We were in the area looking for a good buffet for Chinese. Stopped here, but the info was incorrect, and it was not a buffet restaurant. I saw 4.5 stars, so we decided to give it a try since it was already getting late. Party of four. Ordered orange chicken, sweet n sour chicken, and sweet n sour pork dinner combos along with crab puffs and Wor Wonton soup. The combos came with egg drop soup, fried rice, fried won tons, and an egg roll. The pork entree contained no onion, bell pepper or pineapple nor did the chicken. It was only served with the sauce. The soup was good. The fried rice seemed like it was just white rice with a wee bit of soy sauce, and a piece of an egg, here n there. The egg roll was mostly cabbage, and plain. Ive been to quite a few Chinese restos, as well as in L.A. in China Town. Not sure about all the ranting and raving, and the 4.5 stars, but I would not come here again. It was just okay, and nothing spectacular. Service was okay, but they were not very attentive, and never brought our chopsticks nor hot mustard and extra napkins.

Would have given zero if it was a option. Absolute WORSE meal Ive ever had. Literally took two bites and threw it away. They dont use a proper batter to batter their fried items. It was disgusting, every chinese place I know of uses corn starch to batter while this place used a horrible flour batter which resulted in mushy, wet, unappetizing coating on the chicken. The worse thing was the sauce though and was actually super disappointing that someone would have that little care in what they do and give to their paying customers. What they served as general tsos sauce was ketchup, hienz chili sauce and pineapple juice. Absolutely disgusting. Myself being a chef was extremely disappointed and couldnt believe that they would even consider serving that to people. So that meal completely convinced me that they take absolutely zero pride in what they do and have zero respect for their customers. I will not be returning and will just continue to order from the place Ive found just a few block further and completely worth it

From Southern California came here after a Cardinals game last year, and have been looking forward to returning here to eat again when I visit again in November. We have a plethora of Asian and Chinese food restaurants her in L.A. and I have a high standard for such places because of it, and this little gem was something I wasnt expecting in the middle of Arizona. Great portion sizes and affordable prized, especially for how much food you get, but even more for how delicious everything is! Real Chinese food, and so many options to choose from that we ordered a little bit of everything, which ended up in a lot of food to take home for later. Staff was very attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was extremely inviting. A great place to eat, especially with friends and/or family so that you can share and taste a little bit of everything this place has to offer, because its all just that delicious.

I came and to eat with my parents. Everything was going well, until my dad saw and killed a roach in the table. So my dad discreetly told one of the servers and showed her the roach. She removed the plate with roach on it and left. She didnt apologize or anything or called over the manager she just took the plate and dumped in the dish tub and went inside the kitchen and brought him another soup. My dad felt upset because she didnt do anything about it. Weve been coming here for a long time and for this to happen its kind of a crappy experience and service. This will be the last time we will be coming here. They 3 of there good customers because. I wish they couldve done something out if respect. Im truly disappointed.

So pregnant me was really craving Chinese food. Phoenix has some hit or miss restaurants so I was worried to try something new. After searching through yelp, I came across this restaurant which had some pretty good reviews. I called in my order. The lady who answered was really hard to understand but no biggie. I ordered the orange chicken combination and ordered my daughter the chicken chow mein. We were pleased with the food. The orange chicken wasnt too bready. The chicken chow mein had some good flavor but I wish it had more vegetables in it. I didnt care for the egg rolls. All they had was cabbage in them. Not much flavor. Besides that, the main food we came for was good. We would come back.

They are usually good, but last night I was disappointed enough not to go back! I ordered over $50.00 worth of food for me and my family on a take out order, I even tipped them $5.00 even though I didnt dine. However, you can tell they are reusing the food people do not eat! My fried rice had a combination of what was clearly white rice. The fried rice had a strong taste of soy sauce! Our sweet n sour sauce wasnt red like sweet n sour is suppose to be. It smelled like dish water and had a weak taste. Very dissapoined! I wouldnt trust to eat here again!

They precook a lot of their meat. Its too rubbery and everything could be fresher. Waitresses are rude and Ive seen enough roaches not to ever go back. It.used to be tolerable but its just so bad not that its not worth it. I can order the same thing and the total is always different. The sitting area is often dirty and the ceiling looks horrible. The waitresses are often chewing food when they serve you your meals as well. Questionable that a restaurant operating so long that is often empty or has very few customers unless its lunchtime

First few times i went everything went well. This last time the service was horrible. Same enployees ,same everything but the service was just bad. I ordered a big meal and then was denied a refill for my soda. This never occured before so i didnt understand what changed. I will not be coming in anymore because i like to enjoy my meal with a nice cold glass of soda. I was polite and saying please and thank you with everything so like i said i did not understand what was the difference.

Not to disrespect anyone but the food at this place was mediocre at best, the soda was flat and chow mein was very bland and tasteless the egg drop soup had a couple ingredients I was not aware about and the egg rolls were not the best to say the least I would probably avoid this place if you are looking to try new restaurants but they have a lot of regulars so some people do like the cuisine there the only reason I dont give this place a 1 star is because the people were very nice.

My wife and I really like this place. It reminds us of the old time Chinese places we both used to go to back when not everything was chain owned. The food is great, prices are good and the portions are really nicely sized with enough to take home....usually for a couple of good leftover meals. If youre looking for glitz this isnt the place but if you want family owned and good people with great food then this is where to go.
