Spectacular Insanity
I need to add that I got got to the house and I could not reach the bathroom fast enough. Now I understand the in and out part. The food was so bad my body wants it OUT. This place was terrible. I came in from Michigan hearing nothing but how great this about this mediocre food. After placing the order and sitting around for 30 minutes we asked wtf were is our food. Well the deleted our order and forgot us. When they finally brought it out 15 minutes later so now its 45 minutes for "In-N-Out" the order was wrong and out of frustration we ate the food. The meat undercooked and bloody and thin as a sheet of paper i ordered a double and could barly tell there was 2 pattys it tasted of bread. the only thing "Animal style" about my food was the amout of time i waited. Ive had bad experience at fast food and this one will rank pretty high on my list of bad experiences. This place does not live up to the hype. Also the sink in the bathroom is broke. So not amused not worth the $15. Thanks no thanks.

Its great that they finally brought them from Cali to Arizona, years ago! Everything is always fresh, and made to order. Always great burgers and fries! Animal-style is an all time favorite. Shakes are yummy as well! Ample parking for those dining inside, and enough room for cars to fit in the drive-thru. Albeit, it is a main location on Bell Road, its always going to be packed, but they do go through the line rather quickly. Rarely, do they get your order wrong for as many years as weve been coming here. Place is always clean, as well as the parking lot. Great place to sit and hang out with the fam. Employees are always pleasant and cheerful!

Great burgers and protein style burger for those who are counting carbs... I personally am not BUT did try it and wasnt disappointed... Wasnt, personally, pleased with the fries ONLY because they arent my style... Not because they werent fresh or anything like that my taste is just different is all ☺ The place was clean restrooms were aswell which is a MAJOR plus in my eyes... From what Im told they do have a SECRET MENU... This is my 1st time... I will be back...

I have fond memories of California vacations knowing that we would be able to visit In-N-Out Burger. Now that theyre littered throughout Arizona, that excitement remains. A simplistic and tasty menu with a robust secret menu (fries animal style are my favorite) when youre feeling like something different. Food items are crafted with the freshest ingredients practically eight in front of you. Great place for the entire family to enjoy.

I gave it 1 star because there is no option for NO stars! Like most fast food joints everybody is running around like chickens with their heads cut off. 90% of the time they mess up the order. They even repeat the order back to you and they still f@&k it up! And we want to give them a minimum wage increase? NO WAY!

What could go wrong eating here besides the fact that its always full! But man is there food life!! Everyone should come here just for there double double cheeseburger!! There fries are amazing and there shakes are always on point! All there food is great!! Always great service and everyone always has a smile!!

Best burger joint ever ever! Dont listen to the last 2 reviews. This place is amazing. Best burgers ever and the best hang over cure too. Dont listen to the past few reviews. Ive never had a cochroch in my food and Ive been going to this location in the past 3 years!! Keep up the good service!

Always a line to be expected at this location most likely due to it being the best In N Out in the valley. They are always pleasant and have always cooked a safe meal for my dairy allergen son. Would recommend if your gonna stop by In N Out you make it this location.

Too popular, packed, and over-rated. Cheap burgers here and there quality is never great. Being a fast food location, Ive never gotten food poisoning here which is always a plus. We go here maybe once a month or less, but only to get a cheap quick bite to eat.

My boss brings burgers and fries for lunch and its like Christmas. If the fries are cold from traveling in the car, I put them in the microwave for 20 seconds and theyre perfect. Dont miss out on this experience of a lifetime. Get a shake, treat yourself to heaven.

Makes some of the best hamburgers ever. Drive thru can be slow. Almost always busy (for good reason) but they move fast. If you like meat order the four-by-four. Its not on the menu, but its got four patties and is delicious. Employees never rude in my experience.

I stopped in and ate here while in Phoenix for business in late October. Excellent food at a great price. The service was pretty good as well. Its what you would expect when going to an In-N-Out. I would have gladly eaten here again had I had more time.

Ive been eating these burgers for over sixty years! I moved from California in late 2000 and was elated to find an In N Out here in Avondale and one in Scottsdale, AZ. Since then theyre everywhere. There is no better burger on planet earth!! Period!!!!

You cant find a better burger place on the west coast! Five Guys and Smashburger may be good, but In-N-Out is faster, better, and cheaper. Delicious burgers, amazing fries, and excellent service. You can watch them cut and cook ingredients fresh.

The person in front of me in the drive thru just ordered $50 worth of food and I still got my food in a decent amount of time and the staff was friendly. A $50 order would have been a disaster at any other fast food place. In n out is the best.

They have great burgers, fresh and hot. However we ordered the animal style fries and was very disappointed. They let them sit on the tray about 3-4 minutes before they served them to us and they had cooled off and cheese was not even warm.

Great good great price great customer serive. However drive though is a wait sometimes. So it disappoints me. However when I do get their food it is hot and NEVER wrong. I come weekly and over a year and never have they messed up.
