Not to be a hater but Im not impressed. Today I received an email about an $8 deal. So after work I went home picked up the daughter and here we are. The place is roomy. Nice sound system and cool music. The drinks are a plenty, Coke flavors. The fries would have tasted better if they were fresh and crispy. They were a bit soggy. As for the burger it was good, not great. The bun was too much bread on the bottom and not much on top. The toppings were a plenty but some looked as if they have been out too long. The sliced dill pickles were not pleasing. It was hard to find complete slices, kinda chunky/broken pieces. It would be nice if the toppings were marked. Example, two types of pickles. Whats the difference? I did enjoy the ranch and cheese sauces with my soggy fries. Cant say if well be back but its been an experience. Oh yea, the cashier. In my opinion she needs to relax. This was our first time here and I felt rushed to decide. She could have been more helpful by suggesting items or at least be welcoming. We were the only customers who entered. As we are getting ready to leave I see many families enjoying themselves. You decide.

$53.54 for 4 burgers and 2 fries. 2 were great, but the other 2 where like tough, chewy leather. I ordered take out, so not much I could do unless I wanted to drive back. I cant see why they dont put their phone number on the receipt though!! Worth pointing out that if you order fries, you get Wedge Cut Fries, seasoned with pepper. Wish theyd said that when I ordered. I asked for (and wanted fries) but got wedges. ***Update*** To be fair, I called the store (after looking up the phone number) and the manager, Adam, asked me to come back and try another burger on the house. I did, and chose the same burgers may kids had enjoyed. The Kobe burger I got was awesome. At least they did their best to put it right!! Thats worth something.

I am a regular there and continue to come back frequently. I think they could improve their bunless burger. There is one cook who puts a couple of leaves then a scoop of cabbage and the burger on top. I like it when they do it that way. It is not often I get it prepared that way. I do not recommend the chicken. I couldnt eat it. I do usually get the 1/2lb burgers and put the jalapeño cheese sauce. I would like it if they fried the fries and the onion rings in separate tubs that way people with gluten allergies would be safe. It is a great fun atmosphere there. The ladies Alysa and Maria and quite friendly. Alysas genuine friendliness contributes to me coming back. Shes the best cashier ever.

We walked in, and stood for a few minutes before the staff decided to stand and greet us. Our party consisted of 2 people. I ordered the fish & chips, which tasted like it had been fried and refried. The absolute worst experience ever. My coworker ordered the chilli fries. She also experienced the same taste. To be clear about the experience, we shared a bite to confirm the dissatisfaction of our dining experience. This was also our 1st and last time at this or location in the City of Phoenix. When choose to dine out, you expect a certain level of quality, and this was no where close to meeting our expectations. Thank-you RC

Fantastic burgers, but the fries were average. The Fuddruckers schtick is you order your burger however you want it (including how well you want the meat done). Then you put whatever condiments and veggies on that you want. The burger I had was great. It was a little expensive, but for the item I ordered it was worth it. The fries were "potato wedges" and were good, but the portion is very small and th y were a little over-seasoned for my taste. They also have cream soda in the soda fountain, so if youre into that, this is probably the one place that had it on tap.

Came an hour or so before closing so wasnt crowded, and service was fast. Burger was decent nice selection of choose your own toppings, fries were amazing they have a cheese sauce and jalapeno cheese sauce sprout and my fries got drenched. :) shakes were extremely good but were out of Oreo and peanut butter ones apparently which was saddening had my hopes up for Oreo also the Chinese boxes in the grabber machine is a nice touch.

They consistantly cook 8-10 out of 10 depending on the day. I usually come here a couple of times a month and the food is ALMOST worth the price. Its about $2 overpriced for a 1/2lb with fries and a drink but theres no competition so they control that local market. They seldomly screw up my order, but it seems that when I use a coupon that they take twice as long to cook my order. This happens almost EVERY TIME.

Awful, awful, awful. An incredible rip off. You pay premium prices for food that looks like it was prepared by a freaking ape. I cant say enough bad things about this place, and tell everyone I know to stay away from here. Terrible food, terrible preparation, terrible customer service, terrible prices. Forget this place, go somewhere else. Dont make yourself suffer here.

Maria is the best hamburger maker! She knows what MEDIUM is! Adam is very pleasant in serving our food. Amelia is always a delight when she clears the tables with a smile! We have been coming here for years and enjoy the food and atmosphere, today I wanted to let the employees know how great they are and how wonderful the food is! Great job! Shirley and Chuck

Burgers were amazing. The price is on the high end for a burger but is definitely worth every penny. Other places might have better decor and presentation but in regards to the burger compared to other burgers in its price range (smash burger/five guys/shake shack,) it leads the pack in my opinion. Also the order taker was nice and very helpful.

They claim its cooked the way you want it but thats a lie had a very unpleasant experience with fudruckers last night not a great place to eat the service totally sucked I would compare this place to McDonalds Fudruckers dont give a dam or would even try to rectify the situation and their food is so freakin expansive why even go there

This place continues to go down in good quality, value and service. If you want to spend $12 for a dollar burger and 2 wedges of potatoes, this is your place. I ordered the double 1/4lb cheeseburger for $9 (just the burger) and what they gave me was no different than a Mcdouble. I would like $7 back, please.

I first visited a Fuddruuckers in Midland TX, I was really pleased with the unlimited frys, the fry sauce, and a much larger spread of toppings. I came to the one off Dunlap and I-17 (Phoenix) the service was elementary, no unlimited frys, no fry sauce, and the basic toppings. This was a real disappoint.

Brought my wife here tonight for our Date night. They where very friendly and helpful. I like mine cooked med/rare and it was right on so who ever cooked it knew what they where doing great job. Xavier i believe it is that was working the floor was very friendly and did a great job.. Will be back.
