what the bean curd soup was made of & asks my sister "do you know how to make it?" "do you want to come back here & make it?" in a very rude tone . Ill never get food here again just because of the rude service & inconsistency.

We go to Abacus as a group of 7 or 8 from work. We always eat family style and its consistently good. I can personally recommend the house special chicken. The house chow mein is a keeper too. The inside isnt fancy, but it is airways clean. Well definitely be returning.

We discovered this gem about 2yrs ago and weve been coming back. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is delish to the last bite and still have some to take home. My fav is the MANDARIN DINNER for two. They also have awesome cocktails!

The food here is excellent. Try the General Tsos Chicken. Its amazing. Ive had their food to go a few times and have never been told of a minimum charge. The people are very nice when I go pick up the order and its fast.
