Was really disappointed at this place. We went here for my wifes birthday with family. They sat us down for a party of 7 with only 2 menus. Said they would try to find more(never did). The table only had seating for 6 so they said they would find another chair. After waiting 5 minutes I just went a found a chair myself. We also asked for 2 kids menus and that process took a good 20 minutes to "find" them. When they brought the kids menus it was just something off the printer (why was it so hard to find kids menus then?). The we order drinks and the waitress leaves 3 straws for 7 drinks? WTF? Takes another 5 mins to track her down again for more straws. Then we order the food which actually wasnt that bad. However apparently they "forgot" to put a pizza we ordered in the oven. So the rest of us got our food and 15 mins later the pizza comes. The manager never offered to take part of the pizza off the bill for our trouble. Overall just seemed like a bunch of amateurs working here. Probably wont come back and waste a bunch of money.

My wife and I went there March 23, 2017 for dinner. This hostess tried to sit us by the windows with the hot sun coming through. I asked for one of the three empty booths along the back wall and was told that they save them for parties of three or more. I explained my wife has a disability and that the sun bothers her. She told us we could sit at a four top in the bar or on the patio. I told her we do not sit in bars and that the patio would create the same issue for my wife. She told me even though the dining room was half empty she could only offer the booth by the window. We left and went to Zetas and had a wonderful meal. We will not return to this restaurant. They have no customer service and have no policy on taking care of disabled customers. It should be noted the week before we were seated at a four top table with no problems.

The ONLY reason I go here is because my friend lives nearby and is an agoraphobic who wont try anything else. Theres normally only 1 server who is serving the entire restaurant and bar. So if theres anyone else eating before you show up, you wont get any service. They dont have bartenders; they have servers who dont know what whiskey is. The staff doesnt even know their specials or menu. I had to argue with an employee over their happy hour because they didnt think they had one. They got a manager because they had to be sure. Even the manager didnt know what was on the happy hour menu. I know the food options in the West valley are limited at best, but you can find better service at the QT down the street.

Went for dinner with the family...bad all the way around...the one on DeerValley is so much better.....waitress lacked in personality until it was time for the check...my Ciapinno should have been the Pescatore based on what I was explaining, but it wasnt....lack of knowledge on trying to get the customer what they wanted.....and ordered a spaghetti with meatballs to go...got home and very small amount of sauce.......for paying 0ver 120.00 for a party of 3....i would have expected a little more.......i visit the one on DeerValley and its great....tbe one on 7st is great....NOT THIS ONE.

I had a horrible experience eating here. Our waiter was extremely rude and kept making unecessary comments. We seen him talking about us with other staff members, he even took the drink out of my daughters hand to refill it while she was still drinking it! When we asked for our garlic bread he said it would come out with our meal and it never did. The food was over priced and bland, and not worth the racism we expierenced there. If youre not caucasian " white " you will feel very unwelcomed. I would recommend Olive Garden or Oreganos plenty of times over this! !!#

The place is very clean, but doesnt look quite finished. The staff has no personality at all. We went during much and about three tables were there, so it was very quiet at the time. Had the calamari and it was cooked perfectly, but no seasoning or flavoring at all. We didnt finish it. We had the cheese steak sandwich, which was pretty good, but a little dry. And I had linguine with clams, it was amazing. I think this place will be great once they get a little energy in there.

I really just stopped in for dessert. Had the cannoli, which was amazing. Made to order and excellent. Tried the creme brulee, damn... Nicely toasted and warm on top.. Smelled of wonderful vanilla when set in front of me. Thought I was fine till I overhead they had steamed clams. I love steamed Clams. These were delicious. I need to come back and try more stuff! Cocktails were good as well. Bloody Mary Bar on the weekends!!

The food was not good enough to justify the bad service. Our waitress had a bad attitude from start to finish and neglected us even though it wasnt a crowded night. We were the youngest customers in the room by far and it almost seemed as if she thought we wouldnt tip well so why bother trying? The food was mediocre. It was a little overpriced for the portion sizes. Well find someplace else next time.

Had a great dinner. It was our first time. My son got chicken Alfredo, never looked up from his plate. He loved it! I had calamari and bruchetta. Both were good. Husband had the Italian super sub, which was very good! Daughtet had the Philly with cheese and mushroom, it stayed hot until she finished the sandwich, so yummy! We will be back to try more!

Had dinner and breakfast here and the food was excellent. It was fresh and served hot. Service from one day to the next was a little off it wasnt horrible it just took awhile to get breakfast served versus dinner and breakfast was a lot slower. Coffee refills took awhile as did the other drinks at our table. All in all it is definitely worth a return trip.

It’s overpriced considering the very casual atmosphere, mediocre service and food. Our meal was $45 before tip for 2 meals, 1 tea, and 1 dessert. I’d rather pay the same amount of money for a better atmosphere and better service. The food was decent but not enough to bring me back just on that alone. I may try some other things to give it a fair chance.

Absolutely amazing quality for the prices, nice atmosphere. I LOVE their cheese steaks (if youre a Philly snob, dont bother, it will never be "as good" as it is "in Philly"), they use real cheese in their sandwiches here. Pizza is good, not the best. And I love their pasta dishes, except for their spaghetti tomato sauce...

Staff was fast and friendly. The space is nice and big for a strip mall location. Being from the East coast, I was impressed with some of the pasta dishes on the menu. There are some things to eat on here that you definitely couldnt get from Olive Garden! I recommend the Pasta Giovanni. Will return if we have the chance.
