This is about how Sonic is becoming..... this Sonic like most doesnt listen too well....and when you get face to face they dont listen at all......ordered a regular coney dog.....got to the stop sign ... she brings a quarter pound coney.... "ummm no i just wanted the regular size coney.. (she looked puzzled).....they are back there on the menu for $1.99 not $3.79."....she brings a all anerican dog with onion mustard and ketchup...... ...ummmm..............NEVERMIND!!!! drive off no food!! So, if you want to eat...McDs is where I ended up.

They have some good deals and menu items but their customer service can but a bit shaky. Went here last month around 10/11pm and ordered a hotdog. A line started to form for drive-thru I was 2nd in line but it was taking over 15 mins to get to everyone but me. My guess is the young employees didnt think business would pick up and couldnt keep up. Me and a couple of other cars just left. It doesnt make me change my mind on coming here, Im just more aware and hopefully their ready for those out of no where bursts of business.

I dont eat fast food much at all these days, but was really looking forward to Sonics ultimate breakfast burrito. I originally went to the drive up station. After 10 minutes of no one responding when I pushed the red button, I finally went through drive thru. They answered immediately. Got my food. When I open the wrapper, my burrito wasnt folded, the food had spilled out everywhere, and the cheese sauce was covering the wrapper and outside of the burrito. On top of that, the eggs were browned and crunchy. Not ok.

Tried the Fresh Sonic Premium 100% Beef Hot Dags in the bag that say "Top This". Asked for fresh ones once I received them. They put the same old ones in a different bag and brought them back out. They were old and disgusting. Dont use a coupon and expect a fresh or Premium hot dog. I have always got good food at other Sonic locations, unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house. "This is how you Sonic" go to a different location, and "Top This", the bar is not set too high.

I placed an order. My burger was raw my mozz sticks werent cooked all the way and my dog was cold. They dont deserve even one star. I called to complain and they asked me to bring the food back. I just got out of the hospital at almost 10 pm and expect you to take the food back. Just aweful service. Employees suck!

Hit the button sat and waited for over ten minutes before someone took my order then atleast another 15 minutes before my food was ready and I only ordered two things... Food is really good but service was terrible....... McDonalds always gives free Frys when wait to long

No matter what they always mess up the order was just there and ordered burgers without onions and when I get them THEY HAVE ONIONS!!!!! Yes they did correct the order however by just listening you should not have to get an incorrect food order!!!!!

Like the food but had issues with the call button. I sat there for 10 minutes before I realized it was broken. I was able to figure this out as I watched a car come and go while I waited. I then went to the stall they were in to place my order.

Just got a vanilla shake. They read our order back at least three times. Only problem is I ordered Strawberry! They said it three to four times and still messed it up! Best part is they messed up my chocolate shake a month ago. Sad really.

My mom and I ordered shakes from sonic last night & Weve been throwing up all day & We have severe diarrhea. I feel so terrible, my friend told me it tasted funny, but I couldnt tell.
