We decided to go here since we havent been to Red Robin in a while. It was busy as expected, we are able to find a table at the bar to bypass the 30min wait. We started with the new poutine, which was great. I also tried their adult frickled lemonade drink, that was delicious. I felt bad for the waitress. It seemed like she was the only waitress for the bar area. She was running around trying to get to everyone. She came back to us after already ordering our entree to double check if we wanted our burgers pink or well done. We both wanted medium. It seemed like we were waiting for out food for a very long time. We ordered our entrees at the same time as the drinks and appetizer. The waitress came by to give us an update on our food. Finally we get our food at it wasnt medium (pink center) they were both burnt and hard, well over cooked. We didnt want to wait for another burger to come out so we just ate what we could. We informed the waitress just to inform the cooks for future burgers. We didnt want to talk to the manager or have new food because at this point we were just done and wanted to pay and go. On our way out the manager made a comment to my mom saying "I apologize I heard your food was a bit overdone" and my mom was like uhhhhh no, it was charred. We go to leave and the manager chases us out the door trying to ask for my email to give us a gift card. I said no we are fine, we dont need a gift card. I am standing outside the resturant trying to leave but the manager is still trying to keep my business. He offered me 2 coupons for a free appetizer or dessert, so I said ok. Finally I was able to leave. I wasnt going to write a review because I thought its fine, things happen, the waitress tried, it was a busy night, buuuutttt the next day I look at the coupons and they expired in 2016. So now Im a bit pissed that we decided to go to Red Robin after a long time, it was a bad experience, we didnt want to speak to a manager, I was chased out the resturant by the manager, tried to refuse gift card, but then given expired coupons.

Red Robin Restaurant is a great place to go for food if you are really hungry. They give out large portions of food, and some free refills of beverages, for a very reasonable price. It’s a great place to bring your family, but terrible service. But for the kids there are some games for them to play. And if a guy in the family who loves sports, they can watch them. They would have a TV in almost every corner. But for the food, the burgers are very big and juicy. And I would recommend the chocolate milkshake. The atmosphere is very loud. Between the kids yelling and the guys screaming when their favorite football team scores a touchdown. I would not go there if you have a headache, and you want a light meal. It takes about 40 minutes to bring the food out. The burger would not be hot but the fries would be. And when you get seated to your table, the busboy forgets to clean off the table. Since there is a lot of a teenagers’ working there, sometimes if they see their friends they will stop and talk to them for like ten minutes. Then when I went there I was waiting for a waiter or a waitress to come and take our orders. Right when she was walking over to us she sat down to talk to her friends. I’m pretty positive she wasn’t on her break. I don’t think I would ever, go there again. Horrible service!!!!

We were in there last night. We go there often because my kids love it. I have to stay I was very taken back at what we experienced. It was only my husband, 8 yr old son and myself eating here this time. There was a woman and her two teenage boys sitting across from us and a family with a little boy a few tables behind us. Anyway this woman is walking around making character balloons for kids, she is next to us making the 2 older teenage boys balloons. My son has said he wanted to get one. I told him he had to wait until she was finished. She looked directly our way at that point. When she is done she walks past our table to the one a few behind us where the little boy was, makes him one and then goes across the restaurant and continues. Now I dont know if she is a direct employee or not of Red Robin, and we have been going to this particular one for the past 3 yrs and I cant say that Ill ever go back. I dont usually pull the race card, but we are an interracial family. My husband and son are African-American and yes she was a white woman. It appeared that she intentionally skipped our table and my son and went directly to the other tables of white patrons.....if this was her intention shame on her and red robin for employing this type of person

Came here for Veterans Day for my hubby. Luckily we got here after the rush. Our server, Austin was great. He was AD, not quite a Vet. He was great, and he spoke my hubbys language. Typical Military! Ha! ...We dont drink soda, and I stated that we were an all water family. Then my son, who hardly ever goes with us, ordered a specialty soda! Lol My daughter is usually with us. Anyway, he got our order correctly, and brought it out in good time. The only thing he did not do, as we usually come here, every so often; he did not come by and ask if we would like more fries or water. I heard him ask the two tables next to us, but not us. We were pretty much full, but it still counts to ask, regardless. Overall, the food was great. Austin was great as well.

The last 2 or 3 times weve been there (the last time ..literally..was last night). We had incompetent service from the hostess all the way up to the manager. Service was slow (w/that being a grand understatement), the food was passable, and although we were on the "patio" it was still dirty and run down with needing a flashlight to read our menus. We had to get our own napkins, silverware, & get our own tables together and then to add in set-top injury they forgot the 10 yr olds dinner and she didnt get to eat w/the rest and wound up wasting an $11 dollar entree. Did the compensate for their incompetence? Not on your life. We are now done with this dirty, incompetent, & run down establishment.

Omar was amazing today. We always love coming here. But Omar was great. The manager was good watching him work in the kitchen to helping other staff. I also noticed other staff asking others if they needed help. I asked Omar as I was leaving for a to go cup. And he was kind in getting it even though he was busy. As I was waiting for the drink near the bar. I had I think 3 members of the staff ask if I needed anything. Just well ran here. We own our family business Rusk Lock & Key and we know how it is to run a business and a lot of times things are not ran well in the community. And I can say they have a good team here and management.
