I have eaten at this Red Lobster for over 10 years and in that time the food itself has not really improved or changed. It is mostly what you would expect from a large chain type restaurant with the food being noticeably bulk generated with premade items. With the shrimp being I think their shining jewel, the Lobster is always insanely overcooked and almost inedible no matter how you get it cooked. AS far as their pasta dishes go, other than like the shrimp or crab alfredo anything else seems like its pasta in a bowl covered in a premade glob of scampi butter than just allowed to melt. The top 3/4 is just dry flavorless pasta with the bottom soaked in fat. Just feels rushed. Having been going here for a while I have learned how to manipulate my food from the normal to make it enjoyable, but if you are unaware of how or what to expect then prepare for a mediocre experience. Cheddar bay biscuits are on point though, when you can get them brought to you more than once. The all you can eat specials are usually pretty decent with new items as they seem actually prepared except for the crab which really just feels frozen and old and is usually dried out and overcooked. Most of the appetizers are very good like the lobster pizza and dip, and the desserts are fantastic, as well as the chicken dishes. If you want seafood, there are better places to go, but for convenience and knowing what to expect I continue to go.

Food was good service by tom was horrible. We went there this past Thursday to have dinner around 9:15, to start we were being ignored to see if we would leave, after we asked if we had to wait to be seated they finally gave us a table. I asked for a kids menu twice before I was given one. Food was good, but the server never got to us to check if we needed anything else or drink, we had to call him to get a refill in our drinks and his answer to us was " I already turned everything off since we are about to close in few minutes" (HE DID NOT HAVE THE GESTURE OF ASKING IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE BEFORE HE TURNED EVERYTHING OFF). He brought us the bill, i gave it back to him with my card to pay, only to find him rolling his eyes at me because it was not cash, he walked away saying "Now I have to turn on the system again" (IT WAS NOT EVEN TEN YET. THEY WERE STILL OPEN, AND IF WE WERE IN THERE I WOULD ASSUME HE WOULD WAIT TO SEE WHAT WE WERE PAYING WITH.) This has been honestly one of my worst dinning experiences. this server needs to have a talk with his manager. he had none whatsoever a clue of how to provide good customer service. I am a loyal customer of Red Lobster, and have never experienced anything this horrible. I do hope management takes a look into this persons attitude.

I go just a few times a year, and, Ive never had a bad meal here. I usually order the fish or lobster. The fish is usually one piece of whole fish with some kind of lite crunchy topping; its well done and flaky. The lobster is during the Lobsterfest, so it is fresh. I like to get the whole piece of sweet Maine lobster. They change the offerings each year during the fest, which is usually March and part of April. I love the biscuits with cheese baked in; very tasty and a nice little crunch when you bite into them. Always hot and fresh from the oven. Nice decor, clean, friendly service, and I go during off-hours so I get a seat right away. I think the prices are fair for what you get (at a chain restaurant).

I actually give them Zero stars! Went there with a group of 9 people for a birthday dinner. 1 hour 24 min to get a table, 22 min to get drinks served, waitress asked 3 times if she would bring rolls out, finally got them with meal, light above table was going off/on like a strobe light, fortunately nobody had a seizure. Servers tray holders stored behind our table on the wall . It was like having the back of your seat kicked on an airplane every 30 seconds. food was below sub par. Lobster /Crab mushy, Lettuce for salad had slimy lettuce in it.. Very disappointing. at almost 50 years old , this was "THE WORST" dining out experience I have had.

As a New Englander here for only a few week. God help all you if think this is seafood. Im sorry Red Lobster this is NOT seafood. I ordered there Maine trio special 25.00 dish. The lobster was so soggy and I not sure it was a legal size if a wild lobster. The shrimp was not fully cooked but size was to be expected. last food item the mac and cheese... Dry, hard and no cheese taste. Now for the good part the service was excellent waitstaff was friendly and kept up on everything. Staff rating 10 Food Rating 0.. If you are looking for good seafood this in NOT the place. sorry.

Usually Like this place but the last time we went the service was horrible we waited 35 mins before someone came over to get our order, the manager was the first person to come at 15 mins after noticing we still had no drinks. It took them forever to get the food out to us and then when the food was delivered the waiter didnt put in our daughters order and she is 3. So by the time she got her meal everyone else was almost done with theirs. So, not happy with this experience.

I used to vehemently defend Red Lobsters food but not any more... Didnt get any bread (had to ask for it)I had to ask to ORDER A DRINK, I had to ask for butter, I had to ask for a ******* lobster cracker too. Atrocious waiter... When our crab legs got there they were cold - brown and green. Like they had been unfrozen then refroze and then boiled and served. (i know all of their food is frozen but this was just disgusting) Never again..

I came here the other night and everything was good at first, nice environment, everything was clean but the service got bad the longer we were there, our waiter kept forgetting things, our food took about an hour to prepare and is wasnt busy at all. He forgot our French fries after we asked him multiple times and he was very absent. The food was really, really pricey for the service to be so bad.

Its much nicer than then the Thornton or aurora location. But this was our first time here and the salad and the biscuits hit or table and 5 mins later or appetizers came out and 5 mins after that our food arrived. Then I asked for hot sauce for my fish and chips . and it took him 10 mins to come back and say. "Will your All most done with your meal would you like that hot sauce now".

Had a lovely celebratory family lunch here. The food was delicious and our server Bri was very friendly. The floor had some crumbs on it and there was a persistently crying toddler whose parents should have been asked to take her outside, but overall it was a lovely (if expensive) outing.

Awesome! They sat us right away and we had six people and our waiter JIM was extremely friendly and was on top of the drinks, he had a new one in front of us the second we needed it and we never asked for a refill and the food was delicious.
