Third time this year going to this restaurant & I have to say that the last 2 times, we have not been impressed! Today the service by Nicole the waitress in the restaurant/bar area/section was horrible, from the minute we sat down until we left. We asked for biscuits and she said, "Ill bring them out with your salads"... never brought the appetizers, the hostess did, we had to ask for drink refills every time, the food was brought out very cold, maybe it had sat there too long waiting for her to pick it up & deliver it to our table... then the real problem arose...there was a blonde small hair in the Alfredo Sauce, the hair matched the waitresses hair color, pretty identical. The bar tender across the way was overly annoying with her dog stories, c-section stories and gross stories she was entertaining her bar customers with. That woman could talk & did not stay quite once. Here we went to have a peaceful quiet dinner, nope not there....then our waitress kept gossiping with her & other customers about how she lived in VA, etc... 3 plates, all cold food, one hair in it and horrible service! So not worth it, save your money folks! Go elsewhere & do yourself a favor, dont gross out there!

My lady friend and I would often go to this location. Then for birthdays they started serving a tiny biscuit with honey on it when they sang happy Birthday. The next time we went, I mentioned that it was my friends B-day. The lady said, "if you want us to sing Happy Birthday then you will have to buy one of our premium desserts" I thought with the hell?? Even I-HOP doesnt pull this low rent move. Holding then normal Birthday singing hostage! They really should class it up. We have boycotted Red lobster for 10+ lunch/dinners now. yes its only about $600 (and counting) they lost but it was our share.This morning I read Forbes.They said Red Lobster is closing all 705 restaurants because of a 37.6% for the shareholders and 4.9% of revenue. Good! This is the tiny contribution we made by boycotting Red Lobster for becoming so low class. This location anyway. When you do stupid things, bad things happen. Yes!!

We went in and sat there waited they sat the people after us first . I dont know if its cause we werent dressed so fancy or what? The food was good but our waiter kept forgetting everything or when Im almost done I had to remind her . I was charged for a Dr Pepper my mother never even got . Because she never bring it! I didnt get my second receipt to show what I got . I had to look for her one time . My daughter was acting up I was looked at so bad and mean by different waiters. I paid for the food we left I thought I left my card . So I went back and asked our waiter if it was in the book she said no go look on the fooor or table without even looking up at me or anything . This was the worse never eat there again $160 not spent good at all . Ill always teach my girls to be kind and respect people no matter what .

DO NOT GO!!!!! Went there on 7/20/13 and my credit card information was stolen. Found out from my bank that there was charges placed in Florida!!! I gave my card to the waitress to pay my bill. I have not used that card for a long time and just used it that night. Plus, the place was slow and we had to wait 35 minutes to be seated. Then, the meal was below average and we seated were we could witness the unprofessionalism of the wait staff and bartender. Red Lobster is not a place to go if you wish have a quality dinning experience.

Excellent, friendly and fast service. We were at the Oracle location today Fri Apr 1 for late lunch around 4 p.m. Impressed by Nancy, our hostess, and Ivanka (sorry if this is not the correct spelling) our waitress. We were three cousins sharing memories together. Its been only 2 months since our mom/aunt passed. It was really comforting to have been given such great, warm service with a smile! Yes, the food was great, too!

I love Red Lobster, and this one is like all the rest, good food, fast service, but when we asked for another Lobster Pizza to go, for a friend we were going to visit, she couldnt get the kitchen to make it, and had to make it herself for some reason! so we waited an extra 15 min for that! so one star taken! clean, friendly, got extra cheddar bay biscuits due to Lobster debacle. but all in all a good place.

We ate at this location tonight. We sat in Carols section and she gave us excellent service! We did not want for anything! The food was excellent. We were took our time and Carol was extremely nice/pleasant and did not feel rushed in the least. I highly recommend this Red Lobster to anyone looking for an excellent seafood dinner. Ask for Carol - she will take excellent care of you!

One of my favorite restaurants, but I was disappointed. The biscuits were cold, and I had to ask for them after a long wait. In addition, the Caesar salad taste rancid. It was right after lunch time, so I will give them another try during a different time. The Shrimp Scampi was delicious so it wasnt completely bad. I will surely update my review as well.

I gave these guys a second chance and they hit a homerun from service of nicole to the great food the chefs prepared made our daughters birthday that much more special (she loves crab legs) Also big props to maria I had dropped a card out of my wallet and she ran out front to find us. The host was a blast our kids loved him!!! Well be back :)

Terrible I dont know how people eat here. I ordered the ultimate feast. My wife ordered some pasta not good either. The first server was awesome Kristina but her shift ended so we got stuck with Michelle that seemed snotty and han annoying tone. One star because Kristina was really nice she was a good server.

The Caesar salad was wilted so I didnt eat it. The dungeoness crab tasted terrible to me. I gave it to my fiancé who tried and said it tasted over cooked compared to his. It was inedible. They did offer me a free dessert ( which I did not take) but what I really wanted was a good meal.

My first time at Red lobster as an adult. I normally go to less expensive places. Be ready to spend some cash! Staff is very nice. Wait time is average. Food quality was good. If youve never been, go for the experience. :)

It was by far the best Red Lobster experience Ive ever had. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned, service was quick and friendly and the wait for a table wasnt long at all even though they were swamped.,

If you like a quiet place to dine, go here at 1:30pm to 4:30pm. Often at this time of day you will only find a handful of other customers, however, you will get great service and a meal prepared well.

Food was not great, had to send back sweet potatoes as they were cold, not mentioning you pay extra for this side item. Had a very long wait for service in what seemed to be less than a busy time.
