Had high hopes for this place after reading about their story online, but it disappointed in coffee and customer service. It is a larger coffee shop, but occupied unfriendly & unwelcoming employees. Didnt get 1 smile or hello from any of the 2 baristas or the cashier. I also just got stared at by the guy who was working the kitchen area as well while I was in line to order. When I asked a question to the cashier/barista about the nitro cold brews, she seemed irritated. I ended up ordering the ethiopian nitro CB, which fell below my expectations. It was very bitter tasting and not pleasant. I didnt even finish it. Went back in to try a sample of the other nitro, (which the barista seemed irritated again that I asked) and it had a skunky and bitter taste as well. My husband had a flat white, which was not terrible, but mediocre. The one thing I saw that was nice was the space/meeting room for groups. I wish I could have more nice things to say, but unfortunately I will not be back to this spot after my experience.

The atmosphere is great, the crepes are good and the service is good. The hot coffee is okay, not good. In the past, I came here a lot for the cold brewed coffee (Toddy). However there was a transition, maybe a year ago, and the cold brew is now painfully bitter. Im not saying its strong. Its bitter. I imagine the taste is like if you made cold brew from used coffee grounds. I am definitely not a princess when it comes to bad tasting things, but the last time I came, I was unable to finish my coffee. So I took a break for several months and came back today to see if it has improved. It is not as bad as the last time. I may be able to finish it. But it is not good. Unfortunate because we have never had any other issues.

A pretty swank coffee house compared to what Im used to in Northern AZ. High ceilings, big spaces. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of places to sit with wall outlets (though not every seating area has them). The internet connection speed was good. When in the area if I need a remote work spot for a few hours I would go there again. I just had some coffee and a pastry and they were fine but I cant vouch for the other food plus or minus.

I love this coffee shop. It is so cute and cool inside and they have delicious sandwiches and healthy options! Their coffee is delicious too. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with big comfy couches and regular seating. Lots of people seem to like to hang out here, surfing the web or chilling out. Im glad to find a non-Starbucks coffee shop hangout! Try their sandwiches, theyre awesome! Oh and the staff here are very friendly too!

My favorite coffee joint in Phoenix. Moving here from Washington in 2007 I was disappointed when I realized the majority of coffee here is Starbucks, which is fine in a pinch but not awesome. Moved close to Elevate and loved it from the first time I tried their coffee. I would be willing to go just for that, but the added bonus of great staff and a good atmosphere made me a regular. Try the white choc caramel mocha :)

My favorite coffee shop!!! I like the flavor of their coffee. The "icing on the cake" is polite employees, prompt service, and well done inside and outside seating. The owner is often on the floor, talking with customers, helping his staff (take orders, clean up, etc). The advertisement for a barista says dont apply if you cannot put your phone down... And must have sense of humor. I like relaxing at Elevate.

Love Elevate Coffee Co. It is spacious with inviting decor and a nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. The coffee is delicious as well as the food! We came from CO for some house shopping in the area a couple of years ago and practically lived in this coffee shop during the hunt. Its kind of like our first home in AZ ;). They frequently have pies from Rock Springs Cafe also!

Good coffee, all day breakfast with a good variety of food items and pastries. It can uncomfortably busy at certain times of the day. It is often very difficult to find a spot to sit, but if you do there are plenty outlets to charge your devices. The live music on weekends could be a positive for leisurely visits or a hinderance to someone looking for a study spot.

Great coffee, and the most wonderful baristas/cashiers. Always friendly, always get things done in a timely manner, and make you feel right at home! Way better than Starbucks on every level. Plus they have the option to text in your order! Also, great foods in addition to the coffee. I recommend highly!! They are the best. :)

The location cant seem to keep a reasonable level of service. They consistently give your drink to a different person, forget to make your online order, or get the numbers mixed up. If you have the extra time to wait, or hover around to ensure they properly make your food and deliver it to the right person, its worth a stop.

I rented the Norterra room for a surprise party for my wife. The room was ready and the staff as super friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were well made and enjoyed by all. The staff had a line out the door for hours. They all managed to smile and work very hard to meet the demands of customers, which they did.

I moved here from Washington back in 2004, I am a chia fanatic but not just any chia Big Train Chia and elevate being based out of Tacoma Washington carries it! If you havent tried it you must, chia tea latte = DELICIOUS! Only thing is that I wish they carried more of a variety as far as the chia tea powders...

Elevate Coffee Company is is one of the best coffee shops in Arizona. The staff is always helpful, nice, and welcoming and the coffee is great. Furthermore, the atmosphere is exceptional for both business and casual meetings. As a guy who works from coffee shops this is my top pick. Be sure to check it out!

My favorite place hands down. I just wish they were regularly open until 9pm Sunday-Wednesday and 10pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays! Id GET SO MUCH STUDYING and grilled cheeses with avo in! Nicest people btw and the music nights are seriously the best. Makes me miss espresso in Tucson!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Very good coffee. The breakfast sandwich not so much. It is a cheese bomb. So much cheese the oil from it drips out of the sandwich. The bread was toasted but no crispness. Bacon tiny, not crisp. I suggest you go here for coffee and atmosphere but pass on their breakfast sandwich.

This is a fun place great fun for hangin out. The seating both inside & out is comfy. Food is yummy too! I enjoy coming here to relax in the afternoon after a movie. The weekends are fun too with music from 7-10 Ive been turned on to some great local artist. It is COOL!

Great friendly staff, willing to make unique drinks for us. They also let us sit inside with our dog to escape the heat. Wasnt a fan of the cake pop things, but the drinks and salad were good. Great space for studying - somehow both open and cosy at once.
