I wouldnt of even given them 1 star but I had to inorder to post a review. I never in all my life bin thru an experience like this at a fast food restaurant they messed up my whole order and whene I went back to get it ready done the guy at the window "angel" nah more like the devil persisted the order was right and told me he got my license plate number and I always come Inn and do this but Im not even from here Im visiting from ca hes ridiculous he didint that even look at the food if I had requested the tacos to be burnt they wouldnt of even bin that burnt. they were literally charcoal black never go to this location EVER!

Everytime I go to this location 100% of the time the order is completely wrong! I feel like its when its all the women who work around the evening hours who completely mess everything up. I even spoke to another employee that came on after 9pm (a man) and told him this always happens. He apologized and said Yes, they have a lot of problems during the afternoon up till late night shift. I will tell everyone just to check your order before leaving this location because its bound to be wrong.

Been here many times with slow service and mildly warm food. Stopped here tonight to dine in. Waited 10 minutes while the drive through was taken care of. Car after car after car. Needless to say, we left. We will not be returning to this location. And we will more than likely be making choices other than Jack for our food. Its sad too. Ive been an regular customer since I moved to Arizona in 2001.

So the other day we stopped in for lunch umm bad mistake the food was good. But the service was horrible they messed are order up 3 times. The manager had poor customer service. The guy at the front counter was really good made the place a lot better. Will never go back.

This place, ordered a burger meal deal at the take out. Got home and the burger was just two buns and no meat. The hamburger patty was missing! Needless to say I will not be eating at that establishment again.

Has gotten my order wrong afew times. Otherwise good. Went there this morning after work. Got a Dr Pepper instead of a coke. seems like every time I dont taste test in the drive thru I get the wrong drink

Food is ok. But the place is filthy. As soon as you get out of the car. The side walk is full of grease. The inside is also dirty. Food on the floor. Counter is also dirty. Wont be coming back...

This location is great, sometimes they are a bit slow but the food has always been hot and fresh. The employees are friendly and have never had a wrong order. No complaints at all.

Drive thru is Terrible. Been there three times, it was not good. They charge you for a deluxe meal and give you the cheap version. Fries cold, Go to the jbox on bell rd.
