My Name is Brian Beal and on December 25th,2014 12:00 am i made a stop at Jack In The Box Drive Thru on 51st and Baseline after coming from Sky Harbor Airport .I went to place my order with Melanie at store # 1541 and she was very rude and she had an attitude from the time that she took the order. I had to repeat my order more than one; on the third time I said to Melanie , " No, No, No" in a calm way and started to repeat my order. At that point she cut me off and stated that I did not have to yell or raise my voice which I hadnt. I then proceeded to correct my order in which afterwards I stated that she could not get my order right and she openly admitted to having someone key in the order for her. Mind you, Melanie stated that she was the assistant manager. So therefore, shes suppose to be knowledgeable of the POS system. Melanie then stated that she knows what shes doing and she had done it for years. She the refused my service after I said "obviously not" and asked for Corporate phone number. I asked for it multiple times as well as her name which she refused to give me. Afterwards, she threaten me and said she would call the cops. I proceeded to leave after that but when I pulled up to the window there was a car in front of me keeping me from leaving the drive thru. Once the car left and I got to the window, I asked the person at the window for corporate phone number. She did not give me the correct number to corporate, she said it was the "RDM number." After receiving the phone number, I left and went to the Jack In the Box on 35th and Southern. While in the Drive Thru, someone was flashing a light in the window of my car. Come to find out Melanie call the police even after I did what she asked which was to leave the establishment. When I spoke with the office, he told me Melanie said that I was using profanity, which I was not, and that I was going to jump through the window and harm the business and the employees of Jack In The Box. She Fabricated a story to the Police and tried to get me arrested for something I didnt do. I politely explained to the Police Office, I had just got off of work and I was coming from the airport. I live right around the corner from store #1541. I didnt come there to cause trouble or be rude to anyone. I had my mother and my nephew in the car with me; I was just trying to get some food for my family and go home. The last thing I was to do on Christmas is be in someones jailhouse for something I didnt say or do. After explaining the story, the officer told me that Melanie lied on me about what happen and that Melanie no longer wanted me at the business establishment anymore. I feel like I shouldnt have had to go through this and that there should be some type of disciplinary action for which she did. She should be terminated for her actions, that’s not how an assistant manager should behave and not only that no assistant manager should make up a story. If this is the type of employees Jack In The Box has working for them, then I will no longer buy any type of product from this company. I mean exactly where do the work ethics come into place. I was mistreated and it was unfair. If nothing can be done about this, I will write to the Head of Jack In The Box, The Vice President, CEO, etc. I dont have to tolerate this particular behavior especially when I did nothing wrong. In Conclusion, thank you for taking the time to read my complain.

The lady that appeared to be the manager was rude and cussing upset that their drive thru soda machine wasnt working. I had to go in because they got my order wrong and the other worker was literally running and slipping around the floor to get other orders. This is their job, if they arent happy, they need to find another. I went here again and gave them another chance. Not only did they screw up the order, the food was disgusting and very lazily put together. Please dont eat here.

Really disappointed in their customer service. They gave me the wrong order in the drive thru, so I went inside and the "team leader" who helped me automatically seemed annoyed. They were busy... I understand that...but its not MY fault you guys have 3 people working on a Saturday afternoon. I still left with a wrong order but I felt so uncomfortable I just ignored it. I dealt with 3 different employees and they all made me feel unwelcome.

Let me start with saying the people they hire are rude and either uneducated or they just dont give a rats. They never get the orders right and let me just say ordering extra lettuce shouldnt be that hard to obtain. And get this. They ran out of food. What kind of jack in the box runs out of fries not to mention several items on the menu. If they want to stay in business they need a whole new crew.

The front counter person was late for work, I had taken the time to walk-in, big mistake on my part as the lady working the drive-thru refused to help me. I waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken and no one to help me. I said a curse word and left. I nor a co-worker of mine will ever walk back into your store again. Your lost. I will find another much nicer place to spend my money.

This place always has RUDE employees, THEY nd better CSRs, and they nd to clean their lobby, I asked once and one of the Workers asked "WHY" whats wrong with "IT" (lobby), WHEN told to go wipe a table for myself and my daughter....JACK WHO IS TRAINING THESE PEOPLE?

The manager tried not giving me back the right amount of change...then opened the cash register and pulled out my folded 5 dollar bill which she didnt pull from the 5 spot in the register. Watch your change when u go to this location.

Terrible customer service at drive thru Ordered a reg iced coffee. When I seen how small it was I apologized and asked to change it to a large. The lady smacked her lips, grunted and rolled her eyes. I will not becoming here again.

Purchased 4 tacos and it came out to $2.58. I handed the cashier a 5 dollar bill and she only handed me .42 . When I told her that she obviously shorted me $2, she rolled her eyes. Wont be coming back to this location.

He was a jerk and disrespectful there was no napkins in napkin holder I asked for napkins and never got any and they were in the back laughing as disgusting as it might sound I had to grabbed toilet paper

The curly fries and chicken patty had been sitting there for a long while. They were hard. The strawberry lemonade tasted like water no flavor at all. Customer service was good! Just not the food.

Always getting orders wrong. Shake machine never works. Rude employees. Unclean eating area. Long wait times and when you finally get you order, its the wrong one.
