This restaurant is horribly run by the manager named Cesar! I have never gone in there where I have seen Cesar greet people or seen him smile! His customer service sucks how? Ok! I dont know where to start I have so many bad experience! For starters-I placed an order with Cesar last week,I ordered chicken quesadilla! When I got in my car drove for couple of minutes! I looked in the bag & realized, it was quesadilla with cheese only no chicken! I went back & showed to him! He said we will make you another one! Not only he didnt apologize for my inconvenience! But he told me to pay the difference in price for the chicken! I told him will you pay for my gas & inconvenience For me coming back because you screwed my order? I told him hell no I wont pay the difference! The other think I want to mention is that Cesar skims on the meat portion from customers! You would never know this unless you go to another Del Taco restaurant! Which I did today I went to the one on 59th ave & 101. & again I ordered my favorite chicken quesadilla! I honestly could not Believe my eyes when they handed me the bag! I immediately noticed something different! The weight of the food gave me the impression that they mixed up my Again! But when I pulled it out! There was so much chicken & cheese in stuffed in it! Thats why I felt the heavy weight instantly! Than I realized I have been getting cheated out of meat & cheese at Cesars location! I will Never eat there again! Not only you dont get good customer service! But you get cheated out of your food portion!

Wish I could give a 0. These people are so immature and really leave a bad taste in your mouth. They are extremely unprofessional saying racial things loud enough to where we could even hear it through the drive thru window, laughing and acting like idiots while taking your order and serving your food, they are inappropriate to 1 another, and to top it all off, they rolled our burritos with their bare hands....and it wasnt even the cook, it was an employee taking money, touching everything including his own food then wrapping our burrito....gross! This place has gone down hill. They pretend like they are closed by shutting all their lights off. They did this on Thanksgiving and even tonight. They dont close until 1am and when we got there at midnight they had all their lights off and they were hiding in the back (we could see them walking in the back) OVER IT! Thinking about crossing them off as a place to eat.....can we say....health department? Or better business bureau?

Cant rate a zero will be calling after christmas terrible called a liar by employee. Oh my god SSSSLLLLOOOOOOWWWWW we waiting for close to 20 minutes we watch our tray of food sit for at least 10 min while the called 7 not our number filed we went to inquire at the counter they all look at me like deer in the headlights and the push that tray of food I said no this a number 7. The Hispanic over weight cook called me a liar they called number 13 I said nope you called 7 the so a African woman chimed in saying the same thing. I ask for a manager they pointed at her I said I will not waste my time I will take care of it a different way. No apology no care if food was hot and it was not. My son had a epic burrito more holes in than swiss cheese. Almost ever table was dirty no one in the time we were there came out to wipe table . This was the most unfriendly Del taco I have ever been to.

Ordering a salad with lizard limbs is apparently an option when my gf took it back the person she was dealing with yelled at her after she gave it back and continued to make a statement the person yelled at her (I said I was sorry) so she turned around and spoke out what she found in her salad and customers walked out only because she was obviously dealing with a rude person and tried keeping it discreet but when push came to shove my gf figured it would only be appropriate to let everyone know what was going on since the person behind the counter was getting loud. Lizard heads or limbs should not be in food unless requested or properly served.

The worst experience at a Del Taco yet. And I will choose this brand over the Bell any day. The quality at this location was terrible. I rarely ever give bad reviews, I try not to. However this isnt the first time this kind of thing has happened. On my last visit I ordered soft tacos that had about a spoonful of total ingredients in the entire taco. I scraped the spoonful of ingredients off of two other tacos to make a regular sized taco that they normally would sell, as found at other Del Taco locations. Thats just terrible quality control and a poor product overall.

Went thru the drive thru.. Ordered not once but 3 times.. Girl cant get the order right. Paid extra for additional toppings.. Get all the way home and no extra toppings. WTF? Like Pesci said, "Ok, okay, okay... They F*** You at the drive thru!". Stupid idiots runnin the dang drive thru~

Food varies depending on who is working, iv been here many times when they get my food wrong or my food is cold. Iv also been here when the food is just right, I would suggest eating inside rather than drivethru they tend to mess up orders alot.

Almost always a great experience. Occasionally they forget things but you cant expect the A team at 3am every time. Theyve dealt with me from the back of a taxicab more than a few times too and have always been great haha

This place is NEVER open until when the door OR website says! They close their doors an hour earlier PURELY for employees being lazy and wanting to go home. And whenever I actually do get someone, theyre always rude!

My street tacos were cold and nasty and expensive. Never again going to this place, and on top of that when I called to complain, they were rude and unprofessional, this was around lunch time.

Im liking this less bc they locked the bathroom. Im always a paying customer but this is ridiculous! So many other options abound in this wonderful metropolitus. Food is inconsistent also.

TOOK FORVER! I ordered 2 milkshakes and a soft taco ( I was the only one in the restaurant) and they still took a long time ! The food was fine just was very slow

Taco shells were stale contact 800 number and they said 24-48 hours to get a reply from them and its been 4 days and have yet to receive a reply

Walked in notice woman at counter speaks Spanish when a 5 or 6 years old boy charged at me with his head down,I moved,he was in a booth
