I really want to know how hard it is to make eye contact with somebody at drive thru. Today. Monday Around Lunch Time. The same guy every time. I swear to god I dont even want to come to this location anymore because of this guy. You Hand him your money. HE DOES NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH YOU. He doesnt speak to you. He hands you your change and receipt and closes the window.. You know how hard it is to not want to say something. Like Hey buddy im over here.. Then he hands you the food. DOESNT BOTHER TO ASK YOU if you need anything. Just shuts the window.. Now.. I sent my wife in. Alone several times.. He flirts with her.. Talks to her.. Nice to her. Gave her a free Soda several times. These kind of losers need to be in the kitchen doing the slop work. You cant show another man respect? Please tell me anybody else get this from this loser? Or is it just me he has a problem with. either way i am going to stop going there. Ill go to Country Club.

We enjoy going to this Del Taco for a meal. The food isnt consistent as in it isnt always hot as it should be. Both my husband and I have suffered stomach issues the day after eating at this location but not after eating at the Country Club and Baseline location and this has happened multiple times. The employees are very nice but we arent thrilled when they take a break at the table next to ours and start talking on their phone the entire break. The restaurant has nobody but us, sit at another table and talk, not next to us, better yet talk outside! Weve even gotten up and moved because of the employees sitting down at the next table and talking on their phones so loudly. Bathrooms are okay, could be cleaner. Handicapped one didnt have toilet paper.

I ordered one item off the menu and waited patiently for 10-15 minutes. (One plate shouldnt take that long). About 10 orders that were put in after I had been waiting all got their food. The employees saw me waiting for my order but never bothered to say anything to me. So I asked "wheres my order"? They didnt know. It was never made. I work in food service and the customer service here is a joke. The situation was handled poorly. Quite frankly I didnt want to spend my hard earned money here so I got a refund and got my food across the street. It was cheaper and it only took 5 minutes.

Every time I eat here, I see 10c tacked on for combos, 40c (20c per burro) extra on the Dels deal. When I ask, I am told its policy. The 20c per burro thing seems random depending on whos charging you. This refers to the val-vista / southern location. Others do not seem to have this issue. It doesnt seem like much at first but it all adds up over time. The food is really good here but I will have to give 1 star until they can fix this problem (just raise the prices 10c or 50c!) and start being honest with their customers.

Wasnt very busy, and the employees treated me with a smile. But holy crap the place was gross the play area was a disgrace. Old Gum all over the play set that hasnt been cleaned for a long time. The worst part was the bathroom. After spending 5 minutes there, the food is okay. (But cheap as can be.) The play area was just gross and the bathroom was just as dirty. I ended up just taking my child home instead of staying there.

All of the prices are higher on your receipt than they are on the menu. Playground is closed, and they charge you 50 cents extra if your kids want an orange juice or milk rather than the fountain drink. Manager was too busy to care when I brought up these problems to one of the employees. Im not going back to a restaurant that is so dishonest and clearly doesnt care if you are having a bad experience at their restaurant.

I was disappointed because I was short on cash so i made a survey review a couple of moths for a $1 off my meal unfortunately I forgot my receipt at home. fortunately I photo copied it and the manager told me they wont take it even tho the code was clearly there so I left and never came back to that store. I worked almost 8 years in food chain restaurants and I know exactly how the $1 off works.

I waited in line inside for about 5 minutes. No one else was in the restaurant eating. Employees walked by non stop and no one took my order or said anything. The drive thru guy walks over to the register eventually and proceeds to take a to go order. I looked at the customer standing behind me and we both walked out. Ive never felt so unwelcome in a fast food restaurant. Go somewhere else.

Do you want to stand in line for 15 min while the employees stare at you? I can understand if youre busy but when you have four employees standing around talking while a line has formed, youre going to get a poor review. Save yourself the time and go to the filibertos up on Val Vista and Broadway. SW corner across from Home Depot... Youre welcome.

Not so friendly staff. Mainly Joshua. The guy was being a total jerk to me and my brother. And we asked if he is always so mean his reply "pretty much, yeah" and once we started recording him he scraped our order and shut the window. And this isnt the first time he has given us smart ass comments.

I needed to wash my hands before ordering, I went to ladies bathroom and it was dirty! I can understand if it was busy, but the girl finished mopping floor and then sat down to check out her cell phone, never checked to see what condition the bathroom was in. A little disappointed.

The fries were over cooked. When we tried to take them back the employee insisted they were fine and wouldnt replace them. A few minutes later they brought out fries that werent burnt to another customer. All we wanted was fries that werent over cooked .

Service isnt all that quick, but food is consistently okay to good. The drive through is a safer bet, as the interior isnt exactly sparkling. Disregard all this if you are drunk, at which point its the greatest food in the world.

This is the best Del Taco around Mesa. The many times I have been here, not one error. They always get my order right, give me enough sauce for my tacos and the workers are nice.

Ordering at the drive-thru takes forever. Always check your order to make sure its correct. The inside is newly renovated, but some of the play area needs work.

The service was great. The food was good, except the fish in the fish tacos was fishy tasting. Over all it was enjoyable
