My wife and I had a late (~ 1:30 pm) lunch here on May 24th, 15, day b4 Labor Day. We have eaten there before. My choice for lunch: Create Your Own - two (2) choices of main dish (I had Crunch style fish and a garlic shrimp skewer; broccoli, coleslaw and rice pilaf). It took a while to get lunch: * fried fish was pollack, it was anything but Crunchy - breaded (not batter-dipped) and limp * the grill cook accidently spilled a little rice pilaf on my plate (!) - I asked the waitress/bartender to take it back and have him put as much on my plate as my wife had on hers, which was a decent helping; waitress agreed and brought an extra small dish of it for me (why not check beforehand?) * coleslaw came in a small bowl, half-filled, a few ounces; refill? 2 dollars and 50 cents, each!; coleslaw was very good but WAY TOO small of a portion and WAY OVERPRICED; my wife had a nice large salad; cabbage is cheaper than lettuce - why such small portions on coleslaw? * broccoli was so cool the margarine wouldnt melt on it Ever since Red Lobster has upgraded their restaurants to New England style, theyve cut back on portions and raised their prices considerably. They didnt even have my favorite Mexican beer, Modelo Especial, in the coolers (this IS Tucson after all); I drank iced-water with lemon wedges. Weve decided were going to find other places for lunch. Red Lobster is no longer the good deal for lunches it used to be, and that was evident by the bleak attendance - we counted 9 people in the whole restaurant for lunch while we were there. On a Saturday. On a holiday week-end.

I have eaten at Red Lobster many times over the years, with no bad experiences, so I was very sad and disappointed when this location changed all of that. I am new in town and this was the first time Ive visited this location. Everything/everyone was fine and pleasant until we met out waitress. She was completely strung out on drugs! Her face was sunken in, she had horrible dark circles under her eyes and she was grinding her teeth as well as clenching her jaw. She was so messed up she could barely put the coasters on the table. I dont know if it was meth or a prescription pill addiction but having drug addicts work at a place that serves food is a very dangerous health hazard. My boyfriend and I were so shocked and grossed out that we left before we even ordered our food. My boyfriend did have a talk with the friendly, and sober, manager, so hopefully a big change is on the way. Beware of this place!

We went there for our 10th Anniversary because we love lobster. It was the worst food we have ever had! The lobster was way way over priced, over cooked, dry and tasted old. The vegetables were old, the rice tasted like it came out of a package 2 days ago. It took over an hour to get our food and they were not busy. Our waiter was busy spouting scriptures to the other staff and not really taking care of us. We will not be returning, ever! I wish I had read these reviews before we went!

Had a surprise birthday party with 14 guests and the whole evening was a disaster. We could not make a reservastion and it seemed like we overwhelmed them when the 14 of us showed up at 5pm on a Sunday evening. We were told that they were understaffed, so it took 2 1/2 hours for us to get our meals and pay our checks, and the worst part was that several meals, including mine, were sent back for the same reason-cold. Will not go back again.

Food extremely salty, pasta over cooked salads had brown wilted lettuce, fettuccine was like someone opened a can of creamed mushroom and added 1lb. Of melted butter,service was like whos on first whats on second i dont no whos on third asked for a drink nobody knew the prices reason was "they were having trouble in the kitchen "ya think?

When my dinner arrived I thought they brought the wrong thing. Was a little upset about it. When waitress explained I realized I was the one that made the mistake. However the manager gave me another dish free of charge to make me happy. He didnt have to do that but did.

Stopped in for dinner. Beat the rush, got seated immediately. Food was fresh and hot! The Salmon New Orleans was fantastic! Loved it! Service was great until they started to get busy then service slowed down. Overall, an excellent visit. Will be back!

Reaching New Heights
My husband and I came in for dinner. Our server walked past us several times and began cleaning tables before being reminded to greet us to which he replied "I am trying to clean tables". So we got up and left so he could clean tables in peace.

This two year old establishment is the finest we have ever been in. The staff is always friendly and very efficient. The food is always top notch. We love the new decor that makes the place seem warm and comfortable. Thanks Red Lobster.

Cant get enough of those biscuits! Food is consistently good. Only complaint would be sending 3 biscuits for 2 people. I doubt the intented consequences are biscuit battles, but injuries have occurred.
