So me and my friend went to go get a shake but the coldstone was full so we decided to go to smash burger for a shake instead. We order 2 milk shakes and then wait like they said for 15 mins. It then goes to be half an hour since we ordered. So then we ask for our milkshakes and the women at the front counter told us in a rude voice that she called our name 6 times but yet we heard nothing. Me and my friend our young and only 13 but I dont like the fact that they took advantage of that. I dont care if you say that they didnt and that we are just stupid but to me it does seem that they took advantage of us.

Waited 30+ minutes while our order was under a heater no one called our name for to go. Fries stone cold by then. Saw 2 other people leave dissatisfied with waiting as well. Do not suggest due to poor service and complete lack of service. Previous visit messed up my order as well. Edit: after a year I gave them another chance. Messed up order again and never would give me my drink.

We went there the other night and waited 30 min to order which wasnt bad but then when we got to the front the little girl with blonde hair was the biggest you know what. We had a larger group and when we sat down the first thing out was wow terrible customer service. Hopefully you can keep customers happy with food and over look customer service.

Every time I walk into this restaurant I go into a mind numbing paralysis when I gaze up to their menu on the wall & try to figure out what to order. The person taking my order even apologized for how confusing it is to use - so apparently I am not alone. I dont even remember what the food tastes like - I just remember the menu

What awful service... We came in over an hour long lunch, and after waiting 20 minutes, when I asked about how much longer it would take, we got a non committal "whenever we get to it" answer. Tables werent being cleared, no extra cashiers called in to help with the line out the door. Its just a terribly managed restaurant.

I discovered Smashburger in Laughlin. I really enjoyed their food. This location though I was not pleased with their food. The burger was very salty. The smash fries were good though. I still would recommend Smashburger to any of my friends, I just hope their burgers wont be as salty as mine was.

Food tastes good but poor customer service. They brought the wrong type of meat the first time and brought back the right one a long time later with the same fries, which were stone cold. We had to ask two times for another order of fries, which finally came way later.

For a quick in n out place to eat they are way Overpriced, 30$ for two. Although the food was decent! Portion sizes are ridiculous, the fries youll be lucky if they give you a couple ounces! Go to Chilis get a lot more for your money!

Friendly staff except for like one dude! Love the manager chick. She has provided excellent service even when I am that A-hole walking in at 5 till close! Thank you for not being typical fast food! Chicken is great also!

We got the kids meal chicken, he really enjoyed the chicken. it was juicy and spiced just right for a 2 yr. old and if course he loved the smash fries. friendly staff and nice Friday afternoon lunch. thanks

The food is great but they are so understaffed the cashier had to stop serving customers to bus tables. At the peak lunch hour. On the good side they gave everyone in line a free side so they mad up for it

As others have said, way over priced for what you get. Two basic burgers, fries, and drinks for $25. One of the burgers was completely saturated with grease so much that you could pour it off the plate.
