I wish I could give them zero stars, the customer service was horrible and all the employees were messing around right in front of all of the customers in the store. They were all being completely unprofessional and when we got our food it was absolutely DISGUSTING! To say the least our order tasted horrible and Ive been to noodles and company many times before but this was my first time at this location, the noodles were extremely dry and way over seasoned and we also ordered chicken and they barley gave us any at all. I will not be returning this location ever again, I will strictly stick to going to the one out in Tempe hopefully the manager steps up there game and they hire better employees and actually give people what they pay for considering its not cheap.

The food was just alright – mediocre . It’s fast casual dining so I didn’t expect gourmet, but for the money the portion sizes were shockingly small and are substandard compared to competitors. The thing that really struck me as poor by design was the location of the soda machine. It was crammed in the back corner where it made for a very cramped space if several people were waiting in line for soda or trying to get a fork or straw. Lastly, the dining room floor was covered in wrappers and food as well as dishes being stacked up by the busing tubs. So many other great places in Gilbert to eat, I dont see this place lasting based on the above.

Place is nicely designed. Operation and workflow seem streamlined and thoughtful. E.g. take-out are provided with nicely branded tote bag. Condiments and utensils are better grade and abundant. Place is clean. Dishes are good although improvement can be had. E g. Alfredo montamore is a bit dry lacking sauce. Noodles in the Bangkok curry were overcooked and a bit too much in quantity. We also had the meatballs and potstickers. Potstickers were very dense and heavy and the bbq sauce on the meatballs were overly sweet. Overall, experience was so so. Flavor was not bad. Would most likely come back and try other dishes.

The food is always great but the staff is suffering from lack of customer service. Sunday my family was served and I waited about 5 minute for my soup. When I went to go check on my order with receipt in hand, I was told that they would be happy to ring it up for me. After I insisted I had paid for it and showed the receipt I was handed the bowl of soup and asked what was wrong with it, I said I needed a spoon, which seemed to annoy the girl. Noodles does not keep spoons out for people, only chopsticks and forks. Hopefully they change their attitude here. Its a good place to eat.

I love this company for its commitment to ethical sourcing. Their meats are generally humanely raised, and they source sustainably grown veggies. Also, they treat their employees well, and pay them decently - not the low base and variable tips many restaurants pay. The food is good, and highly customizable. If you dont like what you got, the manager will make you a new bowl of noodles, the same kind or something else, free. This location has always been friendly and fast. They are also very kid-friendly here.

When calling a restaurant I expect the customer service to be welcoming and sincere. I recently called noodles and company over by santan with a few simple questions. the women who answered the phone was extremely impatient, rude, and very sarcastic. I am very displeased and will most likely be sharing my experience with my peers and never returning to noodles and company due to the lack of customer service. How am I supposed to expect quality food when the employees obviously do not care.

The customer service was bar none . From the moment we ordered our meals to the time we received them. The man who helped us with our decision making was very very helpful and polite. Our food was correct and tasty. But what made eating at Noodles and company was for me the customer service. Somthing I feel has been forgotten by many a simifast food restaurants..nothing makes your food taste better than being treated like a customer and not a inconvenience..thank you Noodles and Company.

This was our first experience at Noodles and co. We are not very impressed with the service received. We ordered a Japanese Pan Noodles which were garnished with rotten coriander - when this was pointed out to a staff member his reaction was what would you like me to do? Just remove it from the plate. No replacement was offered. If the dishes can be garnished with rotten coriander then imagine what would be the quality of other veggies. Will not be rushing back here in a hurry.

I wouldnt call it amazing or anything, but you know what? It was 8:30 on a Wednesday night, and I had a need for some noodle concoction that wasnt going away. Decent enough variety to choose from, and overall, just nice to have another non- fast food option out there. Left off a star because of the longer wait time, despite a nearly empty restaurant, and the fact that there wasnt much to our food, and we were getting close to Olive Garden pricing...and Olive Garden it is not.

This was my first time to this food chain. The food was very good. The large servings were just that, it was enough to share or have plenty of leftovers. The service was quick, but they messed up my childs order. They fixed it quickly and let us keep the messed up meal. My only complaint was that the music was too loud, which is why I assume there was a communication error with the food.

the food at this location isnt that great. ive been to other locations where it is far better. the customer service is also something this location can work on. the workers always seem angry for no reason. ive worked in customer service and the service industry before and i understand it can suck sometimes but there is absolutely no reason to be rude to others.

Perhaps we will try again once they work out the bugs. Payment processing failed twice. The shrimp on my curry was burnt and hidden under a pike of gooey noodles. My wife had the Pad Thai and the egg was burnt to a crisp under the same sticky gooey noodles. Great concept, just missed the mark on executuon.

I had the korean bbq and it wasnt my favorite. The mac n cheese was better. My kids loved the buttered noodles though, which surprised me (theyre just buttered noodles, after all), so I had a taste and they were actually fantastic! Next time Ill try the western style stuff

Love this place! Has a wide variety of well, noodle based dishes and you can select if you want protein (meat) or not. Easy for choice when you have a family with varying tastes! We can all get something we like and its really good!

Ive been to other Noodles and Co. before. Last Friday tried this new one in Gilbert. Must have been having a bad day, not enough help @ lunchtime? Took a LONG-TIME to get food. And my pasta was less than hot. Tasted good though.

This was a new place for us and my wife and I really liked it. Food taste awesome and service was quick. Side salad was small but delicious. Wife said she would get the small bowl next time as the regular was too much.
