Just called them to verify which side of the building they were on, so I could give proper directions to a out-of-town friend I was meeting there. They couldnt tell me which street they actually faced, saying that they were on the corner of 1st Street and Central. Those are parallel and dont intersect, so I politely said that I knew which building they were in, but was asking if their front door faced 1st Street, Washington, or Central Ave. They said they faced the light rail and—Im still a little shocked by this—they immediately hung up. I still dont know where they are, since the light rail is on both Washington and Central, so that answer doesnt exactly help. Man, what a simple question from a likely customer that they couldnt be bothered answering.

Proud patron here. I love this coffee shop! Its right around the corner from where I work. They put a twist on the regular old boring coffee offering a wide variety of tasty coffee options. Their food is DELICIOUS. Its really a site to see. The owner is always there when I stop in. Hes just the nicest guy. It feels good to know that my money is going to support his family. Bonus: Its located directly across the street from a light rail station. This place is as good as it gets in my opinion. They offer a high quality product with excellent service. Im glad I stumbled upon this establishment. Im happy to know that great local joints can thrive, even when they are located in such close proximity to a starbucks.

N/A: Have not been yet....Might not. I just decided to post a snap of their location and someone " screenshotted" my page on the story and I could not see who it was. I have a feeling it was the company itself to use my idea as a way that they posted it to get some kind of bonus. Alas, it was not them and I was the one who posted it and have proof too. I love giving good marketing for business, but would like to actually have a job doing it. It is called public marketing. That is all about my review. One future post for the next time I actually go in and drink here. As they great Kendrick Said, " Pour up, DRANK"..

it was ok coffee way too strong or bland Ive been drinking coffee since 4 years old so Im very optimistic about diffrent types of coffee. I orderdmed a regular coffee it was great,ordered a cappuccino large,cup was half full and rest was steamed milk lattes where bomb though!!! over all place is nice people are nice and quick but would be my last resort if Starbucks,duchbrothers,joebot,or fair trade was not an option.

Ive worked downtown for years but found this place only a few weeks ago. The coffee is great; I love their lattes and home made foods. The help always kind and smiling - never stuffy! Its great to stumble upon an independent coffee shop that is really good. This is now my go-to place for coffee.

Im from out of town and Ive spent every morning of my trip at one coffee co. It has AMAZING coffee and such a cool vibe. The people that work there are super nice and helpful when you want to try something new. I definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone in the Phoenix area.

Very rude service! After patiently waiting to be helped, the girl behind the counter asked if she could help me. I asked for an iced coffee and she cut me off and proceeded to tell me how busy she was making other coffees. I walked out and will not be returning!

I often have a difficult time choosing between One Coffee and Cartel since their downtown locations are so close. Ive always had good experiences at One Coffee. Everybody is always friendly, and the coffee and snacks are always delicious.

The mango drink I ordered was served after the people behind me in line were served. The coffee is ok and Im not a big Starbucks fan either. Great ambiance with different seating options. Morning crew a little discombobulated.

Cute artsy cafe with reasonable prices. They offer a humbling $25 cent discount to students and its appreciated. the baristas are nice, the owner is pleasant. its quiet and suitable for outside work because of the free wifi.
