Hi I was a walk in at the Laveen Pizza Hut on July 28,2012 approximately 21:00 I ordered a stuff crust meat lovers pizza with lemon pepper chicken wings. They told me it would take 30 minutes, I paid for the pizza and left, after 30 minutes I returned to pick up the pizza, the attendant asked me if I had my reciept, I told her no it was in the car. it was raining she told me that I had to have my receipt. I got it brought it back in to be told that they lost my pizza and it would be 10-15min before they could replace it no I am sorry, no what can I do the make up for loosing your order, no nothing, I dont think I will be returning to that location again. It is the closest one to me but I will be driving to the 43rd and Mcdowell location from now on. They at least dont loose your food after you have paid for it. and they do have much better costumer service

Three months ago there was a squabble as to whether or not our order was delivery or pick up. It was a 45 minute wait before we came to the conclusion that they insist we pick up. When my nephew presented them with the mobile ap email verifying it was a delivery ( even mentioned the driver) the staff present was still rude. New order baked and free pizza later, we tried again at our same neighborhood store ( Laveen) Unfortunately, the meat lovers pizza was so loaded with SALT it was absolutely inedible... Well, there are PLENTof other pizza shops around. We wont be playing roulette there anymore. O

My family ordered pizza this evening. It was not ready on time. When it was finally ready they tried to overcharge me and did not include the ordered chicken wings. I asked for the wings and was told to wait. After twenty minutes I asked for a refund. The manager was "busy" and was unable to process the refund for another 20 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting for wings, the manager confided that he did not know how to refund the $.59 in tax. No apologies were made. The store seems run by incompetents and the manager, Adam, is in desperate need of a basic math class.

I order a pizza at 10. The women on the phone told me thier delivery drivers vehicle broke down and will be a 2 hour wait. I order from this Pizza Hut atleast once a week (this is not the first time the pizza has been late). I just called to check the order status (12:20) and she told me the pizza was still in the oven and the driver was not there yet. This is Unexceptable! She was VERY RUDE and said "There is nothing I can do about it" I would NOT let her answer my phone! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER! I will NOT be ordering again!

New to the neighborhood placed an online order had the comp. Number come through then got a call saying my card was declined, the number he called me from was not even the business phone, was pushing me for my card number I have been in retail and fast food for years and this man needs a new jobs away from the public not at all a people person. Wanted my card # on his personal phone ?? Took my business to Papa Johns. Always had good service from Pizza Hut in the past here and Washington state. But not at this one.

After a long time, I decided to have Pizza Hut. Not too bad, the taste is better and I like the garlic knots. Theres affordable deals on a budget which makes it easy to be fed and not break the bank when you dont feel like cooking. Ive been ordering online for carry out. Staff is decent, food is decent. Paying $5 per item for 2 or more food items isnt too shabby. Plus, Ive been getting offers to complete a survey that gives me $20 worth of food for $10. I lika da deals.......

I called an placed a simple order, nothing difficult about it. Two pizzas, when I had ordered they said it SHOULD be here by 6:51 PM and its now 7:12 PM, 20 minutes later then the time they gave me, nobody appreciates delayed delivery times especially when you have a hungry family. I wish they would do something about the customer service because reading these other reviews they OBVIOUSLY dont care about that

We order pizza from here most Friday evenings. They get our families "most improved restaurant award. They started out with poor quality control... underdone crust or wrong toppings orders delivered randomly. This year they really tightened up the kitchen and now have some good delivery staff. This summer thery did have a major delivery staff shortage, so we just drove over and did our own pick-ups.

I was there 2 weeks ago and i over heard someone yelling at there crew i asked the cashier who is that she said my manager! I was totally in shock! How can someone just yell at there crew?! People that holds that pizza hut together! If i can rate this one star i will she also told me his name which is John they call him pete ! LOCATION 51ST AVE AND BASELINE ! hes not a good manager in my opinion.

I never seen a delivery guy get so upset that i didnt have any change for a 50. I only had 21 dollars and i was ordering for me and my son. This was so un-called for. Id rather order from papa johns next time. Not so good service to customers. Just work else where if your that disgruntled. My order only costed 18 and change.

Made an order of Hawaiian Pizza 10 minutes before closing time on a Sunday. I spoke with Jim i believe over the phone. Was very courteous I picked up the Pizza 8 minutes later after I placed the order. Excellent 5 star service and quality of the pizza for a last minute order.

The three times I had been there, i ended up waiting 30 more minutes from the time they say its ready. These people are worst .. plain liers.. will make u wait for at least 30 more minutes. Delivery is even worst, I ended up waiting more than an hr after the delivery time

So the store manager is lazy. I got a store credit because of him. Just now I go to use it , ordered a supreme stuffed crust. I get it home and its a stuffed crust with 3 toppings. Totally done with this lousy branch. Dont even bother going here .

I know when you order online some mistake can happen I order a Pepsi when the driver got here she had a diet soda. no big deal but she went out of her way to go back and bring me a Regular Soda

Recently moved to the area, went here twice and was given poor service twice. The food was fine but the guys working here dont seem to want to be here. If they arent happy, they need to find a new job.
