This is the closest pizza Hut to my home and ordered online. All the wings were dry and if it wasnt for the label on top of the box it came in, we wouldnt of known which wings were what. I understand it was a Saturday and probably busy and were in a rush so I just called and asked for my order to be corrected, the lady sounded like she was annoyed and didnt want to be there. Must of been a bad day for her. She offered to have someone drop of sauces for the wings which I kindly agreed. They ended up giving the wrong sauce. Will never order from this location. I rather drive the extra 3 miles and forget delivery. This place needs better management.

i ordered here multiple times and when i did a carry out it took 10 minutes to even come to the counter to greet me. i could clearly see people in the back getting back massages. i have seen people with long hair and no hair nets or even hats. the counter girl was very rude and didnt even get my order right i had to repeat it to her more than 3 times and it still came out wrong. i than asked to talk to a manager and she didnt seem to have any brains in her either! this whole store is a disgrace! the last straw with this store is when i was waiting on my order and everyone was outside playing tag in the parking lot in uniform even wow.. disgrace

This is the Hut nearest to our home. 3 stars for great food but dodgy service. Sometimes I stand at the counter calling for anyone in the back for several minutes. Others times they are prompt and courteous. Not bad enough to make me drive farther!

Waited over 1 & a half hour for a pizza delivery guy who got lost & didnt bother to call for directions. Called & the guy on the other line had no clue what his driver was doing or where he was at. Unprofessional & pure incompetence.

Ordered from this location a few times and its generally the same as any other pizza hut neither rather good or bad. Delivery is normally on time but has also been late enough for me to have to call and ask if the driver was lost.

Cant answer the phone web site is down. Pull your heads out of your asses! Management is full of excuses, im surprised this location is still in service .

Super bowl sunday, other pizza places had 1 to 1.5 hr wait times. This place was fully staffed had my pie ready in 15 min. Great management!
