I never review, but I just had to.. I ordered my food at 7:18... nothing by 8:00... given that its a Saturday, I waited 20 min.. then 10 more, I decided to call and ask if my order was even on the way! The guy went to check, came back and said that the driver has another order and was coming to me next. I live 2 miles away, how does it take an hour and a half?? He said it would be about 10-15 min. Low and behold, 25min and he was here and with an attitude. I asked if I could check the food first, because I wouldnt accept it if it wasnt hot. It was warm. I accepted. Excited, I sit down to eat... but wheres my eggroll? Why is this white rice and not pork fried? This "honey" chicken doesnt look like it is honey. and its not very "tasty". Terrible experience all around. Would not recommend. AVOID. I wish I wouldnt have answered my door. It took WAY too long for garbage food. It would have saved me $20 and a bad experience. Oh and BTW, I suggest not using imitation crab meat in the crab puffs.. Its disgusting. Just do cream cheese if real crab is too costly. The sweet and sour sauce was good though! Its worth 1 star.

Fast delivery, good prices, great food. As for the comment below, Im amazed at how selfish and destructive people can be in their reviews. Small businesses in this modern day of online reviews and anonymous bullying are dying out one by one because some stoners munchies cost him two hours pay at the car wash. You read the menu, you see the prices, you order, and then you eat. Complaining about prices and giving one star after all of the above is just plain criminal. Next time take your $4 in tips you made last month and order from the McDonalds value menu. Dont crush a small business reputation with a worthless and harmful review.

All the food tastes great but whenever I order I never really get what I ordered. I ordered the family meal for 2 (comes with sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice) with shrimp fried rice instead of pork and added a note that they could add an additional charge on there if needed. What I received was an extra $3 for them to essentially bring me 2 small sides of shrimp fried rice and 2 of white rice instead of whats actually included in the meal. I get so discouraged to eat Chinese food from authentic places like this for this reason. Please dont make me go to Panda Express! Its just not the same! :(

Really bad. My family and I we had been coming to these restaurant 6 -7 times before we decided not to come back again because of the food and the way that sometimes is prepared. Food never consistent is ether way overcooked meat dry or looks like is been made day before, vegetables also overcooked or look old and to top things even worse costumer service is bad. Last time I was these buying food I was charge one dollar for 3 little shrimps (or) for two medium size shrimps. I have a lot more stuff to tell but I hope you get the idea.

I only ordered from this place because flamingo palace is closed for lunch on Saturdays. Online ordering was easy. They showed up exactly on the dot when their ordering system said they would. i got two chicken dishes. They were stingy on the chicken. It was all mixed veggies with a couple pieces of chicken. The sauce was flavorful but I ordered chicken not veggies with a little chicken. I dont know if Id order from here again or not. Now that I know flamingo palace is only closed for lunch on Saturdays .

Worst service I have ever gotten!!!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars here, refer many others and today was awful! I called 8 times to place an order and put on hold and hung up on. I went I to place the order and the girl behind the desk was watching TV on an IPad, NEVER acknowledged me, the phone rang over 10 times with no answer and there was one person waiting for pick up! Very sad because the food is marginal and the acting manager Vince was overwhelmed and could of cared less!!

Ordered delivery. Have ordered before and they do have the best hot and sour soup around. But thats it. Subgum soup just tastes like chicken noodle soup. My fried pork wontons were burnt. The fried rice was dry and overcooked...like it has been sitting out all day. Cammed soda was put in same bag as hot food and was hot. Spent forty bucks and waited an hour and a half for crappy food. I did call and they offered to give me a credit for more wontons. But why would go back?

.Ive order once before it was pretty good this time I called and the owner answer he didnt have any delivers on site right at the time so he decided to take it upon himself and is deliveringing my food but for everyone that is bashing him and his company they actually do make great food but the funny thing is this is how many of you guys are actually Pacific Islanders from Asian North Korea Philippines or anything Exedra foods great

first time in town finally this place made me felt like back home in the Big Apple again，well its not easy to find a decent Chinese eatery like this in Phoenix or near here within 100 miles radius at least，very affordable and taste that is East Coast style，eating here is a great treat and helped us save lots of $$$. thanks again Vince

I Love Chinese food & try different places all the time . This is a hidden gem . I had the hot & sour soup some fried dumplings & the triple delight . The portions were generous the food was fantastic & fresh & decent & fair prices . This is going to be my new take out restaurant. Check it out people its A-OK

I ordered my food at 11:14 online. I decided to call at 12:09 since it hadnt arrived and almost been an hour. No answer. I called about 6-7 times until someone answered. Finally at 12:58 my food arrives and its cold and was missing my soup. It seriously shouldnt take that long and just to get it wrong.

My son and I had the pleasure of eating the best Chinese food weve ever had and yes, weve had plenty. Teriyaki and Orange chicken with the Vegetable Lo Mein. All so flavorful, tender and delicious. When I think of Chinese food, Tasty House will be where Im headed!!!

It was amazing. Food tasted awesome great flavor. I had the lo mein my friend ha general toas chicken. My girlfriend four seasons after reading the other reviews Defiantly coming back to try the hot and sour soup. People were friendly.

Delivery: I thought the food was really good, but my large Mongolian beef was all onion and green pepper. I was hoping for leftovers for work, but the six pieces of beef, my husband ate in his one plate! Next time, beef only!

Nothing Tasty about this place. The Special Lo Mein dish was bland. Service was poor. I checked the reviews first before I went to this place, and am disappointed. I would highly recommend you go some place else.
