Customer service here is beyond any Ive received anywhere else, not just in the food industry, but with any business Ive dealt with. Kitchen Manager Carlos Grajeda is extremely helpful. I lost my $50 gift card and I thought I had left it on the table, so I called the next day and Mr.Grajeda informed me that no cards had been turned in. Before I could offer an alternative, he asked if he could put me on hold in order to call my waiter from the previous day in case he picked it up. He got back to me quickly and informed me that the waiter also did not know where it was. Again before I could offer another way he suggested looking up the receipt to see how much was left on the card. I told him what I ordered and how much I tipped, he combed through all the receipts from yesterday and found mine. He said that unfortunately, it was an Olive Garden gift card, so he didnt know if he could reissue a new card with the remaining balance. I was about to be disappointed when he said he would call the manager at Olive Garden next door and ask if they would do it. After a brief hold, he got back to me and said they wouldnt be able to, but that there had been a correction and he actually WOULD be able to put it on a new card for me. Im about to head over and pick up the card now. Mr.Grajeda is extremely helpful and active in finding solutions to problems that arent even his. I am blown away by his helpfulness and being so quick to find a solution. He figured everything out in less than 8 minutes on the phone with me. I know he is the Kitchen Manager and he has a lot of other things to take care of, especially during lunch time. (It was inconsiderate of me to call but I didnt check the time). He was very polite, professional, and helpful, and instead of spending the next hour trying to find a lost gift card, I can now use that hour to make sure Red Lobster properly recognizes this young man.

First I have to say that I LOVE Red Lobster. However, last nights experience was rather odd and uncomfortable. Our family went out to dinner New Years Eve 2014/15 and were seated. Everything seemed normal until I found a piece of blue plastic in my salad the size of a nickle. I wasnt bothered by it but my husband said we should say something. We mentioned it to our server and he to the evening manager, Marcus. Marcus approached us, apologized....but then added a rather manipulative sentence to the apology that was odd and presumptuous. He said, "We dont have any blue plastic here, but we will offer you a dessert". It felt very much like he was insinuating "I" placed the plastic into the food. He could have exercised great customer service by just omitting that little part. So instead of me walking away feeling like the manager took care of us. I felt like, "this is your fault, but I will give you dessert just to make you happy." My teenage boys didnt blink twice about desert, but I felt sick to my stomach. The sad part is, is that we only go out as a family once or twice a year and this was a Christmas gift from my sister. Very sad night.

I wish I could upload pictures here to more than justify my review. Bethany/Stephanie (couldnt understand her name because she sounded like she was congested or hung over) kept me on hold for 9 minutes not just to keep me on hold but to let me know to hold just a bit longer and hang up on me. I am really upset at the management of this franchise because they have let an employee like her work with a very huge lack in customers service. Here I am a husband and father of two trying to place an order for my family to eat and we get this disappointment. I refuse to come to this location for as long as Bethany/Stephanie works in this location.

Front desk wasnt friendly and wait was too long. Asked for salid with green lettuce, tomatoes, onions. I got a white salid with 3 small tomatoes. Garlic bread was cold and under cooked. Had the shrimp trio. Smallest baked potato Ive ever seen. Shrimp had too much breading. Waitress was good, but untrained. Had mostly same experience here quite a few times. Going to have to use a location further away. A bit of a distance (gateway west), but much better service.

Staff was ok. Everyone in my party had ordered crab legs, adults ordered king and kids snow. I ordered lobster tail with a side of king crab legs, they brought out snow instead. Although, they corrected the mistake quickly and let us keep the snow crab without charge, all the crab was overcooked. As everyone knows, its nearly impossible to eat overcooked crab and its a bummer paying a high price to be unable to eat the food.

I normally love eating at red lobster but this place really turned me off. The presentation of the food was absolutely terrible. It looked like my food was just thrown on the plate. nothing on my plate appeared appetizing and my shrimp and lobster was over cooked and dry and lets not forget the pitiful little corn on the cob. The only saving grace was that my crab legs were well seasoned and the food came out very quickly.

It was horrible. I went on my birthday and my waitress knew it was my birthday. I made a reservation and still waited. Waited an hour for salads and longer for food. It was cold and over cooked. Then I was told they closed the kitchen for closing so I didnt get and dessert. And the next day I went to chick-fil-a and got better service. That is sad that I get better service at a fast food place then a restaurant.

The service @ this place is horrendous. We ordered lunch, and never got our entree in an hours time. Brought it to the attention of the waitress and the hostess, but they were unapologetic. People who were sat after me got their food, and waitress kept giving excuses and promising your food will be out in just 2 minutes! It wasnt busy..this is the second time this happens...very disorganized.

Food is great but they are absolutely NOT child friendly. they tried sitting us in a bathroom like corner because we had our 8 month old with us. When we requested a different table they became super rude and sat us into the "waiting area". This area is for people with children and older people. Even though our waitress was nice we WONT go back anymore.

The lady said that it would be a 45 to an hour wait supposedly for 5 people. We needed to seat 2 more people and she moved us back to the bottom of the list and wait another hour. Then she says that she called out my name and that we didnt respond. She never called. We just left without saying anything.

We have been eaten at this location several times. Each time the service is different but, it takes forever for the food to come, every time. Its generally clean. And the wait staff is generally attentive. The food has always been good however. We are going to try the other location next time
