Nice area tried to order a number 8 jumbo chicken combo asked if it came in mini, it doesnt so got med. with LG slushy drink. Husband ordered a # 1 combo meal with cheese- mustard -lettuce only, fries & LG drink. What was brought to us was the # 8 combo an order of fries and a LG drink. Really?? Then when we explained what it was we wanted the manager came out and said " next time you need extra help ordering push the red button a second time and well come take your order by hand" I felt extremely insulted by THIS, maybe u and your crew should improve your listening skills!!! Never returning customers

I came here a week ago and they messed up my order but they fixed it, so everything was ok, but today just sucked. I found a hair in my kids drink. She opend the drink to eat the cherries at the bottom and there was the hair. Gross. None of us have short dark hair. Its disgusting. I dont think well come back to this location even if its close to home. Oh and were already home by this point, so theres no way Im driving all the way back there. Nasty.

Horrible experience today was my first and last time eating there i waited 30 minutes for my food they got my order wrong over charged me the shift leader said he would fix it and took another 10 minutes to make 2 Jr cheeseburgers and didnt apologize or said anything for the mistakes and taking so long I will not be back on the receipt it has a number to call with a name on it i called and called and no answer horrible customer service

I was having a handful of problems when I had come in tonight, but I ended calling the manager just to let him know about my experience and he was very well mannered. He apologized and offered to comp my meal on my next visit! I wasnt looking for a freebie, I just wanted them to know and the way Junior handled it all kept me as a satisfied customer who will continue to keep coming back!

This place is awesome , and for those people saying reviews like "oh they take forever" and "oh I felt insulted" maaan shut up I dare one of yall to work there and work as fast as possible you wouldnt last there so be quiet and eat your cambo #1 and stop being so soft . They got my order wrong. I asked for tomatoes and pickles on the side (to prevent soggy bread), got a plain burger with everything on the side . I mean everything, a packet of mayo, packet of ketchup, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles. When I brought it to their attention they didnt understand what the problem was. So I had to assemble my own burger.

Ive been going to sonic last few days and Marlanda always brought me my food and she helped me out when I forgot to pay with my card so I could pay. She is extremely helpful, kind, has a wonderful smile and I feel she makes the trip to sonic. plus the sprite with watermelon flavor is that loud ;D

Horrible service. Ordered ice cream twice and never got served in 40 minutes. Finally just left and tried to call to talk to a manager and they wouldnt answer the phone. Kept calling and they never answered. But happily got to watch everyone else get served.
