Serious f*** this place. On Monday I had gone and spoke to Michael the store manager about placing a big order worth of $200, and told him I wanted to pick up by 1530 on tuesday. Placing the order and everything was fine, but what was bullshit was the fact that he didnt leave a note for the second shift on Tuesday to let them know to have my order ready by 1530. I get there and guess what the order wasnt done. The employees didnt even know what was I talking about, but thank God to the guy cook that right away started to cook my food which made it a bit better. But the fact that the manager didnt even leave a note about that order and I had to wait for it, was BS!!! I asked the cook that I wanted their district manager info which he did gave it to me, I called her no answer I email her no answer and to be honest that lets me know that they dont give a dam about their guest. I think that they dont care for their guest what so ever. No wonder you guys have such low scores on here. Seriously this will be the first and last time I eat or order at this place. YOU GUYS (DM, RM) NEED TO MAKE YOUR GUEST NUMBER 1 PRIORITY!!!!!!✌

I have ate here multiple times so I know what youre getting at this location. The food is 50/50, sometimes its old and soggy from sitting in the heater for so long but other times, it is good. The drive thru wait times can sometimes take like 20 minutes. I would say they messed my order up about 6 times out of like the 50 times Ive been here. They have also been out of certain meats multiple times during the day. I honestly do not care about customer service, I just want my food to be good and that is the only thing I care about but like I said, depending on the time of day, certain meats are just disgusting from either not being cooked properly or from sitting in the heater too long. 24th street and baseline panda is always better.

This location at Panda Express was the most horrible experience is ever had first I wasnt greeted by any of the 8 people standing in front of me and then when I asked them to please help us they roll your eyes at me and then I ask for a manager and I told him it was rude that nobody greeted us when we came in just stood there and then stared at us and then rolled their eyes at us and then the manager got routed us as well and then they sarcastically said goodbye when we finally walked away when nobody would help us worst experience ever and theres no racial diversification for the employees it was all Hispanics if you value your American country never go to this location

Food was fine, service was laughably stupid. After greeting each other and asking what can I get for you, my wife asks this girl for a second as she looks at her phone to reread the text with the rest of the order we needed for others at home. My wife is nodding, says okay just as this complete funtcase loudly throws Welcome to Panda! in my wifes face through a nasty scowl. Im happy that this time the food definitely matched the pictures but I am unhappy that this girls attitude definitely matched her ugly ass face.

When in here when my car broke down with the AC problem, just to get a drink and I waited 40 minutes just to get that. They had one person working the line and one person on break one person on the phone and the manager delegating and not helping whatsoever. Drive-thru is busy and thats understandable. But there was a huge line and all I wanted was a drink, and everyone had to wait.

Upon my arrival, the server Courtnee certainly exceeded my expections, ensuring all my plates were cooked to high standards while managing to check me out in a timely manner. I can tell the manager at this location certainly puts in the time to develop his employees, ensuring that each customer is provided with phenomenal standards & great tasting food.

The food gets worse every time we come here! The broccoli beef is dry and yellow and no beef. Plus the lady working drive through gave us attitude after we said no to donating money. Ive had great customer service and food at different pandas so I know its just this place! Next time Ill drive farther to get quality service.

My husband and I just left your restaurant and I was blown away by the amazing professionalism of your employees. Mia and Christina both deserve a raise. They were dealing with an awful needy racist old women and were so professional and polite to her. These two need to be commended for their outstanding work and service.

Customer service is hit and miss. The quality of food is usually good except after 8pm. Its like the employees just dont care anymore. It seems to be the overall theme of idgaf for most of the restaurants here in this area. Save your money and drive a little further for good food and good service.

The portions they serve at this location are very small. I live right by this location, but due to the repeated disappointments over portions, Ive started to drive down to the reservation to eat at the casinos Panda Express.
