Where to start? We live in an area that doesnt really have a choice for delivery and so we chose Grace Garden over China Pearl. BAD choice. To start, the girl that answered the phone was not very pleasant. She was impatient with me after I asked a couple of questions and definitely wanted to end the call asap. I ordered a Chicken with Mixed Vegetables, a Triple Delight, Crab Rangoons, Donuts, and chicken nuggets and fries for a little one. It took over 55 minutes for us to get our food. Upon opening the food I knew something was up. Nothing looked fresh, it smelled funky and it was...COLD. The nuggets were just microwave nuggets (I thought theyd be more like sweet and sour chicken nuggets without the sauce), the fries were soppy wet, the donuts were burnt AND soggy (Im used to crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside), the chicken and mixed vegetables had horrible flavor and the vegetables tasted rotten. The Triple Delight was ok except for the beef which tasted grinded and then patted into a strip and I had gristle in mine. I literally could not finish my meal. The crab rangoons were also mushy and not crunchy whatsoever. Honestly, I would not be surprised if the delivery kid got the order and then went to smoke a bowl or go to a friends house before delivering it to us. That or they just let our stuff sit under a hot lamp. I never thought you could really mess up Chinese food but this was proof that you actually can. That food was obviously made LONG before it ever made it to us. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never, EVER be returning as a customer. Terrible.

Ordered here for the first time from GH. I have been skeptical from ordering Chinese from anywhere, as my long time favorite restaurant "China China" closed. However, let me tell you I was IMPRESSED! We ordered the Family Package which came with, Egg Drop Soup, Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoons, Beef & Broccoli, Sweet & Sour Pork, Orange Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, Pork Fried Rice, and White rice. We also ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Young. & Let me tell you, our meal was delicious! The only thing I wasnt too particularly fond of was the Beef & Broccoli. (Beef was kinda bland) But everything else, and I do mean, EVERYTHING...else was amazing and tasted fantastic! The Sweet & Sour Pork came with the sauce on the side, which HELLOOO... Genius! NO Soggy Pork! The Egg Foo Young Sauce also came separate! I Honestly cant say enough for how happy I was with my order from here. I will definatley order from them again! Thank you!!!

Went there about 40 minutes before closing and ordered to eat at the restaurant with the intention of just packing anything we had left over by closing, so we didnt hold them up. Not only did they not rush us, the woman at the counter kept assuring us to not to worry and take our time when we asked for to-go containers 10 minutes before closing. That alone earned a star! Everything looked like it was pictured. The restaurant was clean, quiet and cozy. Also, they had hand sanitizer at the counter. They deliver, but only to a 4 mile radius. We ordered 4 dishes, and it was all ready less than 15 minutes later. All were generous portion sizes for the price. I ordered the chicken lo mein. The noodles were thick, and the flavor was on point. Not too salty or greasy. I tried some of the teriyaki chicken and that was also tasty and swimming in sauce. My only regret was that I hadnt ordered any soup.

We usually order from here because the food is good, and it is very good. However, the last two times Ive ordered over the phone, I was told my food could be picked up in 20 minutes (we always order the same thing - teriyaki chicken with brown rice and sweet & sour chicken), but ended up waiting another 30 minutes for it. Another lady there had ordered her food over the phone too and had waited an hour. I left with my order before she did. Other people were coming in and ordering and left within 15 minutes. They also have two young girls (below the age of 16) taking orders and helping customers (I think there are labor laws against this)! Tonight they had a young boy, about 9, helping package food. Now the food is delicious, thats why I gave it a 3, but the customer service and timeliness leaves something to be desired. I would recommend this place, but just a warning... Dont order at dinner time.

Love this place not only for the delicious food but for delivery on the days totally exhausted to cook. Love their (#160) Jalapeño Steak -- my favorite dish as the flavor is awesome and on the days I feel like having a vegetable dish, they have plenty to choose from. Their menu has plenty of dishes to try so you never tire of eating the same thing. We love to include a side order of Fried Rice, Spring Rolls, Garlic and Brown Sauce with our order because they are too good to pass up. The only dish that is fair is their Hot & Sour Soup. I hope they revamp their recipe because I just love that soup and would include in our orders. We never have been disappointed with any food we have ordered to have delivered. We always tip the delivery person 15-20% out of gratitude for great service and for the delicious food!

I was introduced to this place months ago by my boyfriend....it single handle won him my heart. Lol. Not really bit it helped. These are easily some of the best egg rolls Ive ever had. And the Singapore noodles. The best Ive ever had. Im also a notorious food stealer and steel bites of my boyfriends all the time and its great. Ive not yet had anything bad. Weve had the house fried rice, beef love mein, Kung pow shrimp, Singapore noodles, egg rolls, spare ribs, teriyaki chicken (theirs is really special) Not been disappointed yet. Highly recommend. Amd also fast delivery. Theyve never hit their max time stated yet.

Ordered delivery from Grubb Hub. Order was late by 20 minutes. Driver said he did not have change on him ... it was in his car and hed be right back ...right! He got away with a $5 tip. The food was cold and tasted awful. After numerous contacts with Grubb Hub, China Garden promised to deliver my money and pick up their food (if you can call it that) within an hour. An hour and ten minutes later I contacted Grubb Hub once again. China Garden told them to tell me Id have to come pick up my money...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Nothing against Grubb Hub except maybe they should screen their restaurants better.

I have been going to the same restaurant for about six years. I was introduced to Grace garden and I was immediately impressed with the customer service and the friendliness in the environment. I order a lot of shrimp dishes from Chinese restaurants and the black vain is always in there, But not here. The quality of the food and the freshness is unmatched anywhere Ive eaten in the 10 years Ive lived in the valley. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my family friends and customers, and already have. Thank you for running a restaurant with integrity its greatly appreciated
