My experience was dreadful. The service was slow for there only being a few people there and the food was horrible. I was practically dying of thirst because I only had one refill, tho I had asked for several. It also took the server 5 mins to refill my drink that one time. When the food came out it was obvious by the freezer burns on the lobster tails that it had been frozen, and why they serve frozen lobster when they have fresh lobster in the front is beyond me. On top of that the lobster, the scallops, the shrimp, and the crab were all rubbery like they had been nuked by a microwave. The server came back at one point and asked how everything was, and my four year old shouted out while pointing, "look at that lobster! Its been frozen!" The server was quiet for a second before replying under their breath "smart kid." We were done with our stay as we felt ignored in the corner so my husband and son waited for me in the truck for a total of 10 to 15 mins before I finally was able to pay and leave myself. I had asked for a few boxes and my check once my server reappeared. I think my server should have been a magicians assistant with they way they dissapeared. (at this point I wanted to dine and dash) A manager came around and asked me how everything was. I was blunt and honest. "My food seems to have been frozen at one point and microwaved." Their responds "I assure you that nothing was frozen or microwaved. I was back there cooking." The lie from their mouth had me steaming on the inside, but I remained calm on the outside. When they asked me if there was anything else they could do for me I said I just wanted my check. I was so fustrated i just wanted to leave. In the end they gave us a $17 discount on our $70 meal, and I had to take my check up to the bar and pay due to a missing server again. The only thing good was the biscuits, which we would have gotten more of if we had had a good server.

the food was great first off, it always is, the problem I had was with the customer service. Our waitress, Chelsea I think was her name, was good at first. We originally wanted to get the combo appetizer with the calamari, mozz sticks and stuffed mushrooms. She got it down and came back promptly with our appetizers. We were greatly surprised to see how big the portions of each item, like they were huge! We questioned it but we thought "hey its red lobster, go big or go home" right? So we ate it all (cuz we were hungry) and got our entrees. By the time our check came, we had it split so the appetizers was going to be paid for by a friend of mine plus his entree. On the check, she had put that each of our appetizers was a separate meal, like not the combo order that we had wanted. I asked her about it, saying that it was just miscommunication, we could have told you wrong or whatever the case may be. She had basically told us that it was too late to do anything about it because we had already ate the food. That I could understand but at least she could have done is worked it out and try to work with her customers. My friend just wanted to not cause a scene and just be done with it, since it took forever and a day to get our check in the first place, so we left. I did leave only a 10% tip because of that since she obviously did not understant what customer service means.

What is going on with this place?!? Long sad story, very short. My fiance and I went here for his birthday; and we wish we could have went some place else. 1st: We were told that they dont give out birthday cake anymore because of the recension. (really?) 2nd: they didnt have any bread, ya NO bread. We didnt get bread until maybe 10-15 minutes after we sat down. 3rd: I asked for a tea and it was sooooo gross, I told him that I no longer wanted it and asked for a water, Took him forever to get the water and then he didnt take the tea back. 4th: When I needed a refill of water, my fiance had to tell him that I needed water - he didnt check to see if i did or not. 5th: We got paper napkins! ya weird I know, while the seats across from us had cloth ones (whats up with that). It felt like out waiter just didnt like us. He was chatty with all the other tables besides ours. The manager on hand ever came to see how things were. Food was blah - Ive had better at Red Lobster. It was just bad all together. They were not busy what so ever. It was just not good, his unfriendliness ruined our dinner.

I visited for my birthday and my server, Anjie, was personable and competent. She really made the whole birthday dinning experience excellent. She was knowledgeable and thoughtful, getting my order exactly perfect and delivering it in a timely and presentable manner as well as providing those personal and generous touches that make her a great waitress and endear me to the restaurant. I had the lobster and shrimp pasta and it was even more excellent then I had remembered. Anjie went the extra mile to make sure I had the best birthday dinner and I really appreciate that kind of service and the food was superb as well. Honestly, I cant imagine a better dining experience, even the booths were comfortable. Thank you Anjie and Red Lobster!

The food that I ordered tasted very good. The Maine lobster tail that I ordered tasted well, but didnt look all that great. The server that I had gave me all the time I needed, and answered all the questions I had. She was on top of everything. I didnt have to wait long but I was ahead of the dinner rush. On my way out I did see a long line. Not many red lobster locations in Denver so I suggest getting in early.

Clean, not too busy, friendly staff...but, service is very, very slow and appeared to be understaffed. The bar area could use some updating - dont expect to watch any sports on their 20" televisions. Food left a lot to be desired, especially for the price. If we decide to do Red Lobster again, well do takeout.

I love seafood. For land locked DENVER this is on of the best seafood places without setting you back a fortune. I have been going to Red Lobster for over 40 years. But if you live on any coast you will be disappointed. No one can beat fresh caught seafood. Ahhh Maine. Gulf Coast. California. Oregon. Ummmm

Great seafood. Impressive biscuits as well. Service was slightly inadequate simply because we had to ask for everything when it should be understood what we need - at least sometimes (silverware, plates, utensils for seafood). I believe she was new and she did apologize, so Im good with it.

Clinton our server was absolutely awesome. No pressure , knowledgeable, professional and the service was exceptional. He was very watchful of our beverages and any request he fulfilled quickly. I am very keen when it comes to customer satisfaction, and he is exceptional!
