I wish I was able to give a ZERO star!! I will never come to this Sonic again!! On 7/13/2017 at approximately 11:30-11:40pm me along with 4 or 5 friends went to place our orders at the outdoor tables, proceeded to order my friend ordered a family size popcorn chicken and he was told by the lady on the intercom that she didnt not want to drop a fresh batch as if we are unconvincing them, after some convincing she Said she will drop a fresh batch. Then I push the button and go to place my order, I say can I get a large chili cheese tots where I was replied to by the lady in the intercom with "REALLY!?" as if Im upsetting her that she has to make them. At that point I was EXTREAMLY upset and me and all my friends left and went elsewhere to eat due to the BAD CUSTOMER SERIVICE! I have never been treated with this much disrespect just for simply placing an order. Never have I ever in my whole life been treated so bad just for simply placing an order. Management needs to look into this ASAP! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN THE LADY ON THE INTERCOM TAKING THE ORDERS SOULD BE FIRED ON SPOT!

Way to ruin our appetite for ice cream. They had no clue what we were trying to order and made no attempt to help. We quickly Googled the master blast menu while still in the drive through (thanks Google). After the confusion another associate started taking our order but had zero active listening skills as we had to repeat what we wanted and what size at least 3 times. We left the drive through and proceeded to travel 15 minutes to Dairy Queen where they politely and effectively took our order and followed up by accurately providing it to us. Although this Sonic is 3 minutes from our house we will drive the extra distance to avoid another experience like this one.

Over the past 6 months I have stopped here about 8 time. 6 of the 8 times theyve messed up my drive thru orders. Examples: No bacon or cheese on a bacon cheeseburger or asking for no onions on a chicago dog and getting a double dose, no toast in a chicken finger box, etc. Twice I went to get a milk shake...ice cream machine is down. If your looking for a cheap meal and dont care if you dont get what you want go for it. Today is the last time i get food at this Sonic...

I dont like this place. Been here four times and they just cant get my order right no matter what. I have to hit the red button again after every order to fix something or add something they left off. Food showed up missing an item every time.

They have the BEST drink and dessert menu!!! The staff is always fast and friendly, definitely ahas a friendly hometown feel and atmosphere. Great place to take the family for a quick bite or drink.

This Sonic has some of the nicer employees in the West Valley is always fairly clean. Ive never had a problem with the food or service here, and the staff is quick to correct meal imperfections.

Went through the drive thru , my friend orders a deluxe Jr cheeseburger and the patty was extremely burnt he took a bit and damn near broke his teeth... Someone needs to get fired.
