I come here all the time. Their burritos are huge, and the nachos are very generous! The prices are pretty standard for what you see at most bertos locations. The staff are pretty decent comma even if some days are hit or miss on quality of service. Still, I havent had any problems with my orders. The best thing about this place is there amazing salsa bar! They have a wide variety of sauces available. Two different green ones, a few different red ones, onions and jalapeno slices, and a creamy Smoky sauce Kama which I assume is Chipotle. I always go inside when I want to get a variety of sauces, so I dont know if you can ask for anything besides red or green through the drive-thru window. You couldnt get full of something as simple as a bean and cheese burrito here. Theres super nachos are huge! They have a couple different kids meals, which include a miniature churro . My family loves to come here when we are too tired to cook. Check it out! Ok, and a lot of stuff is fried, true, so knowing that its Friday, I dont feel that its my place to complain about anything being greasy.

I feel like i should give you guys two stars because of this but Normally this place is very good at getting my order right. There food is amazing and me and my co workers go often BUT I decided to go here tonight, I asked for no guacamole like I always do because I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC to avocados. While I was driving back to work I started to eat my food in the car and I started to have a reaction, they put guacamole on my food! Even after I said not to multiple times, its even on my receipt. My partner had to rush back to work to get my EpiPen and give me a shot.

This filibertos night crew has the worst adittuded towards customer service. The drive thru window educated is at a zero. The food and portions are never consistent. If this establishment feels that a customer restaurant experience is not important than this establishment shouldnt be surprised when customers complain. Weather its fine dining or fast food customers are the blood line of there financial success. Repeat customers is repeat income for this filibertos, management needs to enforce employee customer service for a more positive customer experience.

I love coming here, and were quickly becoming weekly regulars. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and love interacting with our toddler. They take care of us here. Its like youve been invited into their home. The Carne Asada nachos are a meal for 2. Chips piled high and LOADED. The quesadilla is as big as your head. The breakfast burritos while not large, are dense, and will fill you up.

Ridiculous service. Not only where they not nice but they served the food with no plate at all, just wrapped in that paper they use. I get it if you order a burrito but for rolled tacos with cheese and guac? And to top it off only one of the restrooms was working and the "working" restroom was filthy and had no paper towels.

Ordering carne asada fries, always good, but they get pretty stingy with the red/green sauce. Usually its a portion size of the whole box but then you barely get any sauce. And then when they do give you more sauce, the portion size of the carne asada fries doesnt fill the whole box. SMH fix your priorities

There is something wrong with this location, its close to my house so I have tried it 3 times. In general there is slow bad service, and its super greasy, but the last time I went I wound up with enchiladas that were cold, not room temp but rather straight out of the fridge cold.

I asked for pollo asado (grilled chicken) instead I was given shredded chicken that comes out of a crock pot. Funny hw the problem seems to be the night crew. Seriously needs to have some changes. This place gives other good -bertos places a bad name. ¡QUE LA CHINGADA!

Good food, good service, and pretty clean despite most of the patrons cant cleanup after themselves and leave food and trash everywhere... Make sure and enjoy this place before their typical eaters scratch their names in every surface and trash the place.

Went thru the drive thru. Make sure you check your order. When u call the lady that answered didnt even care that the order was wrong. Didnt care that I wasnt in the area to go back immediately. Not the way to handle a custimerbusiness...

I just ordered a #8 (rolled tacos rice and beans) I ate the tacos and they were ok though on the greasy side. When I turned to my rice and beans I pulled out a 2 inch black hair.....ew. I wont be going back.

Very poor service and some of the worst Mexican food Ive had. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for food then got my drink when I was almost done eating. If I could I would leave a ZERO STARS review.

Food was good, FLIES WERE TERRIBLE!! They really need to do something about that. If the flies are in the dining area they are DEFINITELY in the kitchen on all the food. FIX IT!!
