This place is a gem! Im glad I found them...Their bagels are excellent and always very fresh. I like to buy a dozen, and freeze them at home. When you toast them, theyre just as delicious as they were when you first bought them. If youre a cinnamon fan, then you have to get their Cinnsational Bagel. Absolutely delectable. Once you eat the bagels here, you cant eat them anywhere else. Einsteins, Costco, or bagels from the grocery store, just arent as good. Youll discover them to be too doughy and stale compared to Bagel Gourmet. Its also hard to eat just one; theyre that good! You might find yourself eating two in a sitting; I know thats what happens to me.

If you are looking for an authentic New York City style bagel, this is not the place. On Feb 10, 2009 my bagel was at best mediocre; my coffee was slightly cooler than lukewarm. :( On the plus side, the people were friendly and helpful; the room was clean and attractive (very nice art hanging on the wall). If you are not picky about your bagel, I suppose you could first stop at at the nearby Frys and get a coffee at Tullys. On second thought, just get your bagel from the bin at Frys; it couldnt be worse. jn

I am a frequent customer and I always enjoy going to Bagel Gourmet. They have really good food for good prices and they are very quick with their service. I dont know how people compare it to Einstein Bros. Their bagels are completely different. Einstein Bagel remind me bagels you buy in most grocery stores. Bagel Gourmet is boiled, which taste for me much better. Bagel Gourmet also have a very big selection, and I never get tired of trying out something different.

Ive been going there a while and they have always rationed there cream cheese and toppings even charging me an extra 1.50 for cream cheese and still not getting enough to cover the bagel. This place has really nice staff but is way too chintzy for me! If Im paying 4-5 dollars for a 10 cent bagel and 20-30 cents worth of cream cheese then put enough cream cheese on it. If you are that chintzy just close the doors you dont need to be in a food service business!

Small mom and pop shop. Where regular customers have been coming in for 10+ years. Where they know everyone on a first name basis. Everything is made fresh everyday and they take that philosophy EXTREMELY seriously. They take such pride in their food. Its all made from scratch every single day. They also have a lesser known lunch menu with authentic homemade dishes from the owners native Korea. Theres no way you can only visit once.

I have given this establishment many chances over the years and everytime I have gone in there the staff has been rude and they always seem to be inconvienced by my order. The food is WAY overpriced and I cant justify being treated like that EVERYTIME I go in there. I will drive the extra 3 miles to goto Einstein Bagels and forget this place even exists!

I usually dont leave reviews but I was pretty disappointed with this 4 star rated place. Got a bacon egg and cheese and the bacon was paper thin and the egg looks microwaved. Could have gotten the same quality at McDonalds. Also the muffins they sell are definitely bought at Costco and repackaged.

This place was average. The service was average. My bagel was not toasted as requested and the capers were missing. The ingredients tasted fresh. The asiago bagel was also average. The coffee was tasty. It wasnt bad, but nothing to write home about either.

Very nice mom and pop place.very good food,made fresh.Clean,however,the owners are retiring.New owners. I will try them for a while.Hopefully I wont have to find a new place after 10 years. BEST OF LUCK to both new and old owners.

I enjoy the water-boiled bagels that they serve here.. unlike the steamed bagels that can be found at Einsteins. I am always rushing to go to work and at Bagel Gourmet there is no line, better bagels, and lower price.
