Been here many times, I have a blizzard addiction. I also crave their chicken strip baskets with gravy often lol. After coming here many times Ive decided this is probably the best DQ Ive been to. I got a chicken strip basket just today, and forgot to check for everything before I got home. I was missing my gravy, so I called, and she gave me a whole new chicken strip basket for free!! Today was the first and only time Ive ever been "shorted", but the manager more than made up for it. Please keep her around! Such a sweet lady!! (I think her name was Waunilla? Excuse my spelling, its probably wrong)

Ive been to this location 4 different times. Not once was my order correct. When I called the last time I was told to come back and they would give me a refund. When I went back I was told that person didnt have the authority to give a refund. The manager told me there was nothing she could do and that I could "either order something or leave." Needless to say, I left and Ill be going out if my way to go to a different store.

First of all, you should always check your bag to make sure you got everything you ordered. People are human and make mistakes. This is not the only place that forgets your order. Every restaurant screws up every now and then. When you do go here for ice cream, its not something you can compare to freaking Mcdonalds. Are you kidding me. Comparing a peanut buster parfait from dairy queen to a Mcdonalds parfait?! Some people.

Every time we go, we order the same thing one small chocolate ice cream cone dipped in crunch coat and on small cup of chocolate ice cream with crunch coat on top. Every time they premake our order with vanilla ice cream. When I mention this, they always get an attitude and say, "Well, we already made it.". Im paying for what I want. Not what you messed up. Get it right for once. You all suck!

Kid at the counter clearly saw us, but didnt acknowledge us when we entered. He was too busy putting up decorations. Another associate kindly took our order, but they only brought half of it and took the number from our table. This particular franchise is clearly run by a bunch of kids who dont know what customer service is. Food quality doesnt match the price either.

The desert options are great, of course! So many flavors and options. The hot food is good, too. The place is nice and clean, but there is no tint on the windows, and there are no window shades, which in AZ can be a big problem. Im guessing theyll be installing some soon. ** update: as of early May, still no tint or sunshades in the dining room **

rediculos prices $5.00 fricking dollars for a peanut buster parfai REALLY , ice cream cone that I can get at mcdonalds for 69 cents is almost $3.00 at this shaftqueen , Im not cheap but at same time I feel like I got robbed at dairy shaft . NO STARS NONE ZERO FOR THIS QUEEN SH-FTERS.

Service SUCKS!! Very disappointed with the service. Didnt receive the correct good and our order was missing food!! The girls in the front were busy giggling and gossiping and were obviously too busy with their social lives to worry about their job. Will NEVER go there again.
