If you are looking for quick late night Mexican at a reasonable price. This is your place. The enchiladas were incredible. We also got carne asada tacos and taquitos. The only complaint that I have is we just got a plain cheese quesadilla that was $5 a little much for a quesadilla. But overall really good food very good experience we are returning multiple times for sure.

Great place to go grab some awesome Mexican food that is made when you order it. Everything in the menu is great especially there fish tacos. The service is awesome the cooks are friendly and always make you feel like your a part of there family. As a Mexican it the place is go when it want awesome food.

Best food and service! We have been going here at least once a week for probably more than a year. It is by far our most favorite. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. Then the service makes it the most amazing experience! We will continue to go as long as they are open!

Our favorite food truck!!! The quality and taste of the food is exceptional and they are always on top of things! The prices are a great value, and their burritos are huge. Everything is always neat and clean. We drive over a half an hour to eat at Rubys.
