Placed a delivery order with the app at around 3 PM and it was changed to the next day. Called the store to hear that they don’t deliver in the evening. I requested to cancel the order and the manager said that I wouldn’t be charged yet I still was. They can never get anything right...even in my previous visits. Update: 2 days later and I still havent received my refund even after calling 3 times.

We gave this new place a try and it is solid. I was expecting BBQ but instead it is a hot sandwich shop. Kind of like Firehouse Subs but the sandwiches are smaller. Most subs are $5-6 and are about 6-inches. I havent decided whether it is a good value. Id probably choose Firehouse over it most of the time.
