If we had half stars, Id have probably gone 3.5, but 3 felt too harsh - I really did enjoy Cabin Coffee! I was so excited to try a local coffee shop, hoping to find a new favorite spot to occasionally work, hang out and get my caffeine fix. While I *adore* the decor, vibe, and great seating options, the coffee itself was a little underwhelming. Thats not to say it was bad - it just wasnt great/memorable. I had a medium iced white chocolate latte, and it had a good flavor but it just wasnt very strongly coffee flavored at all. Maybe next time Id ask for an extra shot it in. I will definitely be back, because they had such great seating options and just a really cool mellow vibe, but I needz mah caffeine fix, too!

Great local coffee shop in North Phoenix, very cozy and welcome atmosphere, the staff and owner are always friendly and arguably most importantly the coffee is good. Im usually a drip or Americano drinker in the morning, Ive also had their egg sandwiches on the go and they are pretty generous on what you get... Overall great and local alternative to the chain coffee shops.

I was on my way to Starbucks for an iced coffee when I came across this place and was pleasantly surprised. Given the opportunity to support a mom and pop business over a big box one I always to support. The iced coffee was very high quality, the staff was very helpful, and it was much more quiet and quaint than a Starbucks. Save this one for sure!

Excellent place to meet for coffee. Has a great rustic cabin feel that gives it a unique atmosphere. Quick and friendly staff. Has small breakfast and light lunch options. Has tables and a couch area for larger parties. Extensive drink menu provides a lot of options. Nice place.

They are absolutely amazing! I dont know if Ive ever met a friendlier staff, and the food is exquisite! The atmosphere is friendly and cozy, and the patrons that Ive met are generally very nice. Its so easy to lose track of time, you end up enjoying yourself so much!

The barista was super friendly and helpful, she helped me get exactly what I wanted! Atmosphere is very chill and cozy, felt like a warm cabin in the middle of winter. Love the knick knacks and signs for decoration

This place is by far my favorite coffee shop. Get out of Starbucks and go to a real coffee house. They have a great variety of coffee and tea, and awesome service. You wont be disappointed here.

...but when the staff is unaware of what a dry cappuccino is and what they give you is bitter and burnt instead of rich and sweet, it is hard to distinguish from Charbucks.
