The location may be fine for all I know and I think Ive had their ice creams a few times but the only experience for dairy queen that I will ever remember is the time I ordered this $7+ expensive for a fast food meal but the picture showed so much delicious looking popcorn shrimp and it actually looked really good! I ordered it and when I got it, open the box and... I literally thought they gave me an empty used box a customer through away with the last few tiny pieces of popcorn chicken that fell to the bottom after they finished eating the entree I saw in the picture. Sadly I then realized there were too many crummy looking little popcorn chicken for that to have happened and was severely disappointed at both the quantity and quality of the meal. I think thats honestly the worst meal Ive ever gotten or maybe the 2nd worst, a few more 2-3 pieces short and I actually would have legitly thought some careless employees were playing a rude joke on me hah. Rating is based on that one meal. I think I ordered sundaes after that once but this is all I remember every time I see this location. EDIT: after reading more 1* reviews I now remember calling them to bring it back for a refund and a female employee answered pretending to be the manager and from that point on would quickly answer the phone and hang up because I think she didnt want her manager to know. Called like 15x for fun while eating the sad little order I received :/ Would have reported her if I actually cared or had time to

This place is ridiculous and gross and what kills me is that the workers there don’t even care. I went here one day after work to get a strawberry shake, which is like $3-$4, and when I got it, I looked down at it to remove the cherry off of the top, the whipped cream and shake was filled with hundreds of little pieces of black hair, at that point I wanted to vomit, so I figured I’d just throw it away, but I felt like they should know what they are serving so I went back, asked for a refund, and nicely told them about it, and instead of apologizing and trying to see where the hair was from the lady acted as if she didn’t care. She looked at the hairy shake, through it in the garbage, and shrugged her shoulders, as if to say oh well. I was so upset and disgusted, because I actually sipped the hairy shake before noticing all the hair.

I ordered a blizzard from here and paid. The dessert was good but how I was treated was poor. After I paid I was owed $0.91 back. I was given $0.85. I told the cashier I had received the incorrect change and she rolled her eyes at me and eventually got a manager to open the register to fix it. She then gave me $0.81 back. I told her it was still wrong and she looked at me and told me I was wrong. Her manager finally walker her through how to count money. It was quite obvious it wasnt a mistake from working to fast because she was counting everything on her hands. If someone cant count money. They shouldnt be running a cash register.

It took 10 minutes for someone to help me even though I was the only one in there. I noticed one girl on her cellphone talking to someone while another worker was just wondering around. When I was about to leave the wondering worker helped me, and no he wasnt friendly. I waited a minute for my hamburger, but I only ate the fries since the hamburger was coldish. Definitely wont go back to this location.

When we came to this location not only did it take us 10 mins to recive our order after paying, but when we got home we had the wrong order. Even after we watched them initially mess up and then remake our order when we were waiting! The employees were unattentive and texting, wont be returning to this location.

pumpkin pie blizard is amazing but in certain locations they dont give you a lot of the ice cream. the food is pretty good 2 and the portion is better than the ixw crwam portion. i recomenend dq highly to familys that want ice cram ever now and then.

A young girl was working the drive thru and used the same gloves to collect money and hand us our cones. I said something to her and she said "My manager said its ok. That it really doesnt matter." Very dissapointing....and gross!

The teenaged employees seem to have no manager. The place is dirty and the kids constantly touch there faces and scratch without washing their hands. That place needs some direction.
