They put a chili cheese dog backwards in the bag, when I pulled it out in the car, it slid right into my lap. The employee was standing right there and saw what happened. They let me in to use the bathroom, as there was chili all over my shirt and under shirt. Totally frustrating experience, both my shirts are ruined, and they offered NOTHING as compensation. I paid full price for my meal and the guy said, have a nice day. If I had the time Id be asking to talk to a manager, this is crazy. I realize it was a mistake, but they could have tried to make it right somehow.

The servers are very nice and friendly, but all must be new. They cant get any order correct the first time around. We frequent Sonic for happy hour drinks. The kids drinks are fine, but they cant get a cranberry limeade right for the life of them. Last time i ordered it, i got what tasted like a diet cherry Sierra Mist. YUCK!! Several times, the last few months, they have gotten the food order wrong as well. Even after they repeat it back to me.

When I went there today they messed up my order. My popcorn chicken also had a taste like if the oil was old and it made the chicken taste so bad that we had to throw them out. Also my hamburger was actually hard around the sides and cold. They hid the burnt taste with loads of mayo I didnt ask for. I will no longer go to this sonic because this wasnt the first bad experience. Ill stick to the one on Thunderbird and 67th instead of this location.

It took them 4 tries to get the order correct. We ordered a Rt44 chocolate coke but no chocolate in it then they brought out a medium drink. We ordered a cheese bacon burger meal they brought out the wrong one then took it back then didnt come back until we called them again. They brought the burger only and we had to call again to get the fries. A trip that should have taken 10 mins took 40 mins not happy.

Went tonight and took and extremely long time to get out order and once we got it, my burger was so cold the cheese wasnt even melted on it, the shredded lettuce was old, the fries were so old that you could barely bite them from being hard and cold, the chicken strip basket we ordered the strips were also cold and hard..we will not return.

I am very upset because the machine was was broken and they said we will still be able to get the milkshakes and one of my kids ordered the Oreo and they only gave us a vanilla one with a little bit of Oreo crumbs on the top with none inside, very lazy of them. I hope next time they dont do this to another costumer, very annoying.

Great tasting burgers and amazing selection of fountain/specialty drinks, I dont like how much ice they put in the cup but... keep your receipts for a free route 44oz drink the next time your going to eat at Sonics which makes up for it. 4 stars just because of the amount of ice in the cups.

Not only did they completely mess up my order but when I asked them to fix it they conitnued to bring out different items, none of which are what I asked for. After telling them thats not what I ordered they waitress tried telling me I was wrong and that is it and wouldnt fix it a third time

The staff is very polite and friendly, the only negative comment about this particular SONIC would be that anytime I went there the entire experience was SLOW in comparison to other Sonic drive-in. Slow to respond when placing your order, as well as bringing the order to my vehicle.

Ive had nothing but terrible experiences here. From forgetting to deliver my order and being yelled at by a car hop for lying. To sitting for 10 min to place an order. I get if the store is busy, but acknowledge your customers and let them know youll be with them in a minute.

Quality of food has gone downhill. Very disappointed today. The Buffalo and Honey BBQ boneless wings were really bad. They were not hot either which just made it worse. Probably wont be back anymore are the food is most definitely not worth the high prices.

Have ordered from here a bunch of times. They can never get an order right. They rio you off. 9 bucks for 9 tots???? Really have no idea how they are still in business. Will never be coming back. Too bad too. This place used to be good.

Ive lived near this Sonic forever, and its never let me down :) The food is great and the service is prompt and friendly. Great for the nearby neighborhoods to have a nice drive-in restaurant.

Usually busy and with the installation of the new order boards it seems there are some glitches to the system that have to be fixed. The food needs a little work not impressed the last visit

Best place to go if you want a good treat! They have deals often but theyre only during certain times. They make a fantastic Cherry Limeade Slush!!
